Family run business first time dropping off a boat to have it repaired. Will c how long it takes them to fix it. And if they fix it correctly. And if they charge a fair price or not. That will determine if I return to buy a new motor there or not. Or continue to have other work dun.
Their services are excellent. They get you in and out in a reasonable time
A decent place to deal with if you look for part of or a boat
Such sweet people, great place to buy a boat, great service.
It is nice but water is dirty
D&D MARINE hands down the best group of guys and gals I have ever dealt with from buying oil or anything to upgrade your boat to calling them with questions about a concern I have with my boat and also have done many tune ups for me installed multiple lower units and power heads to gaskets to Jack plates even set me up with props. I was fishing a tournament one day and left out of First Creek making my run to Elk river I got to Lee High bridge and my throttle cable broke so I was sitting hopeless in the water I called D&D and Kyle came to the river got in my boat started working on it and demand me to pick up a rod and fish. I fished while he made the repair and it was very reasonable on the price no one has every done anything like that for me and it just shows its not about making money in the boating world they really care about there customers I will never forget that day which started out as a disaster and ended up being a awsome day I didnt win the tournament but I did get a check which covered entry fee my gas and oil I owe it all to Kyle at D&D. David and Diann Baily (owners) are the greatest people ever not only do they ask about the boat they ask how Ive been and my family and that shows me its not about on the water its also my family off the water they care about. I wouldnt let anyone else touch my boat and I run the Elk River 3 or 4 times a week 12 months out of the year and doing that for 25 years Ive had alot of lower units that has taken major blows and on Elk anyone knows if you run that river like I do its not if but when the next unit goes down and alot of those units wasnt done by D&D and let me say many times I ended up very aggravated with the repair work. Not one time have I have had any problems with D&D after work was done and no doubt if I did Kyle and the guys would have fixed it. Great people give them a try I know you will be greatly satisfied. Im not speaking for anyone Im telling the facts on what has been done with my boat and I know many other fishermen and pleasure boaters that feel the same as I do.
My name is Rodney Hufstetler and on September 21, 2016 I took delivery of a new 15 HP Suzuki outboard motor installed by D&D Marine on my boat. I have pictures that show that D&D Marine did structural damage to the transom by drilling four holes to incorrectly mount the new motor on my boat. The motor was not even seated on the transom but was two full inches above it, hence the bolts to secure the motor. D&D Marine said that they would register and complete the warranty on my new motor and would be don electronically. As of today, October 18, 2016 I have not received anything via email or in writing from Suzuki or D&D Marine. Horrible. I am contacting a lawyer. Do not do buisness with these people.
Always pleasant and willing to assist.
Wonderful People and very helpful!!
Nice very friendly service
Have taken my Tracker to D&D Marine twice, the first time they fixed the problem in 45 minutes and this week it took a day and 1/2 because they had to order a part. I took this boat to tracker for a seat pedestal prpblem and it took 4 weeks to get the boat back. These folks have my recommendation.
Had a large inventory of transducers. Very friendly staff.
Small marine store. Stopped in for some outboard motor oil. Cheapest price ive came across.
Good service
