I had called ahead for a prescription to be filled. Not only was it unfilled the next day but the woman at the window was quite unpleasant. Why it is not my family drug store.

My visit went great, workers were helpful, respectful. Store was clean n orderly.

Stacy at discount drug mart was excellent in getting my sister, who is disabled and needed a rollater and did it within days of her request. She even followed up to make sure it was delivered and everything was ok with it. Stacy made the process easy and stress free. Thank you so much for having a wonderful person like Stacy As an employee

I shop for anything here .Got stamps tonight.And also things to hang a picture at home.If I need last min food items its easy in and easy out.Always helpful and pleasant employees.

I always love shopping at this store. The staff is always helpful and friendly and I always find great products. However, today when I shopped I had a negative experience while checking out w cashier Lashele. Her energy was whack.When I entered the check out, she was turned away reading her magazine, mask half way off her face, and given the glare was clearly bothered that I came into her line. She ignored my greeting and when I said it again she responded w a defensive attitude and glares.The rest of the checkout was uncomfortable. My brother was also in line behind me and had a similar experience w her.Another one of my family members went to Chelsea’s line and had a completely different experience, she was warm, friendly and wonderful!I understand these are difficult times and I appreciate all essential workers, but an experience like this really put me off. Lashele could use a re-evaluation.

Employees are uneducated on any of their policies. Had to cancel a transaction and they didnt know if I had to be there or not a d wound up wasting over 30 minutes in their store for what should have been 5 minutes. Did not comply or adapt to Covid-19 issues. Very, very poor customer service. 5/16/2020 in the courtesy station.

Everyone at the pharmacy is very nice...Including Scott the pharmacist; he speaks to you with respect.

Best store ever. They have practically anything you need. Friendly and helpful staff and pharmacy is best of all.

Store staff are surprisingly nice and helpful!

Had been going there since they opened and during the last couple of years of my wifes loosing battle with cancer we gave them thousands of dollars and the service was fair. But this last year they screwed up my prescriptions 4 times. I now go to the one in Jefferson.
