0 stars HORRIBLE!!!!! NO STARS!!! They Over inflated my tire pressure to almost 90 psi made my truck drive funny till I realized that. Also mechanic could not drive a 5speed manual transmission and they said their grease gun wasnt working when I asked them to grease the steering tie rods n ball joints..I also had to tighten the filter later as it began dripping oil when parked... it was an overall bad experience for me and my truck go to another oil change shop and dont let them do more harm than goodI usually never give such a negative review and Walmart has always done much better than these service technicians I pray GOD helps them do better and know how to do a job right not just quickly to get it over... 😞

I pulled in at 8:00 as they were opening. A guy walked up to my car (looked like he had just got to work and was walking from his car). I told him I needed a tire rotation and he eyeballed my tires and said Walmart wouldnt allow him to do it because they were unsafe and below 2/32... He didnt even measure them. The tires are practically new. I went over to discount tire (same parking lot), and they happily rotated them for free. I would have gone there first but thought an appointment was required. They saw no problems with my tires.

The people working were very nice, very fast. I wasnt there longer than fifteen minutes. They changed my tire, and its holding up well.

Honestly some of the best customer service and I was blown away. The guy taking care of my car did an amazing job and was so nice. After having a horrible experience with the mechanics at the Hyundai dealership I took my car to Walmart to get my oil changed and tire fixed. When you treat customers right they will keep coming back. I normally never go to Walmart but after seeing how caring and genuinely nice the staff is I will be taking my car back here for the foreseeable future.

Cassie was the best she really helped through everything I needed and made sure it all worked out for me not for the increased price for the store.... But for a single mother trying to get a set of new tires for this school year and winter ❄️ months ahead.

It started when I called to check on my tires and appointment and the lady kept pushing me for an earlier time. My appointment was at 5pm and they wanted 4pm. I wanted to keep my 5pm appointment because I wasnt sure if we would be off work in time for 4pm. My fiance and I are 10min away from our 5pm appointment when I get a call confirming Im coming and reminding me that they cant service me 10min after my appointment. Making me feel like Im already late for an appointment I was going to be ontime for (it was the tone of the conversation, not the confirmation call itself). Also online it says I have up to 15min past my appointment before they refuse service. Were in Walmart parking lot at 5pm and I call them to figure out where exactly the auto center is and get rudely cut off, by the mechanic this time, with maam! Listen to me. Well after that it was clear they were more concerned with getting off work and leaving for the day then providing a quality service. So we just loaded the tires up in the truck bed and left. Luckily I have a local guy who said he will install them for the same price Walmart was going to do.Also, note that I live 45 min from the only walmart near me that had an auto center to install tires. Next time I will just order my tires for a local pickup and and get my local guy to install them. Less stress snd better customer service this way.

Not actually open during the listed hours. Not a good business plan IMO.

I brought my suv to this location to change my tires and it was the best price for a great tire brand tim and luke did a great job very quick and thanks for the great customer service

WOW, these guys blew me away with incredible service. I ordered tires online and had them delivered to the store. Once they arrived I called the store and made an appointment for install. I showed up a few minutes early and they promptly met me outside to fill out the intake forms. They were diligent in conforming my info and the service I needed. I made some specific requests and they honored it. I was especially impressed by seeing them bring out the torque wrench to make sure the lug nuts were but back with the proper lbs. Not only did they torque them on the rack, they also torqued them again after driving a circle in the lot.. very impressed.

They didn’t fill my oil up and I asked to check my battery, they said it was ok and it wasn’t. Had to take it to a shop the next day! NO THANK YOU! Do not recommend!

