My desktop crashed after downloading a windows update and I tried everything I know to fix it myself but it was just something I couldnt do at the time. I took it in on Friday to get diagnosis on it. I was quoted somewhere around 150ish. I told them Id bring it back when I had the extra money which was a few days later. Got a call back and was only charged $35!!! They took the Diagnosis fee and added it into the 35. How awesome is that! They were so smart, willing to explain in detail and always answered the phone when I called. They were prompt with all services and relaying the messages. They have gained a lifetime customer here and I highly recommend this place to anyone with tech problems because they do so much more!!

Issue was handled quickly and with no trouble. Technician was very knowledgeable and professional.

Was told it was impossible to get a parts replacement quote over the phone even when I had the model and serial number. I recieved an over the phone quote from the repair shop in Flatwoods with no trouble. This place didnt even want the opportunity to have my business.Edit (There is no ability to reply) I self diagnosed that the outside laptop cover and hinges was broken and told the person on the phone exactly what needed replaced. I was then told it was impossible to give a quote even when I informed you there was a business prior to calling you was able to do it no issue.

The staff at High Performance Computer Services has taken of the IT issues in our office for many years. They are friendly, competent, helpful, and knowledgeable. I have never had to wait for a problem to be addressed. Nathan and his staff are available when I call and diligent in resolving issues. I highly recommend them!

I have used HPCs services several times, always with the same result ………………… they fix my problem in a timely manner at a reasonable cost. They are also extremely friendly, and even stayed after closing a few minutes in order for me to get there and pick up my computer.Great place to do business !!!

After an apparent miscommunication about the problems I was having, I received a copy of Windows 10 for my PC and told if I need any additional help in the reinstall to contact them. So far I am having no luck getting it to reload so I will be taking them up on their offer to help. They did tell me the new Windows update over the weekend caused problems for a lot of people. Some people dont understand that there are some who work all their lives then have that taken away due to medical problems, then find they no longer can afford the things we were used to having. Nice to know there are some business owners who understands this. Thank you to those at High Performance Computers.

Local and honest

Whether home or office, I would recommend High Performance. Our office has used them multiple times, and they always straighten out our problems, and they are friendly, fast, knowledgeable and dependable. Give them a try...you will not be disappointed!
