I went in looking for a spark plug wire for my atv. I brought the broken one in with me as a reference. Jonathan wasn’t able to find one of the single wires that would work but he said wires from a 4.3 Chevrolet might. I looked at them and thought they would too. They did work! Jonathan was very helpful and helped me get my wife’s new atv running right again. Not to mention Can Am wanted $70 for one wire, I spent $40 on these and now I have extras. Jonathan is the real MVP, thanks again!

This is the auto zone that I always go to and always use Miguel and the staff are always extremely helpful and friendly they help me find anything that I need plus theyre very knowledgeable and they relais that knowledge to me if I need help.

I love my Auto Zone. Hands down know their stuff & always help the customer with the customers best interests at the forefront. Always a pleasure even when you pay for the expensive things

The part time cashier never looked at my father while they were conducting business. The only time she looked at him was when he made her smile. She was highly impersonal and slightly rude. If we could have found the part elsewhere, I would have willing given anyone else my business.

Ive noticed that Advance Auto has cheaper prices on identical items.Last time I went I needed someone to hook a scan tool in my car 2 read the trouble codes. I had to stand there for a long time bc one of the employees was busy with customers & the other employee (who was not busy) did her best to act like she didnt notice me standing there but ended up having to when the man yelled 4 her 2 assist me. After pulling the code she looked it up in the computer & told me it meant I needed this part that costed over $1,300!! As I walked outa the store all of a sudden I found myself bawling uncontrollably & had to sit in the parking lot awhile b4 I was finally able 2 compose myself enough to see to drive.When I got home that day I researched the trouble code & learned that its most often caused by wiring issues, like corroded terminals or a short/broken circuit & rarely a fault in the part the girl told me needed replacing! Whew!I dont think every employee shld have to know a lot about cars but if they dont they really shouldnt act like they do bc based on her (inaccurate) info, by that night Id nearly convinced myself my only choice was 2 start trying 2 sell my car (& 4 next 2 nothing). Boy, am i glad I decided to look into it myself rather than simply taking her word for it!

On the way home from the beach and our check engine light went off. Gave us a free OBD2 scan and print out so we knew what to tell the dealer to fix! Very nice crew!

They seem fairly knowledegable and friendly. Seems like they are pretty busy. DO have some diagnostic tools and they can do and check some things on your car.

Not the most friendly staff and not at all helpful. I called first and the guy in the phone answered my questions with I dont know or some other lazy, short answer.When I went in the store, staff was condescending towards me. Seemed to not want to discuss car stuff with a female. His responses were very sarcastic.I will not shop here again. All the staff has to do is be friendly and answer customer questions without sounding as though they think youre a complete idiot because youre not a man.

Carried a dead car battery all the way up here on my shoulder - about a mile - paid about $150 for a new one & when I asked if they had a delivery truck that can take it down the street - the response is nah. A No man, Im sorry would have been so much nicer... oh well, I carried the new one a mile up the street to where I was stranded. If you want decent customer service at a parts store on Fayetteville Street in Asheboro - stick with OReillys.

Ridiculous. We stood in line for 15-20 minutes waiting to get checked out. The employees kept going back and forth from the counters and they were working so slow. They even had a customer that was behind us that got so frustrated waiting that he walked out with an item without paying. Smh. I will never come back to this store.
