Reps were very helpful and took the time to listen to our questions (and provide honest answers). Far better experience than some recent big box activations. Will certainly recommend.

Although Ryan is a great guy, we will not return to this store. It’s not owned by Verizon. It’s obviously posted on line but not in store. He stated to me that after purchasing my new iPhone, I got a case, screen protector, charging block, and two pop sockets for “free” and conveniently forgot to give me a receipt. After receiving my receipt, it was clear that I had to pay an outrageous bill for “taxes” for a new phone when in actuality I was paying for all the “free” goodies. This establishment need to figure out a few things or they will loose the business. Absolutely ridiculous!

Abigale was a great representative!! She explained everything to me about my upgrade and transferred all my information from my old phone to the new one. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. There need to be more store representatives like her. A job well done!!!

Ryan assisted me today and was incredibly patient and helpful when my phone was slow. He was very busy with multiple customers in the store but still did a great job of helping me one on one. I have been with Verizon for about 8 years and Ryan is the best Verizon worker I have ever had.

I cracked my phone very badly today, so my husband and I called Verizon and Ryan answered the call. Right away he was very friendly and very informative which we loved! When we got to the store he gave us all of our options and explained everything in great detail. Ryan was awesome, best Verizon experience we have had!

Upfront about any cost related to your visit, very knowledgeable, and makes sure you leave confident in your purchase. 0 stars for the manager Tim, the information he gave out was not reliable and called me to let me know he had my new phone “in his hand”. When I get to the store the phone was for someone else and I had to come back to the store the next day. Ask for Ryan if you want to leave happy

I went in close to closing time one night and Ryan got the exact watch I wanted and fixed it all up for me and out the door ASAP. He was very professional and friendly. He is a definite asset to this company!

John got me set up with a new iPhone today at Verizon. The customer service was great. Very nice and helpful.

I would never recommend this store. My daughters IPhone 11 quite working. We have the warranty and protection plan. She went to this location and was told she had to call customer service. She explained that her phone isn’t making calls and was again told she had to call customer service. I called and spoke with assistant manager, John, who was equally rude and unhelpful to me. I politely asked could he call from his location and allow her to speak with them to help facilitate resolution. He refused and said they don’t do that. Comforting to know that this store is unwilling to help a teenager miles away from home and can’t be bothered to help make a simple phone call.

I went to get help with switching over a phone. No other customers were in the store. A lady came to help me, who seemed new, that kept asking the other guy for help with the switch because she was having problems. The other guy, John was his name,then started helping another customer that walked in. He got aggravated that the other lady couldnt help me and told her that my phone was to old and he couldnt connect it to Verizon any longer. This frustrated me because I knew that it could be connected. I ended up leaving and had to go to a different Verizon store who switched my phone no problem. John was terribly rude and I want that noted.

Was lied to directly about the contents of a contract before signing. I knew that cell providers usually try to trick you with complicated payments and contracts, so I asked very specific questions and many of them. Bill turned out to be vastly different than what was promised and I was told that the employee never promised these things.

Great attitude and timely matter. Went beyond the call of duty. Seems like couldn’t help you enough. I will definitely go back there in the future.

This is a low volume Verizon store with poor customer service. Ive tried using this location twice and both times I had to leave and go to the tiger town location to get what I needed. This last time I walked in and literally nobody would greet me. After a few minutes of awkward silence I just headed on up to Opelika, I suggest you do the same.If you found this review helpful please give it a like 👍

I was visiting out of town and dropped in to check on my upgrade. The rep John S. Was very pushy and tried to repeatedly push me to get a tablet after I already told him no. He kept assuring me it would be free but I knew otherwise. I left with a bad taste in my mouth and chatted with someone online to order my phone. They told me the tablet would be $33 and I would have had an activation fee. I do not recommend this location at all. I will deal with Verizon over the phone only. These are very deceitful for customers

Tim and Kody are the best. When my husband and I walked into the store we were lost and confused about how to go about transferring all our data from one phone to another. Without hesitation these two guys helped us. They did it with great knowledge and a sense of humor. They also took the time to teach us about certain features and functions of our new phone. I had recently gotten a new phone and wasn’t receiving texts from non-iPhone users. I went in and they told me I would have to pay a 30 dollar technical fee. That didn’t seem right to me so I left and called Verizon. They were able to fix my phone and I didn’t have to pay anything. I found out that it’s not a corporate store but an authorized retailer, so they often will up charge you. I would say go to the corporate Verizon store in Opelika unless you have no other option but to go to this one.

Carlos was very unprofessional. He didnt even acknowledge me when I walked in. There were three other employees and they were assisting other patrons. So once I sat down with him, and explained what I needed he almost seemed nonchalant about it like my concern wasnt his problem. He used foul language around me and other employees. He tried to trick me into getting a device that I didnt want, but it backfired because Im not dumb and knew what he was up to. Will not go back to this location. This all made me feel very underappreciated as a loyal Verizon customer.

U dont have people work at the store. Everything I come they dont speak when u come in the store and I got waiting a long time. Just disrespectful people working there.

GO TO THE TIGER TOWN VERIZON NOT THIS ONE!!! This was one of the worst Verizon experiences of my life. They charged me $200 to get to half way on my phone so I could then upgrade and turn my device in but instead they accidentally charged me $781 to buy out the phone. After I realized this when I got an alert from my bank I think went back into the store and they basically pushed me off and did not care. I then went in a week later and they were very snarky and rude and sent me to the Corporate Verizon store down the road. I decided to tell the Verizon Manger at the Corporate Store about this incident and he was in shock because of how poorly I was treated. This manager was by far the best Verizon Employee I had ever met and was very helpful.

We went to get an upgrade for me and transfer my phone to my husband. The service man did not transfer my messages nor did he transfer my contacts to my new phone. I also lost all history of my phone calls. We complained to Verizon who said we should in the future go to the Verizon store in Tiger Town and not to an authorized dealer on College. They were surprised that he had not bothered to do a complete transfer. If he had done it correctly all of this could have been transfered we were told by Verizon, Apple, and some tech savvy friends.

Complete losers here. Including the manager. None of the employees greet you when you come in. They look sloppy and uneducated. One guy with tats everywhere look like he was fresh out of prison. They impose their own fees and bs terms then tell you they can because theyre not really a Verizon store. My advice is to stick with a flagship store at all costs or go online. These cornballs are just hustlers.
