They took a stressful situation and handled it effortlessly. Once they had my car I didnt need to do anything else. They handled everything and kept us informed all along the way. Vehicle looked brand new when we picked it up. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a great body shop.

I had previously left a mediocre review for caliber but after dealing with the entire team and seeing how they worked through fixing the vehicle and making it batter than new Ive had change of heart and decided to leave this positive review. They are a good group and kept me up to date with texts and phone calls. Highly recommend this location.

I had someone back into my van. I need my van repair quickly as I drive a handicapped vehicle. They where able to replace the rear lift door and get it painted in less then one day.. They took the time to match the the paint and order all the parts. Have all the parts painted and ready to go so all they had to do so install and clean up. They had back in my vehicle in no time at all. I appreciate their promptness, polite and friendly service.

Went in for an estimate on a Wednesday and was told I would get an estimate on Thursday and still have not heard a thing on Friday. I guess they don’t need the work.I have since been contacted by the on site manager and told that my paperwork had been lost. I went back and manager took care of me very professionally.ThanksThis is an update on the work I had done by Caliber Collision. I had the work done and the quality of the work is excellent. I was contacted almost daily with a status of the progress which was great. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision. Tony was great to work with.

Yesterday, I backed into a low cement pylon, popped off the rear trim off my car, and scraped the side. I stopped by caliber collision on my way home, right before they closed. They were willing to take a look right then, and they not only popped it all back into place, they wiped the paint marks off so that it looked way better, and they didn’t even charge me! So efficient, friendly and helpful! Thankyou again!

Although Caliber Collision did an amazing job, I hope to never have to see them again!! They are very efficient and diligent here. Caliber made my car look like it didn’t even know what high impact damage was! Like it never even happened. They gave me real time updates almost every day, which was really great. At other shops I feel like I’m left in the dark while my car is being worked on, but at Caliber Collision, there’s nothing but light baby. They even let me use my car while parts were being ordered, which is something other body shops would not let me do. I explained my situation to Tony and how I just didn’t want to have to pay for a rental while my car just sits there and waits for parts, he understood my dilemma and let me take my car back after an inspection. They even detailed my car after the job was done! Thank you to Tony and his amazing team. Will definitely be back here if I ever crash again, but as I said, hopefully not!

Great customer service. Great quality of workmanship.They were able to paint and take care of my repair in less than 24 hours. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone needing any body and paint work.

I had an appointment to receive a quote. I waited in the lobby for about 15 minutes. The guy shows up and looks at my car for less than a minute and says hes going to email a quote later. Its been about 12 hours and I never received it. The other two body shops I went to the same day gave me a quote within a half an hour and were booked through the end of the month so I dont think it was an issue of not having time.

I had my car repaired at Caliber Collision and I have to say my car looks Awesome! Tony and staff were so nice and extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience in this stressful time. The Caliber collision team was awesome! They were very friendly, and kept in touch throughout the repair process. The repairs I had done were perfectly executed. The big dent was gone, and my paint damage was gone like it was never there. The whole team was very professional especially George with explaining the details regarding the repair process.

After our Jeeps liftgate had really nasty run-in with the automatic garage door, it was left with a to-the-metal six-inch gouge. Distraught since we had just purchased the SUV, we started the process of getting quotes.Calibers quote was pretty much on par with everyone in town, but we had heard good things about them so we chose them for the repair. Luckily, they had a good relationship with our State Farm agent and made sure to keep the repairs under $1000 in order to save us from taking a hit to our premium.In just two working days, we had our Jeep back with no evidence of the blunder that had befallen it.
