I usually dont give black businesses bad reviews, however if you dont honor the quality of your products or assure that your customer received the best service possible, I REFUSE to let anything go unnoticed! Banana Promotions LLC. located at 555 Opelika Rd. Auburn, AL 36830 has done the poorly here lately when it came down to the memorial shirts we had made for my great-grandmother. To kick it off, one shirt was made in the incorrect size, secondly we were missing another shirt, then some shirts received came with spots in them, he argued very unprofessionally and pointed fingers at everyone involved, and hung up the phone when I asked for a resolution. Not to mention he failed to recognize the fact that I mentioned the problems with the spots on the shirt and received a full order total of around dang near $1,100 for 74 shirts whereas it should have been 75. To top it off, he didnt even have the shirts ready when they were supposed to. We were delayed another 2 hours before picking them up. If you want great service and top notch quality you better look elsewhere.
