Our check engine light came on and our car started shaking and sputtering while driving to the Auburn football game. We pulled into the Kia dealership and right away the service dept jumped into action to help us out. Although they werent able to fix the car (larger problem that couldnt be fixed in one day), they were incredibly helpful and did all that they could to get us on the road again. Buying a car unseen and from an unknown dealer located in a different state was a scary proposition. But in this current market I gave it a try. The salesman failed to clearly identify all optional equipment (some of which I didnt want) on the car. Even though this increased the cost I was willing to make the deal. However 2 weeks after the deal I am still waiting for my second key, and my trade in to be paid off; and now Im being ghosted. Customer Service? I think not

Well I went into the dealership to sign my paperwork and pick up my new Telluride, I waited three hours and 30 minutes before I even made it to the signing office, totally unacceptable, I dont fault the one who was doing the paperwork because he was swamped, but I do fault those who just sat around and played on their phones and refused to help him even when he asked for help, they didnt care about either of our situations but when it was time to leave they left, the fact that I was still waiting to be serviced didnt seem to bother them at all,this was the worst service my family and myself ever received. But I do applaud Danielle, she is awesome sells person

For routine maintenance things this is a really good place to come. The people are happy and productive, and they get your work done in a relatively short time. However if you have a major difficulty that requires diagnostics you may have to wait two weeks in order to get those diagnostics done. In my case I waited two weeks to get in and then two more weeks to have everything completed. They seem to have difficulty even after they diagnosed the problem with getting the item fixed. Now that could be because the Kia Nero is a new vehicle, and they haven’t had a lot of experience with it. But I felt like they could have gotten things done perhaps just a little bit faster.
Customer service is excellent. Everyone is patient and positive. Atmosphere is peaceful and clean.
Will not ever return here! Neither should any of you. Bought a 2018 kia forte brand new in September of 2018. 1 week after purchase car stalled out on me, took it here and they couldnt get it to reproduce the problem. Last month (July 2021) the car shut off while I was driving. Called the service department at this dealership and they told me I would have to call corporate. Essentially this dealership was of no help even though I purchased the vehicle here. So I went to Columbus autosport. After they figured out what was wrong with my vehicle (transmission) on a 3 year old vehicle with 42000 miles!!! They recommended I get alignments which I had previously paid for at kia of Auburn. I believe they didnt even service my vehicle and took my money. Awful,awful,awful! But they dont mind asking for a good review for their sub-par services. Also, my footrest has been broken since a month after I purchased the car. They ordered the replacement but have yet to replace it. My recommendation is do not buy Kia at all! They are junk, I have never had a vehicle where the transmission died after 3 years! Who knows what will be next. Probably the engine. Theyre issuing recalls every week, on multiple vehicles. That should be your sign right there!

The staff is cert friendly. On my most recent service I got off work early and they were nice enough to service my SUV before its scheduled time. Also it feels good to know that my sales Rep still remembers me.
I brought in my Kia Forte to have some recall items taken care of. There were some other things I wanted checked (dash indicators, steering wheel buttons not working) and when I asked Service Advisor Chris Luce about these he told me it would require a diagnostic test costing $65. I told him that I did not want it done and to only do the recall items.When I was on the way to pick up my car I called and he told me they needed another hour to put my steering wheel back together. I assumed this was part of the recall items which is all I authorized them to do. I said fine. Money was never mentioned.Finally I arrived to get my car and was presented with a $196 bill. I was floored. This was supposed to cost me nothing.To make matters even worse they managed to drain my battery and had to jump it so I could leave. I stopped by the grocery store on the way home and my car would not crank when I got out. I called them and told them that I was stuck, thanks to them, and asked if they would please send someone to jump my car off. I was told they had no one available and they were sorry. It was their fault and they refused to offer assistance!!I will NEVER take my car back to this dealership. Their treatment of me was deceptive and dismissive. This is not the way to keep customers coming back.

The Service department was pleasant as all the other Staff at this location. I was told an hour, and it took maybe a few minutes more. I went to test drive a 2016 kia optima that was posted on their website which means the car is ready to be sold and supposedly in good condition. The car had a check engine light flashing and when I started driving the car it was shaking when shifting and never went more than 60 mph. That was okay until I saw the manager that was completely rude and kept saying thats normal for an old car and wanted to make it sound like this is okay and he was acting rude instead of apologizing for making me drive a dangerous car.
Drove 2 hours for my first new car purchase. Spoke with Keith and Jay. They both worked with me and made sure I left with the car I wanted at the price I desired. Their was nothing but honesty when speaking about finance and what they could/ could not do. I’m leaving happier than I came!

