Well, I have a few things to say here. Started out not so happy with Davis, however, I quickly realized that it wasnt their fault, it was my insurance company that was failing. Once my car was returned, after some major damage, I noticed a few items that could be improved upon, or that were missed. Dalton was quick to take my car back in and remedy my issues without question. This is why I gave them 5 stars.

Didnt know who to call, but my insurance company sent me to them and Davis did a fantastic job. What means more to me is that they did exactly what they said they would do when they said they would do it. My F-150 looks like new and Im picky. Great job guys, Thank You

The Davis Auto Body Shop South staff provided great service and displayed great understanding while dealing with my new car that was damaged. A very friendly professional staff that went over and above to assist in resolving and processing Insurance Payment delays while accommodating to my needs. The staff displayed great patients and professionalism throughout the process. My car was show-room clean, repaired to expectations, and ready on time. No complaints from me at all.

It did take quite awhile to get my car actually into the shop(about two months), and then another two and a half for the repairs. However, my car looks great! Havent had any issues with it since i got it last week! The paint job looks great also! Cant even tell it was involved in an accident. I did find a piece that goes on the bumper in the backseat, but i think its because they didnt want to put it on too soon after the paint job. Its just a metal plate to protect the paint that i can easily put back on myself. A special thank you to the guys who put it all back together for me, as well as Madison for all her help as well! Thank you for all the updates during the repair process! You are awesome!

In the last several years Ive taken my car to Davis Auto Body in Atascadero for repairs to both front end and rear end. Each time I called to schedule the estimate, I was able to get it in within just a couple days. They ordered needed parts right away, called me as soon as they were in and scheduled repairs in a timely manner. They always gave me a date to expect the work to be done and each time I picked my car up on that date or a day earlier. In addition, they coordinated a rental car for me, handled all insurance matters and communicated with me regularly. I must say, I have not one single complaint or criticism and I would recommend their services to anyone looking for high quality body work, handled with prompt, helpful, courteous staff. Top Notch for sure!

This was the first accident I have ever been in and if there was a bright spot in the entire insurance claim process it was the experience that I had with Davis Auto Body in Atascadero. Not only does this purchased used car look better than it did when we first got it, but I received the best customer service. Eric educated me about the insurance process and after removing the parts physically showed me the plan to repair the damages. They were quick, honest and did a beautiful job! I went to Davis Auto Body in Atascadero to have a side panel replaced on my car. The experience was a great one. The place was clean and friendly. The process was fast and well priced. They even picked me up when my car was done and brought me back to the shop to get it!

I have used Davis on a number of occasions. The work hasalways been perfect and problem free and my car always comes back clean. The customer service was great. They even made my car rental reservations. Thank you.

Overall they did a good job. I liked how they arranged for my rental and washed my truck before I picked it up.One nit is that there was still a little dent in the area of the repair. They said that the insurance company denied the repair and that I should take it up with them. I wish that Davis would have informed me while it was still in the shop. It would have been much easier to get the insurance company to approve the repair.

I have had my cars repaired at Davis Body Shop on multiple occasions. Each time I have been greeted by very friendly and professional staff members. Patrick conducts a very thorough assessment of the damage and consistently provides a detailed overview of what the repair(s) will entail. The quality of work is exceptional. A few years ago, I had a car that had chrome trim that was never really properly installed by the manufacturer. That trim was damaged in a collision and actually ended up looking better after the staff at Davis Auto Body repaired the vehicle. Thanks Davis Auto Body!!

Poor workmanship this is my third time taking my car in. Evertime something is overlooked, just had the trunk repainted, you would figure that they would make sure everything in done right!! Well Im done found contaminants in the paint will live with it.

This place had three chances to get it right and messed up every time. Made new issues that never existed before hand, one issue they caused was scratching 4 of the windows. Windows, you know glass, something extremely hard to scratch. Or how about the brand new bumper that they color matched perfectly... Just so they could scratch the crap out of it! Scratch pros! You want scratches? These guys can scratch anything for you... For no additional charges.

Everyone at Davis Auto Body Shop in Atascadero was very helpful and my car was repaired and looking beautiful as quickly as possible.

Once I walk into there office it felt so inviting. The decor was calm and peaceful. Thevoice of business would be the receptionist. She very sweet and she wont see me again, yet she talk like we know each other. Good job on paint job. Seriously, what paint job. I just got my car back from Davis Body Shop.I had a great experience.This is what my experience entailed.1 - Car accident2 - Insurance company asked me to get a quote3 - I walked in to Davis Autobody and had a quote within 30 minutes and they emailed it to me before I was home from their store.4 - Emailed quote to insurance company5 - Waited 2 weeks for a check6 - Called Davis Autobody and scheduled the work and also dropped off a check for the parts7 - When the parts arrived (2 days later) Davids Autobody called me and scheduled an appointment at my earliest convenience8 - Davis Autobody set up a rental car for me from Enterprise9 - I showed up the day of the appointment and they were ready for me.10 - My rental car was next door waiting for me to pick it up11 - I got a call 2 days later saying the car was done (this was 2 days ahead of the estimated time)12 - I go to Davis Autobody 30 minutes later and the car is washed and ready for me to pick up13 - I get the keys to my car, check the work and cant even tell there was an accident.14 - Drop off the rental car.15 - I am back to normal.This process was so simple that I cannot imagine going to another auto body shop.Thank you Davis Autobody for your great customer service, the friendliness of the staff and the great communication.Hopefully I do not have the need for any more auto body work but if I do then I know where I am going.
