Went there the day before Christmas eve and Tasha helped me out. Shes one of the most helpful and professional managers Ive ever dealt with. I was especially impressed with the way she handled a difficult customer. She quickly identified the real source of the womans distress (her boyfriend kept smashing her phone), comforted the woman, and got back to the business of helping with her issue to the satisfaction of both. I majored in conflict management and this is the way to handle a situation!

We have a love hate relationship good prices decent turn out for phones but sometimes you just get that one phone in there just doesnt work. But the people that work 100 percent amazing no matter what.

Disappointed in the way staff was being treated by other costumers. Then realized they were friends and just pretending. Rude must of been the game if the day.

Customer service providers were polite and helpful.

Couldnt fix my phone. Insisted it was the phones hardware that was bad and I should replace it. I had to myself call the boost customer support phone number to have the issue resolved. Seems like someone just wanted to push a sale, rather then fix a problem for there customer.

There was a problem with the phone and Boost employees solved it.

Great customer service in store. Tasha is amazing as are the other workers. They balance out the poor customer service the phone reps provide.

Im very pleased and happy with Boost Mobile with their service the people at the booth mobile in Ashtabula Ohio thats on Prospect Road the people there are very friendly the females who work there are very pleasant and well go out of their way to help your needs and find a phone that is just right for the person and their service Im happy with the service. I got a iPhone the only thing that I am disappointed with it does not come with a manual all the phones that I have bought from Verizon AT&T Sprint T-Mobile TracFones Net10 phones total Wireless they all had manuals how to operate the phone Im still learning but otherwise I am very happy with the service I can go into T-Mobile which is across the street from me and ask for their help on how to do something and they would show me walk me through the steps and show me thank you T-Mobile for your service and I hope your company grows. I had a Net10 phone when I was paying $50 a month for 5 GB unlimited talk and text with Boost Mobile Im paying $70 for unlimited talk and text and unlimited data and with 20gb of hotspot which I am happy

I bought a phone and did not like the phone. I tried to return the next day and David said I could not return the phone. After calling Boost, I was then told by David that I can return the phone but there is a $35 return fee policy. There is no policy according to Boost about a fee and there is nothing on the receipt or in the store stating this!!!!!! The manager did not answer the text from David. I waited over 1 hour to speak to the manager, he never called to talk to me.Very poor customer service.
