First time going here and had a great experience. Everyone was masked & keeping things sanitized and clean and was very nice. Also as a femme person I really felt more comfortable with a female doctor than my previous older-male optometrist, really liked her and the receptionist too. :) I was a little nervous because their review rating is very low but if you actually get in the place, it is nice. I had no issues getting ahold of anyone and showing up for my appointment.I order my glasses online and they were very understanding and good about that as well. Good experience and cant wait to get my new lenses in!
I probably shouldnt be complaining because I never got in touch with anyone so maybe there good mabe not who knows
I lost my glasses yesterday so I came to the store today because I have gone through Walmart vision centers for the last 6 years or so. The worker Gabriella told me she would not let me purchase a new pair because my prescription was 3 days past needing to be updated. Not only is that a lie but that is the exact story I was told two years ago when I lost a previous pair. It is strange that 2 years apart and in a different state somehow manage to show up 3 days after it expires. Strange. I told her I need to buy a pair now because I cannot see and that I could make an appointment to come back. She told me no so then I told her she is going to lose a 6 year patient and she turned her back on me and walked away. If you don’t think I will be reaching out to her supervisor that is incorrect. Needless to say I will be finding another eye care specialists that actually cares about the safety of its patients.
Amazing customer service, awesome selection. They do close for lunch in the middle of the afternoon, but if you call and ask them their hours, they make sure to let you know when they will be away. That explains why the phone just rang and rang when I tried to call the other day at about 2 in the afternoon. Very honest and helpfull! I will definitely be back!
I got a pair of glasses here when my sight changed. I bought the cheapest pair I could since I had never had glasses before. Turns out I can’t wear glasses, but they tried to help me with adjustments to get the fit right. The selection of glasses isn’t great but it isn’t bad either. For me it let me try the glasses affordably where as most places it was expensive.
Great Customer service. Great pricing and Styles. Great warranty service. On the downside, Staff are stretched thin between locations.
I have called them multiple times now and nobody has ever answered the phone. I have also gone in to the location and we couldnt even find an employee. This is all during their labeled business hours. I am now having to go somewhere else because apparently you dont want my business.
Literally the most aggravating establishment I’ve had to deal with. Their hours are so weird and they never answer the phone. I was given contacts that were so uncomfortable and it took me weeks to try to get new ones because they are just so hard to catch.
I called my local wal-mart and asked to be transferred to the vision department. The customer service associate connected me to the wrong person. That wrong person transferred me to another incorrect number. The phone just rang and rang. I eventually hung up and googled the Vision Center number. I called that number and it just rang and rang for 10 minutes. I hung up and called again 15 minutes later. The phone just rang and rang again for 15 minutes I was on hold. I could not even ask about eye exam prices or make an appointment if I had wanted to.This was all during regular business hours.Horrible and non-existent customer service.I do not recommend Wal-Mart to anybody for anything.I took my business elsewhere.
They never answer the phone. trying to get a hold of customer service is almost impossible.
