When we first got into the store, Mrs. Charity was the only one in the store. She did not even stand to assist us. I walked over to her and she just pointed. She didnt even get up to come assist us when we had questions about devices on the floor. She just talked from her seat which I thought was very unprofessional. Thankfully Mrs. Sonja came out and was very helpful with knowledge and a desire to work. I was happy to work with her.

We were completely ignored. We understand they were assisting other customers; however, we werent greeted or acknowledged at all. We left and went to the store on College St and got the assistance we needed. I will do my best to NEVER visit this store again.

Very Bad experience. I wanted to get a connection of at&t pre-paid for my friend as he is new in USA. The At&t person couldn’t say about anything related to the service and plan. He even couldn’t answer to our questions and sold to us postpaid instead of pre-paid that also on my name instead of my friend’s name. We went there thrice after that incident and they couldn’t help us related to switching the account or canceling it. Very bad service and unexpected from a brand like AT&T.

Greg was my sales associate, he was amazing. Assuming with the amount of help, Greg has been with the company for a while. I was greeted when I entered the store, and I didn’t have a long wait. Jason was very nice and helpful and searched for any discount that I might be eligible for while upgrading my daughter’s phone. He didn’t oversell when he found out that my cell service was with another carrier and provided me a quote in case I decided to switch! I received EXCELLENT customer service!

They closed the store 30 minutes early on a Sunday. Came to the door and said they could only take bill payments no sales transactions. Why close at 6 if they’re closing stores 30 minutes earlier than that

Greg Smith, the Auburn, Alabama sales associate who assisted me, was very professional, friendly, and helpful as he explain all of the features of most models of smart phones. I selected an iPhone 11 and he encouraged me to consider switching to AT&T TV. After reviewing features of my current cable provider, I returned to the store the next day to purchase the AT&T TV package. Excellence!

So I went into the store at 6:40 PM and they were closing at 7 PM which is something I normally don’t do to people. I really needed to get my phone issue taken care of though. During the process of trying to get my phone active and getting my plan started we ran into several obstacles that required multiple calls to other departments inside of AT&T. Not once did I sense any frustration or irritability because these calls where having to be made and by this time it was past seven. Actually I was the one being told thank you for my patience even though these guys were staying past closing. Christine and Greg gladly stayed until 8pm making sure but I was taken care of. This may be hands-down the best customer service I’ve ever received. Anyone who’s fortunate enough to have Christine or Greg help them when they go in to the Auburn AT&T store I promise you’ll be just as pleased!
