If you want to sell your old cell phone or buy a good used one for a reasonable price, go to Cellular Exchange in Arvada. Seriously, if you are looking for value, honesty, product knowledge, and either Spanish or English transactions, there is nowhere in the Denver metro area that you want to go. Here’s why I say this:I had researched selling my 2018 cell phone for a month. Most places want you to mail or ship your cell phone to them and then offer to pay almost nothing. And who knows if you will even get paid! I found many complaints about such sites online. Desperate to find a local, credible business with people I could talk to, I stumbled on Cellular Exchange. I called and spoke with Angelo, one of the owners. He quoted me an estimate on the phone. When I brought my cell phone to the store, I knew I had come to the right place. Angelo evaluated my phone while an employee helped a Spanish-speaking gentleman buy a used cell phone. Angelo founded Cellular Exchanged 19 years ago and struck me as very knowledgeable and honest. He answered all my questions, provided me with plenty of information about the value of my phone, and offered me a really good price and paid cash. They are awesome. I dropped my phone off this morning to have the screen replaced. They had it done in just under an hour. The price point was very good compared to other phone repair places. The customer service was topnotch unlike the other guys. The best part was they were able to get it done same day! I will definitely recommend them for phone repair. When I Called Sprint The Phone Was Reported Lost Or Stolen. On March 05, 2021 I Returned To The Store And Exchanged It For A iPhone 11 Pro Because Refunds Are Against There Policy. On the Morning Of June 15, 2021. I Woke Up And The Phone Had Lost All Service. I Went To T-Mobile Where They Told Me The Phone Was Reported Lost Or Stolen Again. I Called The Store And Told Them What Happened. And That i Had Lost The Receipt He Looked The Phone Up in His System And Told Me They Had Never Had That Phone In Their System. And I Could Not Get A Refund Or Exchange Without The Receipt. I Lost Over 800 Dollars To This Shady Business Who Is Buying And Selling Stolen Phones And Selling Them Back To Hard Working People Who Depend On There Phones For Work And Nearly All Aspects Of Life

So, this may be a bit lengthy but i really want people to know how awesome some people are. I live in Nederland, shop sometimes in Arvada. I needed a fix on my fractured screen and a repair on husbands phone. Could not find a ubreakifix store near me so i walked in to the Cellular Exchange. Angelo Salazar repaired my phone and help me choose a cell phone for husband. All of this happen without appt., while he took care of another client, in minimal time!!! The screen repair, perfect btw, costed 20 dollars less than the other place! Angelo was AWESOME. Polite, professional, kind, and so helpful. We even have 2 weeks to return it for an exchange if not satisfied with the work. Husband is very happy with his new phone! I am not sure if i am able to convey how great my experience was in this store, it was genuine and Angelo really made my day with his soft spoken, noble mannerism. I bough 3 phones here and all of them lasted 3 months and stopped workingThe last phone was a 800 dollar iPhone 11 that we were told was under warranty. When the phone stopped working we got it to Apple and were told the parts were not original and they would not touch the phone .After we brought it back to the cellular exchange they said we need the receipt and even if we had the receipt they couldnt do AnythingWe are taking them to small claims courtDo not buy a phone from this place !

Very nice. Super fast. Fixed my iPhone 6s cracked screen in less time than it took to get Chic-fil-a. Prices about the same as other fix-it shops but theirs comes with 30 day warranty. Replacement screen seems like better quality, not thick like other places.

Robb is efficient, knowledgeable, professional, and extremely helpful. I have gotten 2 phones through this location in the last 5 months with him. The first experience was so great I brought my mom in for a new device too. Both visits took only 15 minutes to leave happily with a new, activated device! Much faster than doing it on your own and the phones are certified so that gives me extra confidence.

Good service’Butt if you need to relieve your self after waiting for your phone to be programmed u are told there is no public restrooms.They told me to walk down a block and use the restroom at the diamond shamrock.What a “”””” hole but its not there fault when other businesses near by send them paying customers to use their facility because they don’t want to take the responsibility for PAYING CUSTOMERS.Public restrooms I can understand but paying customers in my case $400 and this old guy can’t even take a leak!!!No public restrooms we can understand but to customers??They even have a trash can blocking access to the restrooms.

Had a shattered screen on a Google pixel 3, so I called around to get pricing. Luckily my LCD wasnt messed up so I only had to replace the glass, and they had the cheaper pricing. They quoted 3-5 business days for the shipping of the parts; it came in 4 days. They called me right away and installed that day I brought in the phone. Quality of work was great - no scratches or dents. They left the plastic cover on the screen for me to take off myself. You cant even tell its not the original screen. To top it off they charged the phone for me. Great customer service, would recommend for any cell phone repairs.

