Jay was AMAZING!! Not only did he help me, he was helping another customer simultaneously. One coworker left unexpectedly for his break and the store was packed. He helped his other two co workers while answering their questions as well as mine and the other lady he was helping. Everyone at this location was nice but Jay definitely knew what he was doing and stayed calmed and handled it with grace! I will be back to see Jay for my future problems and upgrades! AMAZING JOB JAY!!!

I went into this store after my phone decided to quit working. I was having a terrible day and was not prepared for all that. The man who helped me was wonderful and spent a serious amount of time trying to help fix my problem. Unfortunately, I had to purchase a new phone but he was so helpful and accommodating. He worked with me to make sure I was getting the best deal possible and actually ended up helping me save money on my monthly bill so that financing the phone kept my monthly bill nearly the same.

Keisha is the most courteous, knowledgeable associate I have ever had assist me.

Got new iPhone. Attempted to set up the new phone and transfer everything. Not so good at it. Went to AT&T store in Athens, OH, for help and was fortunate to find Victoria working. She was very gracious and helpful, and she had me on my way in 10 minutes, with a fully-functioning phone. Thank you, Victoria!

Terrible store. I went in knowing what I wanted. Ready to pick up a phone and a new plan. I wanted to keep my number though. I use ATT already. The first girl was new I think because she was asking the other girl the manager how to do things. Thats fine, but 40 min in the store for them to tell me they can get my number switched! Its the same company...maybe if this manager girl worried less about the make up kit she took in to the back and being on the phone to actually properly learn how to do her job, I might have a new phone and plan thanks to this store, and would be writing a good review. Instead, I have to do it though ATT.com and get to write about how this store cant switch over a phone number. I hope the owners see this post and gets there manager some training and tell her to leave her make up kit at home, do her job, learn how to activate a phone properly and not waste peoples time.

I was told I could trade in my IPhone 6s for a 2020 se if I replaced the cracked screen, so I spent $100 to fix the screen and returned to the store two days later, but they wouldn’t honor the deal. So I traded my phone for a more expensive IPhone 12, but then after the purchase I was informed the trade in required me to upgrade to a more expensive plan. AT&T are liars and swindlers.

I had the privilege of working with David and Tori, these two employees went above and beyond what was expected. I was having many phone troubles and both David and Tori stayed patient with me, they refused to quit till the problem was resolved and even offered to stay after closing hours. They made me feel welcome and comfortable. I greatly appreciate all their help and would recommend this location to anyone needing a reliable AT&T store.

I worked with Chase and his store manager to establish the best upgrade to my five plus year old hotspot in rural Athens. They were a fantastic pair. Considering the options and carefully walking through the choices that might work. They were patient through the 10 day process, and were helpful at every turn. AT&T and the Athens store folks are the best. A long time family plan customer.

Wasnt sure what to except with COVID and they have it down well, sign in with your number, they call you when you are up next and let you in the store wearing masks. The service was fast and the knowledge they had helped us out. Thank you

The guys working here did phenomenal getting me set up on my prepaud service. The manager was very nice and checked me in and was running around getting everyone checked in while also helping customers with their questions. Glad I picked AT&T for my service!

The people in this store are very nice and helpful. The manager and representative I spoke with asked me about my business and took the time to switch my account to a business account. They even got me a nice deal on an iPad! Awesome experience.

Went to the store 2 days this week and was impressed by how Casey and Nick ensured they wiped down each table after the customers left. I felt safe and did not mind the wait. Nick came outside the store and talked with everyone waiting several times and Casey made sure he helped me with my internet problems. This store rocks!

Dametrius & Amber have been fabulously patient with all questions and the wild and crazy 7 & 5 year old that have been terrorizing the store.The magic tricks kinda suck, but the customer service is great!Definitely recommend either of them for any help you may need.

I had my phone completely shut down in Sunday with all of my work information saved on it. I came to Athens At&t in a panic and Casey worked and worked on my phone to try to retrieve any information he could. He successfully backed up my accounts. My new one came today and I went back to the Athens store to have my information reloaded on my new device. Chance and the manager Dametrius saved the day reloading it to my old settings and retrieved all of my contacts and data. I am so thankful and impressed by the staff and service I received.

Hard to believe a 5, but the experience was so much better than T-Mobile, and we tried 3 of their stores first! Our sales person knew their stuff and what they did matched the web site, they had us sorted and paid up with what we thought we would get when we came in in just a few minutes. Pretty good.

Athens store is always courteous and takes care of us every time we come in. The management and reps are all enjoyable to work with and we will continue to shop at this location!

I had a very pleasant experience at the store. Amber is probably one of the most knowledgeable reps in the entire company. She switched my service to AT&T from Verizon and signed me up for Directv saving me quite a bit a month. Very pleased!

Associated flat lied to my face about returning a phone that doesnt do what is supposed to do (15th day while still waiting for technical support to resolve). A manager at the store told me its a manufacturer issue even though AT&T support said it was their issue and would resolve it. If you want to do business with AT&T find another store!

AT&T is an incompetent company and this store is no different. We signed up for a contract here that ended up being substantially more expensive than we were promised. Now I spend multiple hours per month, every single month, fighting with corporate to get my bill down to what we were promised. The company will repeatedly tell me that theyve permanently fixed the issue, only for my bill to be incorrect again next month. All of these frustrating hours and overpaid bills are the direct result of this store and their incompetencies.Dont waste your time, even if AT&T looks like a good deal, it isnt.

Typical athens. Lens cracked on phone and i have insurance on it. Jack wagon says to take it to best buy in reynoldsburg, ohio. Or, give him $112 and he would get me a new phone. Never had a good experience at athens. Much better at Parkersburg, wv or Gallipolis, oh.

Tried to call the number and no one would answer. Finally pressed 2 to go through the national sales center. Spent two hours with sales representative, Rhodes, and signed up for 4 phones. Because we were not in an area where we could actually get ATT cell phone service, he put in an address that would receive service. One phone arrived, the rest never did but our credit card was charged. Not only that, I spent four hours on the phone with AT and T trying to get the phones taken off and they placed four more orders on the account which kept coming through my e-mails. Then I was told I had to go into a local AT T store with two identification cards to show I lived at the address. This is crazy. We do not have a local store and this is the reason I ended up ordering them via phone. Three sales reps disconnected my call. It took thirty minutes three times to get a supervisor who was rude. Im heading to Verizon.

Took 2 hours to buy a new phone to replace my old one. couldnt activate the new phone sim and disabled my old phone sim. would have asked for my money back but couldnt leave cause then I would have no working phone.

Sent me home with sim cards that was not attached to account, which then it took a while on the phone with At&T to get the problem fixed. If the associate in the store would of done their job it would of never been a nightmare to activate a sim card for a bring your own phone to AT&T.

Don’t even bother going to this location and certainly don’t go with any expectations of getting your problem resolved. The supervisors hide in the break room and the regional manager doesn’t exist.

Staff is helpful and were able to resolve my issue within 5 minutes (something that customer service over the phone could not do)

I had to go in there because my husband passed away they was able to take all his pictures off his phone and put them on a sd card and the it was time for.him to go home and he stayed right with till he got it done.
