We were pleased with the variety, price, and quality of the products available in this store. Particularly memorable were several very unique and beautiful local pieces of pottery, shown in the images. Finally, in terms of staff, the owner was friendly and helpful, and service efficient but not impersonal.
Wow. This was an incredible experience! I went with my boyfriend and we had a BLAST!The trip started off with Joe meeting us and taking us to Gauntlet Canyon. He was VERY prepared, thorough, easy going, adaptable, efficient and genuinely interested in getting to know us. At the first canyon we practiced so we felt comfortable descending down the big rock! It was such an amazing experience with gorgeous views. The playfulness of our footwork as we repelled downward was so enjoyable. The second stop was Cove creek waterfall, which has STUNNING views. We know who we are coming to when we go to Asheville. Joe has a wilderness masters degree thats makes him able to adapt, shift focus and be efficient at what he is doing while being safe. If you have a small group of friends or a family with children, he is the person you want guiding you. Well, the critical thinking and skill set he encompasses are highly appreciated! Thank you Joe! We will see you later to master the river next.
Staff and owner lack the customer service that is very important to sustain a successful business long term. We have been customers for some time and all is good until we had a defect in a product that was purchased. Attempted to address it... Left countless of messages and never received a return call. No luck with the phone listed for the shop either. Honestly, I dont know how these people run a business. The staff was condescending and above it all. I understand the challenges of running a retail store and you dont ever want to take customer service lightly. There is plenty of competition out there! Listen up. I will be spending my money elsewhere! Lost a valuable customer. Thank you very much!
I love this place so much cool.stuff .We bought a hand blown hummingbird feeder and I could sit and talk to Uma all day she is a sweet beautiful soul.they have all the handmade jewelry and pottery ..it is a plethora of handmade local art.if you are in Asheville NCStop in and see Uma ..I promise you wont be sorry .
Cool place. Nice people. Good products.
Cool, unique place with beautiful handmade scarves, pottery, leather work and more! Walked in after getting coffee and the lady at the front was super inviting, sweet and full of information about the artists work in the shop. She made the store fun and welcoming for me and my husband.
Just left after standing in front of the store for quite a while. Sign clearly states they open at 10. Left there and took a walk. We went back twice. Someone came in, but still not opened. At 10:47 the sales person opened the door (hallelujah) stepped out, locked door and left. I finally googled the store and it said opens at 11. PLEASE fix your sign! We werent the only ones to notice they werent open when the sign says they should be. We had 11:30 reservations, so we left. Money was lost as we were all prepared to buy.
The shop owner banned someone from the store while I was here.. all for returning something that cost ten dollars. The kid had only bought the item that day so its not like he was actually losing profit... i dont know who can pay an artist that quickly. He whined about his profits and told the young man to never come here again. There are plenty of great shops downtown dont waste your patronage here.
Fun little gift shop that captures the eclectic vibe of Asheville. Make sure to check it out!
Great gifts, prices and service! Location is easy to get to! I love shopping here!
Great place, plenty to choose from. Something for everybody here.
Really great little gift shop next to the Coffee Bus in Downtown Asheville! Price ranges vary from Not Bad to GREAT! I like the jewelry selections up front and the fun novelty gifts!
A bit more of a shop than a gallery but nonetheless, fairly nice.
I had a foot issue and the doctor was very gentle and helpful.
Friendly staff and amazing art
I love the atmosphere here, great gifts
Not sure who would buy anything. It seems like a tourist shop, but has very little local products. There are some low quality paintings, knee socks, kitchen gadgets, and other mismatched items here that just dont make sense together.
Very interesting selection
I live in Costa Rica . We went in dec 23 2016
Tourist shop with a bunch of over priced garbage and rude customer service.
Nice and entertaining
Not a Chinese franchise.
Beautiful!
Very good
