The customer service that Crystal Jones provides in the gun shop inside of C&E Hardware is outstanding. Her and her employees are always willing to help you find what your looking for. The quality and price range of the Firearms that she has in stock works for every budget. If Crystal doesnt have what you need or want she will go out of her way to find it for you. C & E True Value Hardware is a great old fashioned hardware store with all the small items you need. It was fun just walking around to see everything they had to offer. It has friendly staff and reasonable prices.

Good inventory, knowledgeable staff, excellent customer service. I come here all the time and am never disappointed. They can answer every question. If you ask the same questions at Lowes you get a blank look and excuses.

Friendly service and hard to find parts always available. I needed my lawnmower blade sharpened and they did it for me for three dollars!!! Also whenever I need help figuring out how to fix one of my lawn care pieces of machinery they are always there to offer their advice.

The place is over priced as it is and yet i supported the local business. Never again will they get my business. Went there for a bar for the chainsaw ask the employee for help. Long story short they would not exchange it with the lady at the counter knowing i was just there a couple days before that. Not only did they not have the right bar there but the guy gave me the wrong one knowing it. Place is no good take a 5 minute ride down the road and get what you need on state st.

Very helpful and kind. They do Uhauls and are a UPS package drop off location. Better than Wal-Mart for sure.

Hit a pothole in parking lot messed up my car called them and they were not helpful and pretty much told me to go f myself not in those words but you get my drift I will never do business with them again and I’ve bought multiple stihl equipment from them but they don’t want to do what’s right and give me their Ins information even though they are responsible for maintenance of premises I will be obtaining legal counsel soon if the owners don’t step up also going to write a article on this as I’m sure there are multiple others with this issue
