As far as the store goes. The young lady is awesome. She always tries her best to help. Unfortunately boost doesnt give her much to work with. I bought a new lg stylo 6 and immediately started having problems with it. After reading hundreds of reviews on that particular phone i knew it was a severely flawed phone. Boost wanted me to pay full price for another phone. I may have considered that option if they had cell phone signal like they should. Its horrible. I do product reviews for a living and today when my tool equipment list came in my phone froze up and i lost 2900.00 in equipment. You have to be quick and precise. The 400 products get requsted by other professional reviewers in a matter of 10 minutes. Boost is loosing customers fast. Tomorrow they loose another one. What ashame. that awesome young lady honestly tries to help. BOOST... You better straighten your mess out. We have options.