Drove 2 hours from Atlanta to look at a car I saw online. I called before I made the trip and talked to MJ he held the keys for me so the car would be there when I got there! MJ was superrrrr nice, friendly, helpful, very professional and easy to talk to! He helped me get my 2015 Volkswagen GTI and really worked with me to get where I wanted to be with payments! I had a 50/50 experience here. The people were very friendly and made us feel welcome. Although after the purchase of my vehicle I was very disappointed and felt cheated. After having for a couple of days I learned that I couldn’t move the steering wheel at all which is very frustrating. The tail lights fill with water. The heated seats don’t work or the memory. The radio is mostly static all the time nothing comes in. One of the DVD players won’t play a dvd. Part of my deal was to restore the headlights and they did but after 2 days they looked exactly the same again. They priced this vehicle in excellent condition and it definitely isn’t we we’re definitely over charged. Less than a week after I got it a power steering line busted and I spoke to a manager and he immediately got it towed it and fixed it and gave me a loaner which was amazing. So there are good and bad things.

Drove an hour to the dealership to look at a used vehicle. When my wife and I got there, they had already sold the car we discussed with them before heading down there. But, the Kia team in Auburn really went above and beyond. They really felt bad about the situation. So, they brought up a new 2021 vehicle. They told us to go look at it and test drive it. We did just that. They even offered us monthly payments at what we wanted. And even gave us more than Kelly blue book price for our trade in. The team at Kia really did go above and beyond. Everyone was so nice to us. And they really wanted to work with us. I would definitely recommend the team in Auburn.

Everything was fine when I was purchasing my car I went inside to get me financed they went through a bunch of finance people to get me financed we were able to get me a 2014 Kia Sportage the name June and I was in love with June. Last week while riding on the highway going 75 miles to 80 mph June stopped working. I have my nieces and my nephew in the car with me. All of a sudden the car wouldn’t go above 40 mph. The engine was knocking. I looked up some Google reviews on the issues that I was having with the car come to find out there is a worldwide issue with the 2013 2014 Kia Sportage is to where the engine is going out on them and people are losing power to their cars on the highway. I called my dealer to let them know what was going on and to see where we go next to get me A new ride. However every time I call north to talk to me when I did talk to people they were no help and no one has called me back cents and I feel like no one cares about my situation. I could’ve easily Worked with them to try and get into a different car and get them their car back however the customer service that I have experienced lately has been inconsiderate and hurtful. I’ve only had my car eight months never missed a payment never been late and I just thought I would be treated more fairly than this

Initially, presented to the dealership early in the AM. Met with K.James who was pleasant & professional. Who did not pressure me at all. I had a set budget!! I was already pre-approved. Did not want to go over my budget.. Walked away from the deal without malice. Drove back home and purchased a vehicle that was on hold for two weeks. Same vehicle, older model, way below my budget. Not happy with the second dealership treatment. I was just okay because I was tired of looking for a vehicle. Got a call from R. Monahar GM Auburn Kia. Very nice, personable man. He made me an offer. My husband and I could not refused. Drove back to the dealership 45 minutes away for a second time that day. I ended up purchasing a very nice 2020 Kia Optima. My daughter and I love it!!! I appreciate the whole no pressure atmosphere. For that I thank Mr. James, Mr Monahar, Mr. Echobeda. Will recommend to all. My daughter even hit the gong.

I went to get my air conditioner climate control check per Progressive Insurancd request. They didnt cover charge at all.. I know it wasnt working. They charge me $300 to tell me something I already knew. Then tell me part will $600 for them to order it. I will never eva go back their if I can help it and Progressive Insurance will no longer be my insurance company.

My seating was the same as when I took it in. All my settings was the same. I was greeted right away when I went it for service. I will always have my vehicle service here.
I love my 2018 Kia Soul and will only bring it tothis service department for maintenance. They are courteous and complete the scheduled maintenance well within their time. estimation. They review their routine inspections with me so I understand what maintenance has been completed and what will be checked/ performed on my next appointment. Also, the bill for each visit is exactly what they told me it will be, and they gladly honor any Kia discount coupons I present to them as long as they have not expired.
