If I could give more stars, I would. Nancy at OTE is amazing. I’d bought two beautiful, authentic turquoise rings last summer and one of the stones fell out of one of them not too long after purchasing. I had messaged her on Instagram and she said to come in and she’d get it taken care of. As life happens, other things took priority and I forgot about it. Almost a year later, I remembered about the ring and reached back out. Nancy took care of it right away and I’m picking up the ring today. They have an awesome selection of genuine turquoise jewelry and as you can see from the story above, the customer service is through the roof. Couldn’t recommend OTE enough!

Good place to find deals but HORRIBLE experience as a consigner. They accepted a NWT $380 dress from me (was in perfect condition when I dropped it off and they inspected it). I called a month later to check on my items and they said that one of them sold but the $380 new with tags dress was damaged so THEY DONATED it....without even calling or informing me. They offered to give me $15 for it to “make up for it” 🙄Would highly NOT RECOMMEND consigning any of your items with this business. Especially high ticket items. Someone in their store might “damage it” and they will just donate it / take it home for themselves....

I love this consignment shop. I have been to many consignment shops over the years and this one is by far the best. They carry great brands (Lucky Brand, Free People: my favorites!) and sizes 0-18. I love that they don’t carry fast fashion brands like Forever 21 or Target. The shop ladies are always nice to me and they have rotating clothes so there’s something new each time I go in. Plus, the prices are fair and the clothing is in great condition. I’ve only been to this shop 3 times but each time I come out with something new.

This is my favorite womens consignment store! While they are extremely selective with the gently used, designer clothing and accessories that they accept, they price them to move! Some other places price items unreasonably and close to the original price which I think is ridiculous. At the Exchange you can find beautiful items that are affordable and that makes me happy! Especially when I have store credit. 😁

Friendly and fun consignment shop with a good variety of clothing and shoes. They also have a good selection of jewelry and bags. I always leave with something!

I love this shop! I stop in frequently and the clothes are constantly rotating so there is always something new. I’ve made a good amount of money consigning with them as well. They’re a bit picky on what they take, but that just means that their selection is higher quality! You can get high-end clothing for great prices (especially on their $5 rack!).

This place is awesome! It has such a variety of clothing and other miscellaneous items. I purchased a pair of name brand dress pants for $1.00. When I looked them up online they sell for $1100.00 new! I also purchased the most adorable set of coffee mugs for $1.00/set. I truly adore this little shop and am hesitant to write this review because I want to keep this secret to myself! :)

The experience overall was fine and there are some excellent prices. The “changing rooms” however were nothing but a thin curtain of muslin in front of an alcove. My friend that I went with commented that “I could literally see right through that curtain. What if there had been other people in the store?” Thankfully, we were the only ones in there. I also felt a bit odd as the one owner in the shop kept coming up behind me and peering at me, as though afraid I would be stealing something? If you know your size and have no need to double check it, then the prices may be worth a look. Otherwise, there are better options.

This is the best consignment store hands down! The store is organized like a high-end boutique and the clothes are always in excellent condition, they carry top brands and the staff is fun and super-helpful. Their new location is beautiful, easy to get to, with plenty of parking out back. Olde Town Exchange is addicting!

The staff is very friendly and welcoming.They also have beautiful vintage jewelry that you can get at a very decent price which is one of the reasons why I love this place.

Not a huge store, but what a great collection! Well curated, with a wide range of brands. In addition to womens clothing, shoes, accessories and jewelry, youll find some unexpected treasures: home accessories, ranging from rustic to refined. Owners Nadine and Nancy are fun and friendly. Highly recommended!
