Amazing customer service! These ladies are excellent at their job. I went there to get new service and phones so I was there for over an hour. I observed them deal with quite a few customers. Several times the customer came in upset over a lost phone or cut off service but every customer left happy. They treated everyone with respect and found a way to resolve their issues. Lizabeth got me a great deal and honestly I didnt feel like I had been there long at all.

I just visited this location yesterday and customer service was outstanding. They have to work fast paced and they were very patient with every customer.

Just horrible!! I went to file a claim for a defect on my phone, which is still under warranty, the lady said she would call and order me a new one. Never did, but on the flip side she did help me with my other problem while I was in the store. I guess its true what they say, Out of sight out of mine. Yes, I went in the store again and still dont know if they ordered it or not. I guess I will see tomorrow​. I would try calling again, for the millionth time, but they never answer there phone. Why do they even have one anyway? Oh and the one Huntsville is no better.

Worst store ever. Spent 3 hours over nothing had to call metro headquarters. After the headquarters told them what to do they still didnt do it. Went to Decatur store got finish in 5 minutes. So metro is good if you go to Decatur they will help you. Both athens stores can sell you stuff but they are dumps

Me and my husband got a plan with them and they were just so nice it was jay erica and vanesa they gave us amazing deals and service 😁 deserve more then 5 stars

Been with these folks a year, but had some issues called 611, went up there and called again, the young folks there now have no clue on things nor 611 support. If I was yall I wouldnt go to this store for NOTHING. Its a bunch of garbage, stick with who you got, fr. No training, just hire ppl off the street that know NOTHING. Good luck ppl.

They help with all my questions. Every problem i have had they have been able to fix. They go above and beyond.

They never answer the phone or call you back. I regret even going to this company....we will be switching next month