Had a great customer service experience at Cellular Exchange today. The gentleman who helped us was very attentive and helpful. After a series of events where we discovered the problem with our old phone was simply a Verizon network issue (not a broken phone), he gladly refunded our money on the new phone we had purchased.Also, they have a great selection of used phones for all major carriers (Verizon, AT&T, T-MOBILE, etc). I encourage you to check them out for your cell phone needs.

Less then acceptable!! Went in to see if I could upgrade to a newer phone. Had a T mobile S4 to exchange that was in mint condition. Was looking at a S7 that had a small screen issue. To him the S7 screen issue wasnt a big deal. He offered $40 - $50 for the T mobile. He was asking $350 for his screen imperfection screen. I said I will give him $300 and the T mobile phone. He came back after verifying the S4 said would not do the deal because the S4 didnt have a factory battery? I really didnt need the new phone that badly. Really, this guy had a personality of a box of rocks. I would absolutely tell anyone to shop elsewhere.

I had called here a day before going in to get an idea of the cost, and was quoted $90 by Javier. He was super friendly and helpful, both in person and on phone, I decided to give it a go since I couldnt find any better deals. I went in the next day, a Sunday, and was greeted by Javier who was happy to help. He not only fixed my cracked screen, but put a glass protector on and I ended up only paying $124 total. My phone looks amazing and works way better! He had it done in an hour and even told me other things he fixed and suggested other improvements to be done to it in the future. Im very impressed and will definitely recommend this place and go back if I ever need another repair! Thanks guys! ❤

I needed a new glass and charging port on my 6plus and rob called and said it needed a new battery also so I authorized it but when I picked it up he said it only needed a battery and not the charging port so he could have charged me for all 3 but he was honest and extremely helpful and got it done fast and it works great. Rob was very friendly and knowledgeable and with 2 kids with phones plus me and my husband I will never go anywhere else when we have phone problems which is often. Went to get my phone fixed after being told at staples my phone would be shipped away for well over $200. Got it fixed here for cheaper and quicker. Went in for a screen replacement and had to go back three times. First time it was because of white spots showing up on the screen 1 day later. Man replaced screen and said it happened because of a faulty screen. Second time, more white spots and the screen was super slow to respond, problems occurred within 1 day again. Same man now claiming there is something wrong with my phone. Says he can give me a third screen or refund me my money but put a broken screen back on. I opted for the third screen. Man listed repair comments on the back of my receipt claiming I demanded a third screen, not that he offered me a third screen, which he did. Spend the extra $30 and get your phone fixed properly at Apple. This business is not worth your time and money. So disappointing to be treated this way.

Had a quick, affordable experience of getting new screen. I paid for a new screen and glass screen protector. However, I just dropped my phone for the first time since then, and the screen protector stayed in tact while my phone screen cracked. Simply did not do what I paid for. It handled average wear and tear of being in my pockets, etc. But, on one drop and my phone screen cracked and back to square one. Simply not practical.

Been going in there for years have been most impressed with my reset purchase I bought a iPhone and they got everything set up for me before I left. Then when I got home I realized there was a issue with the camera took it back in a couple days later and the replaced the camera for no charge. Definitely the way to go buying a used phone!

They replaced my screen but it didnt fit properly. They wouldnt fix it. I bought and installed new adhesive tape. While replacing the tape I found several places where they hadnt cleaned the old adhesive tape from the tape. I cleaned everything and installed the new tape. It now works perfectly.Beware their ratings. Theyll ask you to rate them before you leave the store and offer a freebie if you give them a good rating (a memory card in my case).

For the first phone I bought, I was able to come in for an upgrade right away with absolutely no hassle- I didnt even have the receipt. They actually remembered who I was and were prompt to help me find a better phone. They generously offered to put a brand new battery in if I ever had any issues. After that, I brought in another phone to have flashed to my carrier. After an unexpected bank error at check out, he told me not to worry about it and that it was on them! This is how you run business! Completely satisfied repeat customer here. I will be suggesting friends to them whenever they need a new phone.

Wow! I dont think Ive ever received better customer service anywhere else...I came in with my mom and sister to unlock our phones since our AT&T bill was getting out of hand when we mentioned this to rob he came up with a lot better and cheaper route then what we had planned...now all of us have a working phone on a prepaid service and better yet we didnt even have to unlock our phones or even get different phones. As an out-of-state college student, the last thing I had money for was fixing my cracked iPhone screen...its usually SO expensive!After calling screen repair businesses around Denver the average cost was more than $110. Luckily, I stayed determined to find a reasonable AND quick place to do the job! Cellular Exchange fixed my cracked screen in 30 minutes for only $80! I repeat $80! I went here to buy a used phone but they said they could fix mine (LG G2) for about the same price, which was just as good for me. The guys were very courteous. They said an hour but it took a bit longer than that, hence the 4 stars - however, they gave me a free case to make up for it and I appreciate good customer service like that. Id make it 4.5 stars if I could.
