I have been sitting in the drive up for 45 minutes because the two cars in front of me are doing Covid tests. At least Conneaut has two lanes so one can be designated for the tests. I had one script to pick up. My ice cream is probably chocolate milk by now. This is totally ridiculous!

Pharmacist answered all my questions well and was very knowledgeable. Helped me a lot and Ive never had a bad experience! Theyre decently reliable, professional, and get my special orders in faster than anywhere else has.

Made an appointment online to get covid testing done because I was expose to it by someone recently. I went to the appointment only to get refused because electrical equipment failure and told me to reschedule. The Lady was kind but I can tell I was getting shot down the moment I told her I had an appointment. I understand life happens but it would be nice get notified if we cant do the appointment instead of making the drive and waste the rest of my afternoon where I couldve scheduled somewhere else to get tested.

Some time the cheat to fill full prescription. last time one prescription has 90 tablets the fill only 60 tablets . when i call pharmacist does not agree with me.this happens 2nd time
