Friendly sales people but I wouldn’t order anything not already in stock. I’m still waiting for an umbrella which was supposed to be shipped the end of May. After 3 delays the manufacture now says it won’t be shipped until July 16. It’s doubtful that date will be honored, even if it is I’ve lost most of our (northeastern) summer and missed every event I wanted to use it for.

Quality products and incredible customer service. I recently purchased two Gloster Bay chairs and they look great. The design team went through various chairs to help me select the best look for my space. Very knowledgeable about their products and want you to be happy with your purchase. Highly recommend for outdoor living.

Dont believe the shipping times. Had long convo about when my item would be delivered as i needed it for a specific event. After a series of assurances and a large purchase, im told the shipment is delayed a MONTH (2 weeks after ordering). I get it... the manufacturer delayed its shipment to you... you are a business and are responsible for having a sound supply chain before taking orders.Steer clear if ordering online. Make sure they have the inventory first.side note: Kat, the associate i spoke, quite rude. hung up phone on me.

Authenteak is patio furniture oasis. I recently moved into a condo with a small patio. Ever since I’ve been looking for cool, comfortable chairs to help me enjoy the space. Upon walking into Authenteak I was overwhelmed by the amount of incredibly beautiful furniture. Distracted and disoriented I walked around in amazement and awe but then the friendly and obviously experienced sales staff put me at ease and made it simple for me to make a decision.Thank you for making my shopping experience so wonderful.

Outstanding experience! Went there to look at purchasing a table - ended up with a table, bench, chairs and a sofa. Process was easy - staff was knowledgable. Alison made it simple. Eric runs a good operation and we felt confident buying from AuthenTEAK. Pricing was better than expected and quality is top-notch. And I respect their mission to make the experience as safe as possible in this environment. Some stores were a free-for-all; AuthenTEAK requires appointments so that they can properly space customers and minimize contact with others. Great buying experience.

I purchased a white garden set with table, chairs and umbrella stand. It took 3 months to deliver and that’s okay . I understand factory delays in covid times. The table looks substantial and chairs are comfortable. I have 3 problems: the white finish is already starting to peal at edges of table, the umbrella stand base does not fit properly between legs of table and we had to work around how to make it fit and then finally one of the bars under table came shorter than the other so you see the longer screw necessary to make the table stable. For a 2k plus investment there are disappointments. I’ve had to turn off my sprinkler system so there is no water damage to table - which I thought was water proof with resin finish.The set looks beautiful - I only hope the chipping of finish does not continue. I’ve had the set for 2 months.

We purchased a teak dining table with 8 chairs as well as a couch, coffee table, side chair and ottoman for our backyard. We receive numerous compliments on our furniture and were very pleased with the customer service we received. I highly recommend Authenteak for all your outdoor furniture needs.

Purchased a 6000 grill in May, grill was delivered with a faulty cart in July rendering unusable as the electric starter cannot be installed, store has promised to replace the cart however it is almost October and the grill sits on the deck and cannot be used. The store is now failing to return phone calls and has had our money for nearly 6 months!!! Horrible customer service... I understand that there are problems with the manufacturer..... then offer to give us a different grill!!!

We ordered an umbrella in late May that has yet to arrive and its July 20th. The company has not reached out to us, we have had to push for follow up and they keep saying there are delays with manufacturer. Ugh

Came in to buy a grill, couldn’t have had a better experience. As we walked in we where greeted by 2 sales staff who kindly offered there assistance. They where not pushy and gave us a full walkthrough of their grill selection. They told us about every feature on all the grills and explained the pros and cons of all the models. They have beautiful outdoor furniture sets as well!! Me and my wife left with a stainless steal saber grill and it’s amazing!

This is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. From the knowledgeable sales people to the customer service representatives who took care of UPSs mangling of a few lounge chairs in shipping to New York, to confirming receipt of the correct amount of Cushions delivered, even when I thought it was wrong, they were 100% right. The Lounge Chairs, Couch and Umbrella are all of great quality for a very reasonable price. We purchased 6 Vigo Stacking Pool Chaise, a Redondo Sofa and AKZ Plus Rectangular Cantilever Umbrella. Could not be happier with Authenteak and their suggestions, customer service and quality.

I purchased a fire pit from Authenteak over 2 years ago. It began to deteriorate prematurely. The warranty was expired. Damon at Authenteak went out of his way to reach out to the manufacturer. Authenteak exceeded my expectations to rectify this issue. I will use them again for any outdoor needs.

I placed an order on line and Damon was on top of it. He even reached back out to me to confirm that the dimensions were, in fact, correct. This prevented me from ordering the wrong unit. Great proactive service. Id use them again.

Ordered a Treasure Garden umbrella that was delivered several weeks ago with no hardware, no crank and no protective cover. First thing I did was send an email....no response. Then I had a chat with someone at the company who said he would research it and call me back on my cell. Nothing. I do not expect this level of service after spending $1700. Would recommend using anyone but Authenteak.Update.....after sending a second review on a Saturday morning, Authenteak called me within 30 minutes.....they have said they will send me the missing items so more to come in this rview
