The customer service is absolutely amazing. Karen at the front desk is always friendly an efficient. She was able to get me the right unit on super short notice and has helped me out many times after that. The units and property are clean, protected and safe. I wasnt going to make it a long-term rental, but this place is so awesome I couldnt resist. Thank you to everyone there for doing so great!

I had a very stressful move under extremely trying circumstances and I’m so happy I was storing almost everything I owned at Traffic Way Storage. You find kindness in such unexpected places. I thought I was just renting a storage unit…but the manager here made that process, and the three months that followed, as easy as possible and was extremely helpful and patient with me. I needed more space and she called me every time something was coming open and she talked me through what I had to store to see if it worked. I’m moving out today and I’d drive out of my way to store my things here again if I needed to. Highly recommend.

Kind of expensive, but friendly people. I guess their prices are typical for whats out there anymore, but its more than triple what I paid for a ground floor unit of a larger size less than 20 years ago. I wish they had elevators for people instead of just freight elevators. My roommate rents in his name, and hes not disabled and can climb stairs. Im physically disabled and rarely go to our storage unit because its on the second floor and I can barely climb the stairs on a good day. Anyway, they are at least nice people and we havent had problems with mice or bugs.

Not disability friendly. Phone system won’t allow protected numbers to call in. Website not compatible with iphones. I have had nothing but trouble and a hassle just trying to pay them. Go elsewhere if you need to actually talk to these people or get them to work with your disability.

Was very satisfied with the service we recieved here. Was allowed to use their moving truck for free, within 50 miles, which was much more than we needed and was extremely helpful. The storage facility has dollys and handcarts, and the elevator at the entrance made the move extremely convenient. The lady who helped us was very courteous and helpful. She even went as far as waiting past closing for us to drive home to pick up paperwork we had forgotten so we could get the truck that night. Moving can be a pain, but they made it as painless as possible.

I rented a unit at the downtown mini storage and the traffic way storage (same people) and it was clean, safe and secure with the units in very good shape. But best of all their staff was amazing and very helpful both in finding the right size units for me and waiving some fees for me upon move out. Highly recommend.

The units are clean and fairly easy to access. Prices vary by sizes, but are fairly consistent with the rest of the storage units around Atascadero. Access is the only problem if there were any, but its the same way all over town.

I highly recommend Traffic Way Storage to anyone looking for a place to put their belongings! This is a safe and clean storage facility, we didnt have any problems or concerns there at all. The staff was always very helpful, friendly, and responsive. Their bathroom was always clean too. Plenty of room in the areas between the bays even for a large truck. I will use Traffic Way Storage if I need to store my stuff in the area again.

I highly recommend them, I actually have my unit at their other location, on El Camino Real, but initially went to Traffic Way office to get things started. From the beginning, which started with a phone call, both Karen from Traffic Way and I believe His name is Joe, who runs the other location, were both great. Excellent hospitality skills and the willingness to go above and beyond was heart warming in my time of need...., thank you both for all your help.

This storage facility Traffic Way Storage has been so understanding and accommodating to our needs through our move . The staff Karen has bent over back words to help make our move an easy process. Just rented a unit and am very happy with the service I received. The woman at the front desk helped me pick out the perfect size unit for the items I planned on storing, even saving me a little money in the process. She also immediately got me into a moving truck (you get one free 6 hour rental) so I could get all my stuff moved ASAP. Since Im moving/ storing at the last minute having such speedy service was a real life saver.

Very nice, your stuff will be well protected. Security is tight, but, as are all storage places in Atascadero, its a bit pricey. However very nice storage place. Even provide a moving truck, first use is free.

Staff is always been courteous and Jim is great. Jim calls and kindly reminds me that my payment is due without being rude. When I forgot to replace the lock on my unit, the staff quickly locked it and called me to let me know. I absolutely recommend Traffic Way Storage.

Secure. Clean. Well operated. The staff is always pleasant, helpful and friendly. They work to accommodate and customer service is an UNDERSTATEMENT at this facility.

Avoid this place at all costs, especially dont tell them the frequency you will be checking your unit. I told them I was going to be doing out of town training for months. I came and a marked padlock was placed on the unit. They denied this and the 30 day notice and kept unit active for almost seven months. Police notified as well as Department of Consumer Affairs. Working with U.S. Attorney to address this issue.

Ownership and staff are very friendly and helpful. A moving truck is also included for up to 50 miles, which is very nice for somebody coming from SLO or anywhere out of town.

Its kind of pricey but good safe place.

This place steals things of value to them!!.Then deny it,hold your locker even when you pay.On there end they throw away the paper trail to make you look like you havent paid!!Then Auction your stuff off so they can make money off your valuables!!.Bunch of crooks!!.Management sucks,they lie about everything!!

Manager and owner are very rude!!.sold my stuff on purpose after paid for two months just so they can auction off my personal belongings and their rental truck breaks down twice on me.Beware go somewhere else there no good!!
