I went because i wasnt getting any network on my wifes phone . they told me to factory reset it if it dint work they were going to replace my phone since it dint work i had to make a claim for a new phone saying my phone was damage bit had to pay $200. Very disappointed of Verizon

Verizon went from First Class to pure garbage! Everyone is so carefree with your money and your time. I placed an online order to pick up, get to the store and can’t her my device due to a glitch on their end but yet I have 4 different holds for the money. Considering taking my business elsewhere!

I am convinced Verizon might be the portal entrance to hell. We paid $1500 for a phone. Not the payment plan, retail price for the actual phone. They didnt have it in stock, but another store did. Actually they had one, it just wasnt in their inventory so they couldnt sell it, no big deal. Drive to high point to get one after paying for it there. Pick up the phone. The phone is not gold as described. It is PINK. $1500. PINK. I went to back to this store where I made the purchase to show them this is not the phone we paid for and they said theyve already done more for us than they have to. And insisted that this PINK phone was gold. To be clear, they waved a $40 upgrade fee. (A generous 2.67% discount that I did not ask for.) I just gave you $1500 for a GOLD phone. Thats nice that they waived a fee for wasting my whole day. I appreciate it. Really, I do. However, I found the whole thing more insulting than anything since they gave me this 40 dollars on account of some jack leg who works there making unauthorized changes to my account at some point without our knowledge. We have been Verizon customers for 13 years (since it was Alltel.) Its pretty clear that they could care less about their customers. Im guessing Verizon is doing so well as a company they dont actually need customers. Oh and I added a phone protection plan for $17 a month for a phone I do not have since I returned it which ended up being another fiasco. If you have someone in your life that you absolutely HATE, drop them off at a Verizon store. The stress and annoyance from being in there will certainly kill them. I deeply with I could give them no stars.

The store was clean and the employee were nice enough. I just went in to buy a phone case for my new note 20 and when I picked one out and went to pay for it there was no charge for it so I spoke with a manager and he didnt understand why there was no price on it. So I wait for 45 mins. Just to buy a phone case. I will not be going back to this store for any reason .

I had to visit here 3 days in a row. Not their issue. They were friendly, followed distancing guidelines to a tee, and once I got my issue figured out from another cell service, they got me what I needed with a helpful smile. The only aggravating part is they arent allowed to touch much of anything you may have which makes it difficult to get somethings done. It is a bit frustrating to pay as much as you have to do, then you end up having to do most of the work yourself - not the employees fault, you could see their frustration as well. Otherwise, very friendly environment.

Worst customer service that I’ve ever experienced at any retail establishment. I gladly take my business to the Greensboro store where they don’t make their customers wait an hour while two of their employees do nothing and the so-called manager has an attitude problem when obvious issues are raised by multiple customers. Save yourself the time and anxiety and go to another store.

I have to wait a long time every time I have come and just left each time. 3 times actually. I just bought my S10 from a different location in a different city from a different Verizon. I am in sales and have a young child in the evenings. I do not have a long time to wait when I drop in between visiting clients. The last time was for a replacement screencover. Had to leave from waiting so long again and will buy elsewhere.

Only 1 person there that truly tries to help customers! Most of the others are just there to push stuff on you that you dont want! Insurance on the phone is worthless. Always try to give you a refurbished phone even though your phone is a few months old and you paid almost a thousand bucks for it !

This store is horrible #1. I’ve been lied to over and over again when asked to get a tablet I got 5 years ago off my account they say they do but never do they just suspend the line which becomes active again after so many months. FINALLY after contacting Verizon directly they deleted it. They are out to steal and rip off customers and corporate obviously supports this because they do nothing about it. My bill is $300 a month and I’m over it! BYE Verizon!

I wish I could give them a negative score. I went in today to purchase a new phone. After deciding on pixel2 i informed an associate what I wanted. He disappeared for a few minutes and when I saw him again he was greeting a lady coming in the door. He the proceeded to help her and get her set up after he was post to be going to get my phone. I asked the ppl behind the desk about getting me a phone and was told Id have to wait. I patiently waited for 45 min after this asking a couple times if anyone else could handle my request. I finally had enough and chose to leave. And to beat all as Im leaving out the door they ask if I was leaving and why. Then proceeded to tell me that they would be able to help me shortly. Needless to say I left without the replacement phone I needed for my work

The older guy that works on the store was so rude and very unprofessional to his customer. If your customer was trying to open line and he didnt know what to do, you are supposed to help not to give some bad attitude and laugh about the situation. He needs to retire. Also the other guy said that it was rude to talk to another language. Whats wrong with talking with your first language with your siblings? Never going back to this store because of the old white guy. Like really he was supposed to help make his customers understand everything but all he did was give an attitude.The only one that I think knows what he is doing was the Asian guy. He is friendly and really knowledgeable about the line/gadget etc. left the store with nothing. Wasted my time.

Had some help from one guy who was really helpful and between him and the manager that day they should get 5 stars and the store is nice and clean, but I had to go back to turn in an old phone, and it was garbage the associate this day had no idea what he was doing and no one would help him with helping me. I was blown off by two specialists who told me to go home to get my information transferred to my new phone. If it wasnt for Phil,who at least tried to help, Id give this store a 1 star. Even Phil failed to give me enough information before sending me home. Eventually I drove to the Verizon in Albemarle where the service was excellent, and they transferred the information with ease. Difference between night and day.

I went into the verizon store back in December to purchase 2 new phones and add to line. The rep, Crystal processed the transactions for both phones. I noticed when the bill came out it was high and could not figure out what we paid for on that day. Go into the store and the rude rep, said they did not have a receipt of us paying the amount and there was nothing she could do. I have never actually seen a store that you cannot trust to email you a receipt because they dont do paper copies, apparently and then charges disappear before you receive the receipt. I want to know what kind of customer service tell you there is nothing they can do about money being misplaced. I guess you just have to sue because I am sure the cameras work in the store and can show what happened to the money. Yes, and let me not forget the rep that assisted me was fired because she already messed up a lot of accounts. Sounds to me like Verizon couldnt account for more than loss money but loss accounts. I will also mention that if you go in this store and then go to another Verizon they want be able to help you because apparently they cannot figure out what Asheboro store be doing. Should this store be closed or what?

The young associate that is of Asian descent is the only one that knows his job and seems to want to genuinely help you. Management and several employees standing around chatting with each other on a 45 minute wait for service. I waited 2 hours to be treated like an idiot for needing help setting up a new phone. Totally recommend the new Verizon Store next to Randleman Walmart. If you have to go to Asheboro, ask for the gentleman of Asian descent.

They did not appear to be business professionals, they have lime green grown out acrylic nails on that looked dirty and unkempt along with the female wearing them, the other sales associates had visible tattoos and piercings as well as messy hair. not one person in the entire store could help me with my SIMPLE issue I was having. Very disgusted by the experience. So note to self, if any high school drop outs are needing a job, apparently Verizon in asheboro is the place to go. McDonalds employees are more educated and more professional.

Hated it. Upgraded my phone and they overcharged my car by 350$ and proceeded to tell me I would not be refunded that day- manager was very rude and offered no help and played on his phone. I waited over an hour before I was helped and I didnt even get an apology. Verizon already steals from us on our bills!!! Can we at least have decent service? Ha!
