This store has great sales! I always find the cutest things and people are so Surprised I bought from Penny’s. So happy we have this store to shop at in Ashtabula Towne Square. Excited to see what else will be coming soon. I signed up for emails and always get great sale emails and coupons which I love.

I believe customer sensitivity training should take place. Since I found out from the jewelry clerk that they do not tell you of any sales, you have to ask. There for you could of made a purchase, lost your discount, and never would have known. Come on J.C. Penny, you can do better than that

Nice store with a decent assortment of clothing. Its a smaller store than Erie PA or Mentor OH but good in a hurry.

JcPenny is my favorite place to shop for jeans! I am tall so its hard to find jeans that fit perfect and are actually tall enough! JcPenny always has great sales going on and even if they dont they have great everyday prices for most anything you are looking for. Employees are always very helpful and friendly here!

I was there for an hour and a half trying to use my rebate cards and they didnt work. We called the people who handle it. They said the money was there but that the computer said they were expired but the man said they should be good through today. It was so frustrating! That was $50! The lady who worked in the jewelry department was trying so hard to help me. She was awesome!

Hope this store remains here. Its the last place in town where I can get good Stafford shirts, ties and pants where the buttons do not fall off or crumble and stitching that lasts longer than a month.

Very clean well organized store. Probably the best clothing store in Ashtabula. Excellent quality clothing, and well stocked. Very diversified as far as what they carry. My wife loves the deals with your J.C. Penny credit card as well as the sales. The staff is always very curtious and helpful.

Great clothes at a pretty reasonable price but they dont have a huge selection even less so if you are plus sized.

This store treats their employees like garbage. Dont expect to get a full time job here even after almost a year of part time work. They will shoot you down with ridiculous excuses. Poor management that has no clue how to run a business or treat employees.

This location is so small I dont know how they stay in business. There is always plenty of parking and it is very easy to notice from a vehicle in traffic.
