I have been a CVS customer for 20 years, but this one has got to be the worst . The drive through is closed, no public restrooms, and wait times are ridiculous. Usually, I use CVS in archdale and have no problems. At this one, they told me that my prescription would be ready in an hour . I came back after a haircut and some shopping, an hour 15 minutes later. I still had to wait over 40 minutes in the lobby, and the prescription was ready .The staff was more concerned with movies and TV theyve watched, as it seemed to be their favorite topic. I sat and waited, my phone said my prescription was ready, while everyone else checked out. I dont know if its understaffed, or what. When its all said and done, I will not use this CVS again. Apparently they dont care about the reviews either, just look at how many have posted bad reviews, basically saying the same thing, and no one from the company has responded.
To the Pharmacy TECHNICIAN Amanda,Two days after the death of my 2nd brother in as many months, you messed up a prescription of mine. I went to fix the problem with no malice as these things happen. You refused to fill my pain medication for my plantar fasciitis because you were frustrated with your own incompetence. I was not upset until you began acting aggressively toward me. My attempts to de-escalate were useless.Your anger overcame you.I don’t know if you had a bad day but you were unprofessional to say the least.You carry the badge of your profession with you daily and your actions speak for the others around you.Do better. Be better.Don’t attack the people you are supposed to be helping.You shame yourself and CVS and I’m sorry I ever met you.
Place is terrible! Had a 1pm appt for Covid vaccine but 130 they were still ordering pizza and chic fila not tending to the people waiting for a shot so I just walked out. Won’t return to this location. What a joke!
I made my son an appointment online to receive a vaccine for the CVS in Asheboro on Fayetteville St. at 4:00 pm and his friends mother made her son an appointment for 4:30 pm at the same location. They get there and try to check in. The pharmacist tells my son the appointment was made for myself but the email from CVS had my sons name on it for him NOT me! He showed her and she still wouldn’t see him and told him she could NOT do a walk-in vaccine either. Well guess what funny thing is she tried telling his friend the same thing was wrong with his. That his mother made the appointment for herself as well. We know that both of us scheduled the boys not ourselves!! Well shocker but the person behind them she didn’t do their vaccine either… she canceled their appointment as well!! So no need to even have appointments at this location. DO NOT BOTHER GOING TO THIS LOCATION!! We rescheduled the appointments for a different CVS a couple hours later and did it the same way I did the other and HE RECEIVED his vaccine. So did his friend!! And btw it was the RUDE pharmacist who did this!!
They cannot tell me when a Rx will be filled. what?!? yeah, they have no idea. stuff is on order, they do not know when they might get it.that still blows my mind.they say its a front-of-store item, and maybe thats holding it up. OK, what does that mean to me? nothing. just a really lame excuse. they apparently have NO CONTROL over what meds they get or when.if you need ESSENTIAL meds - like I do - please do not use this pharmacy. if you are out, and you will die without your meds... sorry, we dont have any and we dont know when we will get any. could be tomorrow. could be next month. we have no ideasheesh. I honestly cannot believe that a PHARMACIST told me that!!!
I wouldnt even give this Pharmacy 1 star if I did not have to. The pharmacist as well as the assistants are so incredibly rude! They will tell you that your meds will be ready by a certain time (sometimes 4 hours!) and when you return, the order hasnt been filled. I have been over charged because they did not run my insurance. They have told me a price over the phone and then charged me $40 more without even giving me a total.Most of all, this place has no customer service at all. They are rude to everyone, I ve seen it.Its definitely not in anyones best interest to use this Pharmacy. Awful!!
The pharmacist I dealt with was very rude, unpleasant and lazy. She quoted me a time an having a prescription ready that she didn’t even look up! Then when I pointed out that fact, she stated they didn’t even have anything. This lady needs to be replaced with someone who is more pleasant and actually enjoys what they do.

Terrible customer service at the pharmacy with the pharmacist Amanda. She is rude and does not value your service. Quotes a time when prescription will be ready for pickup and then denies it when arriving at the time quoted to pickup. Find another Pharmacy that appreciates your business.May 30th 5:30pmUpdate: I guess I like punishment. Still visiting this Pharmacy. Was told when I went through drive thru that systems had been down all day so couldn’t get my meds. What about the customers who their meds are critical????? CJ told me after I stated that this was the 3rd time this year I’ve tried to pickup meds to find out they shut down due to systems, she replied “HONEY, I can’t do nuthin’ about it”…..You guys certainly deserve lower that the 2.4 score you have on Google…..I’m done….
Not very friendly back in the pharmacy…at least on the day I called.
The tall lady answering the phones in the pharmacy and yelling at everyone is very unpleasant and Impatient. Everyone else is always nice and helpful.
Pharmacy drive thru needs fixed. Service was slow. Staff wasnt very friendly.

This by far is one of the worst pharmacys Ive gone to. Every time I come here they have issues with my medications. I have had to make phone calls every time Ive come here in the driveway and usually have to wait 30 minutes to get service. Michelle one of the pharmacy technicians said there was nothing that can be found on my profile even though I just got the new prescription sent to this CVS. Their services are highly unprofessional. I will NOT be coming here again for my medications.
Every time I come to this store no one is here to attend! Cvs should pay more so that way they hire fast people!

I’d rate them a half star if possible. Don’t go to the pharmacy drive thru... you’ll be better off walking in UNLESS you have all dayyyyy😡😡

Been a customer of CVS for over 15 years...requested to speak to new pharmacist and the staff would not transfer call, tech started yelling at me rudely and hung up on me.
