Great experience. Sam Ferrille was our salesman. he has been there for a long time and we can see why. besides a great sense of humor .He listens to what the customer tells him, then he offers all the options possible. Best car buying experience. Make sure you ask for Sam if you go to Bachrodt Chevy.

Have had a decade of experience with this group via my family and my own personal experience.They do a phenomenal job for where it really counts,customer service.The team I’ve worked with, Lionel (A+, great personality, knowledgeable, and goes the extra the mile to make you happy) and the service team (Nik and Omar)... They will work with you to get issues fixed in a timely manner and reasonable timeframe.This is a smaller team then maybe at the larger Chicago type dealers but I don’t find that to be a negative. You may not get a “nanosecond response” on your query, but I can accept this.What I appreciate most importantly is the feeling that I’m not just a number in their sales, but someone they want to keep satisfied.The group has done a great job with their service.Very Satisfied,Cheers
My fiancé brought her bmw into service to have a couple front end parts replaced. It was quoted 13 hours in labor. It took 3 months to get the car back! And every step of the way she was given the run around. I have always owned Volkswagen’s and she loves bmws and we would never buy a vehicle from here. Not to mention they left a 2017 bmw sitting in the lot with rain and snow and it ruined her brake rotors and they even admit it in the paperwork that “ brakes are bad due to sitting in the lot” who the hell let’s a 55,000 dollar car sit in a lot. And who the hell takes 3 months to do a 12 hour job!
Really bad experience. Checked out a car that was advertised online as certified pre-owned and with 1 owner. The price was about 29K. Spoke with an internet sales person and went to checkout the next day. After test driving we sat down for the business and I asked for a carfax report. The sales person printed the carfax report. After talking with the manager (as he said) he came back with the new price which is 2K more. He explained in order to certify I need to pay extra 2K in addition to what is advertised as certified vehicle. After looking at the carfax report I found out that the vehicle had 2 owners and the second owner had the car as CPO. I told the sale man that you cannot sell it me as CPO because the vehicle was already sold as CPO. He had no idea that you cannot sell a CPO car again. After leaving the place I called the internet sale lady and talked to her. She said she will talk to the manager and call me back. Never heard back from anyone. I have been shopping around for cars and have owned BMW cars in the past and dealt with many dealers. But this experience was first. You expect a BMW dealer to be honest and trustworthy on what they show on their website as the final price. Also to have done the minimum research to advertise the facts. If you have a choice, please avoid this place and go somewhere else.

A disappointing start. I wanted to make an appointment for my 2019 BMW 530i service and to ask a couple of questions. I got an automated email response from Rachel in the service department. For 3 days now, I have called and left 3 messages to confirm a time, including one with the service manager. ZERO response. That tells a lot about how business is done here. Very sad.
No disrespect towards this dealership, but all I wanted was to get my tires changed, and that couldn’t even be carried out properly. I had spoken to someone on the phone, selected a set of tires, agreed on price and everything. She quoted me and I agreed. By the way, getting that done required me to call 3 times or so. I was then told that I would get another call back to set up an appointment shortly after the initial call. Unfortunately, I never received that call and now I’m stuck with no tires. I mean it’s literally just ordering tires. I’m not satisfied at all and it was my first time interacting with this dealership. First impression says it all. I’m most likely not gonna buy a car here if they can’t help me with something as simple as tires. I hope operations improve and I wish this dealership the best! I’m sure the service is normally great, but I just happened to have a bad experience
Just bought a BMW X5 from Lou Bachrodt. Very impressed with their professional, yet friendly and efficient demeanor. Lionel was personable, professional, knowledgeable and he and his team went out of their way to find the best rates for me. And when I had a question about the car after the sale, Lionel not only talked with me, but then send an email confirmation listing the solutions for my questions. I would highly recommend Lou Bachrodt and Lionel for your car acquisitions!
Absolutely rude. I had called 3 different times to get my car into service and give them MONEY to fix it but I guess they don’t want your business. I called nick from service 3 times and left 3 messages. I personally work for a dealer and have never seen more poor customer service. I have still never gotten a call back so I decided to go to an actual BMW dealership where they treat you like an actual person.
Worst service ever, call 3 days in a row and nobody has yet to return my call. Every time I get transferred to maintenance or supervisor, it goes straight to there voicemail 3 days in a row. Do you come to work for just a check?

The service team is accurate and effective. I have always received asserted assessments and accurate quotes. No surprises when I have brought my car to the scheduled service. They will sure call you if there is something different to the plan.
The service at Lou Bachrodt BMW was top notch. They will go out of their way to be sure you are satisfied. The sales staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The waiting areas are clean and comfortable.
Called and left messages to try and set up an appointment to have my BMW serviced, three days later and still havent heard back for anyone. I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere and having it serviced for 1/3 of the cost they quoted me at.
By far the poorest experience I’ve ever had, enough to warrant writing my first ever google review. Made a service appointment a week ago for 5:30pm on a Friday to have something simple done. Got there at 5:30 to find out that the service center closes at 5. Sales associate initially made it seem as though I had it mixed up. Showed the verification email, even a correspondence saying that they would reach out if they needed more info. I even reconfirmed via email restating what was needed. Got some generic apology that the associate was in sales, and that they couldn’t do anything and that the “BDC” must not have realized that BMW service closes at 5. Was told to try again. Didn’t even bother to perhaps reschedule me a time that works, despite me rushing from work to make my appointment. So I just left. No service, No New appointment. Pretty poor first time service experience as a first time BMW owner. Do yourself a favor and go to the suburbs to a BMW dealership that values your time.
Had to bring my cousins car in after Tint World broke his door pannel and alot of clips inside of it. They did an amazing job restoring it to look we never made the mistake of taking it to those butchers at Tint World.
I will never buy a new car from you again after 15k miles my leatherette seats are cracking and today I call to order a part because I had a fog light bulb replaced by a local shop and the lost my back cover they took a picture of my vin so they could get the right part and you gave them a part that was not even close to what was needed . So I decided to call today and explain to the woman in parts and she was rude and did t seem to care “I don’t know nothing about this “ rudely duh I never said you did I was simply explaining it so I told her I didn’t care because you had the vin number before and still messed it up . She then proceeded to say I don’t have to take this and hung up on me . I didn’t spend close to $30k to be hung up on . I will never buy a car from the place again
I’m rating this business 1 star because I can’t even get in Contact with the service department to make an appointment ! The online chat has robots working that can’t answer a single question, and nick from the service department will never call you back. After reading some other reviews I now changed my mind for using this dealership to repair my bmw. I’ll take my vehicle elsewhere and I’m upset that I never got the opportunity to even work with this place.

Dont even wanna change my recall saying that dont have the part for my BMW and to top it off I heard nothing but bad things from mechanics in the area and ppl whove been here and also didnt even tell my my CV boot on my driveaxle had holes that eventually if not changed the axle would of given out due to no grease because it splattered all the grease under the suspension and Ive been going here for years and they been under the car to at least tell my that 🤬

I bought a BMW X5 and my purchase was wonderful! Lionel, Jacob and Mike Papa did everything in their power to make my buying experience a great one. I would recommend these gentlemen when buying a car!
