One if my hearing aids failed while still under warranty. I was told that due to COVID-19, if it was sent in for repairs it would be stored indefinitely, because they are not repairing them currently. I dont understand why hearing aid repairs cannot be performed, since it could be done completely without contact. For me to have to be without my under warranty hearing aids that I paid a lot of money for is unacceptable.
