Had the most AMAZING experience here! 100% recommend. Even tried to leave him a tip for the extra work he had to put it on my battery and he told me to keep it and go by myself lunch with it. Never has a battery place or car place treated me like I was a human until this experience:)

The only place I purchase batteries... Ive bought 4 in the last year. (One can tell I drive older vehicles.) See Chris... as honest and dependable as they come.

Came here to Chris because my car was having trouble starting (thought it was the battery). Chris hooked it up and told me the battery was fine and helped me troubleshoot the problem for 20mins or so once the car didn’t start. He gave me a cold water and was extremely helpful while I got my car towed to a shop. They sell Deka batteries here which are NC made and very reasonably priced for how good and reliable they are. Cannot recommend these guys enough, go see Chris for all your battery needs

Was able to find a low priced battery 4 my car that I will be selling in about a month. They included the felt rings and lubricant where other places were charged me for bucks for it. These local places still doing it right!

Saved the day! I can only charge my cell phone through an external battery charger and the one I had bought online had broke. I tried multiple big box stores and none had external cell phone battery chargers. I tried this place and not only did they have one, but it was the same price as Amazon! I was afraid that I was either going to have a few days without a phone or pay $60-70 for a charger! Check them out!

Wanted a Samsung battery shipped to my home in Waynesville...they tell me they have one in stock..I say great !Can ya ship it to me?...He says,...let me check, Ill call ya right back !They never call back ! I call next day and they tell me, I cant ship it in an envelope with bubble wrap cause the shipping company says its against the rules, has to be a special box that will cost more than the damn battery !I order from Dorcy, same price and...WITH FREE SHIPPING !!!They also shipped it in a bubble wrap envelope...Imagine that !!Whats the sense of having a web site if ya cant order something on line, that comes with an elaborate excuse as to WHY they cant accommodate a customer !Id have to drive 60 miles round trip for an $8 battery which is nuts !Trying to help this customer....was Yuge Fail !!Too much competition to shop here at all !!
