Scott was amazing at removing my stress and worry. When I got a flat tire on my new car he scheduled me right away. The tire had to be replaced. The problem was solved the next day. You are very lucky to have Scott. I have watched him work very hard with little or no help for a few years. Valuable employees are hard to find.,

Do not go here and do not waste your time if you have PRC. Appointment told him it was for prc, not only do they want to charge you for an inspection, but two weeks later I go to my appointment and they tell me that they dont use PRC because PRC doesnt pay them right then and there. But that they can still do this inspection and charge me $35 for peace of mind. My comment was what do I need peace of mind for what I need is my van fixed, and I know whats wrong with it and if you dont take PRC, because you want paid immediately what good does it do me.That was 2 weeks waiting. When I already had no brakes and I have children that I put my vehicle and I told you this you wasted my time and I could have went somewhere else

Roy and Scott, at the Ashtabula Tire Auto Service Center Center on Prospect Ave., are two of the best mechanics Ive ever had. Theyre thorough, proficient, takes the time to explain the service being rendered, courteous and expedient. Scott made sure I knew about an up-coming tire sale and based on that exchange, I purchased four new tires. I have complete confidence in their skillful care and I highly recommend them to everyone.

I made an appointment online, after business hours on a Saturday evening. My appointment was for Sunday morning. I received an email Sunday morning confirming my appointment.The Monro shop in Ashtabula did not honor that appointment. The employee, Jason, did explain the situation: apparently the online scheduler is not in sync with the specific shops calendar and so it doesnt know that the appointments indicated as available actually are not. However, there was nothing on the website to indicate that this might be the case. I did not receive an email or a phone call from the specific shop to tell me that the appointment would need to be rescheduled. When I called the shop with a question shortly before my appointment, I was told he would not be able to get to it for 3 to 4 hours after my appointment time.I was stranded out of town and so this was understandably distressing to me.Luckily, I found another garage that could take me in right away to fix my flat tire so I could continue my drive home.

I made an appointment to get an oil change on my 2012 Honda Civic EX. The advertised price for an oil change facing the main road was less than $20 I was expecting to pay more with all the other fees included but when I got there they quoted me a price over 50. When I inquired as to why the price was so high they told me their computer system wouldnt even give the under $20 oil change quoted price because my car only had options for a synthetic blend or full synthetic oil change. Thanks Monroe for wasting my time if the advertised price isnt the price the customer has an option to choose over whats recommended than that should be stated at the time of making an appointment over the phone or when youre doing an online scheduling appointment. Wont have to worry about me being a return customer but thank you and I hope this is a help the other people that maybe reading to see how they how they do their business with oil changes.

Got a flat the last day of my vacation on the lake. This was the only location open on a Sunday. Jason and the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and professional. I would recommend this location to anyone who needs tires help in the area.

In light of the current status of the outbreak of c-19 they where able to help me diagnose my bad wheel baring and replace it in a timely manner. phone call where very informative. The best Part is straight forward pricing no hidden fees.

Went there last minute before closing to get an oil change and new air filter they took me right in did all the service in a timely manner. My son was driving from NY to Toledo area on Fathers day. He was having trouble with his tires because of weather conditions and old tires. I called and talked to Scott my son was about 10 minutes away from Monro. The time was about 430 PM and the shop was closing at 5pm. Scott stayed 45 minutes late on Fathers day to make sure, my son a complete stranger to him could drive safely to his destination. I cant Express my gratitude, respect,trust and amazement for Scott. We definitely need more people like him in this world. AMAZING SERVICE.

Incredibly polite and helpful- I had a slow leak from a nail in my tire and stopped in. They fit me in right away and took care of it. 5 Star Service- I was on a tight timeline and had no expectation of the problem being solved today.. and it was! I will recommend them to everyone. I came here on my husband’s recommendation because he has had such positive experiences here, and they lived up to that 100 percent and more!

Went in and had an issue with a slow leak. They got me in with no delay and patched the hole. The price was a bit more then most places but It was well worth it because they provided service that I can trust. You get what you pay for is what I always say! I will return.

Needed a quick oil change on the spot no sooner did I ask and they had it up on the lift and done in no time. They were respectful and did it for a reasonable price. Id recommend. I own a jetta so model doesnt matter.

Just got my front brakes done on Friday and they not only gave me 80.00 discount on my rotors but fixed the front piece that I had knocked loose on one side because I keep hitting those cement dividers in parking spots. For which they did not charge me nor did I ask them. I was very happy.

Please go anywhere but here. You could go to a dealership and get better prices to repair your car. Got charged $1,100 dollars for a synthetic oil change and new brake pads and rotors and even then the brakes werent tight. To pay 1100 dollars I should have been able to stop on a dime. Ill never refer anyone to go here nor will I ever come here again.

They were able to service my car (oil change and tire rotation) the same day I called despite them being short handed. The price was at least $15 dollars cheaper than the dealership. The person I talked to (Rob, sorry if I got that wrong) was pleasant as well. Ill be back.
