Granted this occurred a few years ago so who knows, maybe things have changed. For some reason they popped up in my possible review thing so here it goes:Had a laptop that the ac plug was coming loose on, I also noticed the fan was starting to go out. I had thought about doing it myself and bought the plug adapter but decided Id pay for someone to do it. Called and basically $200 to open a laptop plus parts. When I got there they quoted me a ridiculous price for the plug, told them I already bought one and paid a little more than 1/3 what they quoted as retail price.I had not bought a fan yet so I said Id pay whatever they charged. Told both the tech I dropped it off with as well as wrote down the fan was starting to go bad. When I picked the laptop up they did nothing about the fan. Instead the guy got condescending saying I didnt understand how computer fans work and there was nothing wrong with it.
The Wired Mouse is top rate. They are professional but also personable. They understand your concerns and go above and beyond to get you back up and running. They dont try to push extras on you. I liked that they offered affordable options. Thanks, Wired Mouse! :)
I was locked out of my desktop. They fixed it super fast! Both the person who answered the phone and the technician couldnt have been nicer. Great experience...
The techs are knowledgeable and honest, their work is top notch and I trust them to treat New right.
The Wired Mouse was the provider for the IT services where I worked. Anytime I needed assistance the response was prompt, understandable, never rushed and 100%. I began using TWM for my personal computer needs. They have removed viruses, recycled old computers, helped me over the phone to troubleshoot. I only had to travel from Hendersonville to the store when needed. The staff always makes me feel that my limited computer knowledge is never a barrier to learning more about my computer. Thanks!
What a great group of people. Very helpful every time .
In 2010, Andrew Giles created my website for me and it was an excellent experience. In 2012, I went back to Wired Mouse to get a quote on updating my web. The quote was high and I felt I was given a run of the mill quote rather than being acknowledged as an ongoing and returning customer. I found another web designer for my project, but left the server service with Wired Mouse.I recently found that there are less expensive server companies and decided to have my domain transferred. My web designer tells me this is a relatively simple process - taking at most 7 days. Emiliano and Andrew ( not Giles) worked to make this happen. It didnt after 2 full weeks of run around after run around. Andrew was the soothe us upper mgmt person, while Emiliano was the tech tasked with doing the work which he didnt know how to do. He had difficulty returning emails and phone calls and seemed to be at the hands of others in the company to direct him as to what to do. The final straw was when we found out that Wired Mouse didnt know the The Host Location or IP address; FTP user name and FTP password. This is all that was needed to migrate my site and these are the very items a hosting company is tasked with having.Dont waste your time with Wired Mouse as a host for your site. Im having a new site built and it will be directed to my new host. It was time for another web update!
Took my laptop in with a single complaint, my mouse keep freezing up. They sold me a System Cleaning + Tweak Optimize for $149.00 and said that would fix the problem. Got home & turned it on, within 3 seconds, the mouse froze again. Called immediately and was told to bring it back. No way ! They charged me for something I didnt need & didnt fix the one problem . Rip Off !!!
Great service, I got a free computer diagnosis for a new gaming computer I hooked up wrong and within hours they showed me what I did wrong, which I could not figure out looking online.