I called ahead to inquire about an oil change and spoke to a Tech. He looked up the model information and told me the pricing, but that they would probably not have the filter and suggested picking up a filter. I told them I could pick the filter. I asked what time they closed and the gentleman said 7 (it was 4:30 currently). The tech had one project that he was working on but said he would be done about 5:30 and I would be next. I told him I was on my way and then left work early and rushed 30 miles one-way to get there and stop to get the filter alone the way. When I arrived at 5:30, the Tech told me it would be another hour before he finished working on the project he had told me would be done at 5:30. I was fine with that as I could grab some dinner nearby in the meantime. Then the Tech asked about the filter location and indicated that it might be an issue as he might not have the correct wrench. I was offered several excuses as to why he couldnt do it and was told whoever did the previous oil changes (dealership service dept under a maintenance plan) damaged the cap. I asked if I went and got the proper adapter and a new cap, could they do it. I was told they could only use a specific brand of tools. I guess the customer service is only available when its not close to closing time. Being in business, I have on more than one occasion stayed to make sure a customer was taken care of and the quality of service was still the highest I could provide.

Can’t say enough about how great the staff here was. I’m from out of town and had a flat tire. They were so very helpful and kind and went above what was asked. It turned out they were not able to fix my car due to not having the tire I needed, but checked on all others and my spare and helped guide me to where someone may be able to help. A good customer service can go a long way. If I’m ever in the area again, I’d trust these guys to help me out.

Horrible experience!!! Ordered 2 tires online took me over an hour to get then was told it would be a 4 hour wait and then they couldnt mount and balance at all because they were too busy. Yesterday they were very busy with 2 cars in the bay and 3 guys standing around doing nothing.

Great place. Great prices. Great product... get the full replacement warranty... it is worth every penny! Nice staff that truly helped us in a pinch at the end of the day when they probably only wanted to close up and go home.

The staff was nice. The prices are good. Hard to beat. However be prepared for a long wait. Happens every time. Very slow. To much chit chat amongst mechanics. If you want in and quick for tires go to Discount Tirez and pay a few dollars more but your wait will be less than hour instead of 2 to 4 hours.

I went in for an oil change and tire replacements. The following day I hear a horrible pop underneath my hood, the oil cap was not screwed back in correctly and now hot oil coats the entire right side of the engine (including the battery and padding on the hood). This will be a fun mess to clean. Thanks for that. I’m glad I waited three hours in Walmart for this.

The staff here seem to be very knowledgeable and friendly. However, they stay super busy so expect to wait. The prices are very competitive. If youre able to drop your car off and go shopping in the store, it makes the wait much more bearable.

I have used this place for all my tire needs for almost two years now. You cant beat their prices on tire related services. I even had to have a tire replaced under warranty and was satisfied with that experience. I have my tires rotated and balanced every 10,000 miles. I believe that I will get the advertised 90,000 miles.

In desperate need of customer service training. Quoted a one-hour job, I’ve been here for at least 2.5 hours. Prices are competitive, but the wait and lack of customer service evens the score with nearby competitors’ prices. Robert’s service was excellent when picking the tires; Technician execution and soft skills — different story.

Everything was fine until I had to stand at the register and wait 50 minutes to check out because a manager wouldn’t come to the automotive desk to resolve an error.

Without a doubt the slowest I’ve ever seen anyone work in my entire life. Definitely not worth saving a few dollars to wait for 2 hours.

I called to make sure they had tires in stock, no one who knew how to work the system was available. When they returned my call at 5:10, I said Id be on my way in. When i got there at 6 pm I was told they werent taking any more cars. If this was the first time I was told this, it would be one thing, but this is their third time, the other two for oil changes.

Absolutely terrible. Passing through town, my front tire had a bad valve stem. They said it would take an hour and a half. I asked them if I brought the tire in, if they could do it real quick and said no. I then asked if I could have a borrow a tire spoon and I would replace it in the parking lot my self. He didnt know what a tire spoon was.....

The people are fantastic in the auto center they took care of my car needs timely.

