Ace rarely disappoints. They have something for about everything. Found the prices beat Busy Beaver by quite a bit! Their people are a whole lot more knowledgeable too.

Replaced my Craftsman tools very quickly with great customer service all around. The cashier was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had, they were also very polite & respectful. This is the opposite of the support I received from Lowes!

Had 2 keys made, this is one of the nicest hardware stores I have ever been in, very clean well lit and very friendly staff

Stopped here today for saw blades.They are locked up. Ok np asked someone to get them for me and they lady started walking and made the comment ”well come on if you want them.” (I was already walking behind her) that was uncalled for I was not rude when I asked for assistance to get them. So there was no need for the snarky comment.I’ll go somewhere else from now on.

Love this place! Very conveniently located, and their customer service is amazing! I ordered something online, and when I went to pick it up for the store, they informed me that they had run out of that product since I ordered it. Instead of just saying sorry and giving me a refund, they pulled a better / more expensive product off the shelf and offered it to me instead at no additional charge. Now THATS customer service!
