Good service needs better selection of funko pops

Its game stop who doesnt love a good game stop? I do enu the mangers and the employees there they are very open to telling you about new games and I personally do not think they try to make.you buy more then what you need or try to upsell you.

Staff was wonderful very nice and helpful only thing is it took about 2 months before I could get a controller

Wish I could remember the sales associates name. I had a collectable set aside online, when I got there I had each of the ones they had in stock already, I told him thats ok, I think theyve only made these 3 so far. Just in case he spent 20 min calling up other stores that had them in inventory. This was a $4.00 Hot Wheel not a $70.00 video game, I was very impressed.

If they dont have the game.they will order it for you

Things are way more expensive the last time I went. Not liking it. I spend almost 40 dollars just on tiny little things. Not worth it.

If you loved being taken advantage of on return prices or trades.. other than that great selection .....

The new employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. Its appreciated more than words can express, given the experiences from the previous years. They knew which games were appropriate for the audiences we were looking for and helped us make a few decisions. Needless to say, the games were spot on with what we were looking for.

Such a rip off

Went in to look at the Funko Pops and bought about 12 of them for under $100. Great experience. Will definitely go back!

Staff was super friendly and very accommodating. The only reason for 4 stars is that we were there to return a game controller. On the bright side, we had bought an extended warranty so it wasnt a huge hassle. Every now and then those warranties do pay off!

They were so helpful with my complex HDMI cord needs in setting up older gaming systems. Must visit for gaming needs and wares!!

Bought an xbox one x (used) and its been working flawlessly the staff was very friendly and outgoing even though she was the only one there and busy as heck stood in line for a little bit but it was worth the wait plus I understood that shes only one person and theres only so much one person can do so it wasnt a big deal

Read online GameStop to receive switches on march 22. Went to the store on march 21 to inquire and confirm they said most locations will get them on the 22nd but we are scheduled to get them before opening on the 23 rd, get here early. I went on the 23rd three hours before opening and waited. Upon the store opening I found out that the switches came the previous day and were gone in a matter of minutes. Sure seems like I was lied to so this employees friends could have first dibs. Maybe it was an honest mistake but it wasted my time and crushed my hopes. Will be hesitant to buy my switch from GameStop now.

Worst experience ever i bought yo kai watch blasters 2 days ago and it was defective i couldnt connect to the internet and they would not help me out with it im never going back!