So to start this off i called ahead and asked if they mounted used tires the very nice employee said yes so I drove all the way to the Wal-Mart and when I arrived a employee not the same one i talked to on the phone met me at my pickup truck he then proceeded to shout at me that any tire service would be 3 hrs. I was willing to wait then to contradict what the other employee said he stated that we dont mount used tires he was very short with me. To wrap it up never work with this Wal-Mart complete trash clearly lazy and obviously struggles to find help.

We got a flat on our way from Mooresville to Okalahoma and we called them at 5:30 and asked if they had a tire. They did but told us they closed at 7pm and had 5 people there already. The lady found a manager and asked if they could fit us in and help and he said yes! We got there a little after 6 and they got us in and changed our tire. They stayed a few after hours to help us out and we were so grateful! 3 kids, a service dog and a long trip to Oklahoma for Christmas and they helped a ton!! And we got a great deal too!!

Hidden fees for tire installation, been on hold 4 times today for 15 mins each time for a simple online order.

They have no concept of time, and no care for such. And because simple oil changes are grouped with tire changes and such, you typically have to wait forever. They’re understaffed. And, before my oil change today (was here shopping), they told me on three other occasions that my wait would be two hours.

They were great at replacing my warranty battery

Waited two hours just to be told that they wont do a simple oil change on my vehicle. 2017 dodge grand caravan. Said they didnt know what kind of oil to put into it and I needed to go to a dealership. Will never do business here again. If they arent even competent enough to figure out what oil to put in it then they dont need to he working on any vehicles at all!!!

Second time ive gone there and left with an engine light on and problems that didnt exists prior to handing them the keys. Shame on me. Completely lazy and lacking in knowledge. They said the same thing over again which explained nothing. Yes the oil was overdue for an oil change but considering ive been tinkering on cars as early as i can remember they were give bs answers to wash their hands of damaging my car. Thank you for being so kind. My hisband needed your disrespect when he just found out his dad is dying and have made many trips to ohio. So thank you again for being so honest, kind and intelligent.

Went to get tire plug said could not plug against Walmart policy went to get a tire put on a few weeks later said they could not because of Walmart policy then had a flat tire on my other car asked if I could get some air said I could not because it was against Walmart policies I just said screw it went right down to discount and they did it I guess my money isnt green enough for them to exept I dont see how this garage stays in business I think k this place us a front for something g else

Very good price on tires and rates but when it comes to how long itll take. Good God! Ive gone Tuesday through Thursday at around 10am, to get a simple tire rotation and balance.And every single day, the guy taking care of incoming cars says itll be 2 to 3 hours before they can get to my car because theyre so busy.He goes on to explaining how he has 2 cars with new tires to put and one with oil change. Really? Thatll take 2 to 3 hours? Its ridiculous and keep in mind theres 4 of them working in there! Oil change max 30 mintues, tires max 40 mintues and only 3 cars ahead of me.Either hire more workers Walmart or get those lazy ones out. Because they definitely need improvement!

Shop closes at 7pm mon-fri. I called prior to gettin a tire change to make sure they had it in stock, and that I had time to get it changed. I arrived at 6pm, and was told they wouldn’t be able to help me. Then I went to discount tire right beside Walmart on Bleachery blvd., and they changed my tire even though they had already closed for the day. Don’t go here, go to discount tire instead! Also, the people at Walmart weren’t very friendly or empathetic at all, even though My tire had expanded and took a chance just driving there!

I used the automotive shop to get my tires. Bad mistake. This place is so awfully slow its unbearable and to top it all off you cant make an appointment. The guy behind the counter didnt even have a pen and after he checked in his office he had to go to another department to get one. Dont waste your time with these people.

They have the worst customer service you could ever ask for. Told to wait in a parking space for service but theres a 4 hour wait and he will get my details. Ok pulled in the spot and waited 15 minutes tried to get the other guy working to help me but he was too busy helping people who just pulled in. This place is a joke. I was only there to get the tire fixed that they just installed and was already losing air.

Do not ever use them to change your oil it will likely not be changed and charged anyway.. what a rip!!!
