I had an appointment for my 2019 year model vehicle at 2:30 but had to drop it off before going to work. They did not offer to give me a ride to work so I had to have someone pick me up and take me. I thought they may get to it early because they had it at 8:15. When I called to see if they had run a diagnostic test on it yet I was told they would not get to it until 3:00. I asked to speak with the service manager who was very rude to me. He gave me no definite answers. Thankfully the man at the desk when I picked it up was polite and knowledgeable.

Made appointment for switch. 1 hr. after arrival Im told it was both bulbs. $108. Okay. You had me hostage and was told $80 for assessment, so go ahead. 2 HOURS LATER I leave. Headlights go out on interstate at night. Next morning I spent $50 at autoparts store for switch, spent 15 minutes figuring out how to change switch; after 3 HRS 15 minutes and $158, I have headlights.

Just stopped by to see what kind of deals they had at this time of the year. I was just looking for now.
