The store was almost empty sad the warehouse is getting limited items and theyre trying to stock all the stores which results in empty shelves they didnt have anything I was looking for on this trip. They usually have a great selection when everything is in stock.

Only thing they need help at the checkout counter. Only one and then there was. Overall excellent service and clean store.

The customer representative (female) who rang my items up was exceptionally professional. The manager on duty (male) was not. Items on sale were not priced correctly on register. April 14, 2021 @ 17:49 pm. If not for manager I would have rated a 5 star ratings.

Good services and nice younger staff that help you with all your needs

The merchandise is mislabeled on the sale floor. The cashier and to busy playing like they in highschool to do anything. The Registers are left unattended multiple times even with them knowing you are waiting to be checked out. The smart mouth young lady imma call her P since her hair is covering the rest of name tag is going to sit and tell me that the pricing for a product is not wrong but more so the product it self is in the wrong box. Then tried to keep my Receipt. Customer service is Horrible.

I would rate -0 if I could. My experience was horrible. The cashier Khaleelah was sorry. A man was trying to buy a doll for his little girl and it wouldnt ring up and the cashier said what you want me to do I just work here he told her about her customer service and she said I already had two complaints so its whatever . She continued to talk about the customer after he left to other customers. Then a new cashier was helping me and had an issue and she was so disrespectful to the older cashier. I stood up for the woman and ended up in a shouting match with her. I hate to say its because of the area but this girl shouldnt be there. Im going to complain to the Store Mgr Curtis Barrett.Store 12070 is not a store people should visit. I will be contacting corporate as well. She was too comfortable mistreating customers which makes me think she gets away with it regularly.

The customer service was horrible. This has to be my worst experience ever at a family dollar. The store closes at 10 and khaleejah told me she stops doing cash back at 8:30 for fear of being robbed. Is this company policy. Her co worker didnt give me a receipt after I requested one, because she said her printer wasnt working? I guess Ill have to check my bank statements to make sure she did the right thing and Im assuming she did, but without the recipt who knows. There was 1 person in front of me at both registers, but it still took me 15 minutes to get taken care of and another 5 minutes with me going back and forth about why didnt I tell her beforehand that I was doing cash back. She told me to go to the other register because she needed to make change and then she tells me with a very rude demeanor to come back to her register just to tell me she cant give me cash back and that I should have told her. what is the machine for? khaleejah may be a good worker by your standards, but she doesnt need to work any job wherein she is dealing with actual people in my opinion. Im never coming back to this store and hopefully when corporate gets this theyll take the appropriate action.

Standard Family Dollar. Since it just opened, clean and well-stocked. Employees were attentive and helpful.

I went here twice in one day and they have nothing on shelves! Everything they do have is on the floor in boxes No pull ups no women personal items!!!!!! I asked the cashier if they had a shipment come in she said no they just haven’t stocked! Smh this is awful....
