Francisco does NOT return calls or emails. He does not follow through with what he says. Constant calls and emails to try to get ETAs. I would not waste your time with these guys. There are many other pallet companies around this area who can help with your needs. All customer service does is make a note and pages him but he doesnt call back. I hate to leave bad reviews but this company does not care.
