If I cant read any bad reviews then the place must not be good.

The location was absolutely amazing not only were the home available for viewing but the layout for well put together and the staff were absolutely charming and amazingly welcoming.

Everything is overpriced and cheaply made. Theres definitely better places out there.

Was not pleased with this place

Craig and Tiffany are such great people to work with and deal with. We went today to see some of the homes - they are no pressuring like most places are. They were very helpful and so courteous!

Terrible experience. Drove over 2 hours to get there. Yard was a mess knee high grass. Houses had steps that werent safe. Almost fell off multiple times. Homes werent set up and some full of junk to where you couldnt even get in. Just a disaster. I would give it negative stars if I could.

No, Sir Im not a disgruntled employee Im actually telling the truth... Employees and their friends and family give you 5 star reviews to make it look good. Lot has been full of trailers for month. Fast talking Craig and a lot of turn around.
