I had a sequined Christmas sock embroidered with my two grandchildrens names on it. They did an awesome job. Nice and centered and the stitching was beautiful.

These ladies were great! I wanted a last minute t-shirt for my dad and they really came through. Affordable, fast and friendly. It was really nice to have a local place to be able to get something custom made. They went out of their way, and didnt have to, to make sure I got what I was hoping for with very little notice.

Cheap isnt quality and quality isnt cheap. They keep my company looking sharp for a very affordable cost. And if I dont know what I want they always point me in the right direction.

They are extremely hard to get a hold of and their follow through is horrible. The voicemail box is always full and they only respond to about a quarter of emails I sent. I sent a very clear order request for pricing and they missed several different pieces of the order. We ended up having to go through another company due to no response on their end. They passed up an almost 6K order!

If I could give negative stars I would. From not answering the phone for three days - four trips there because they wouldnt answer their phone and it will be ready tomorrow with one absolute promise of the letter jacket being ready on Friday - getting there with the doors closed and locked and seeing the jacket on the counter (not sewn) and then yesterday a call in the morning (someone answered for the first time in days) saying it would be ready to get there to locked doors again at 3pm. A person who works in the back happened to pass by and give us the coat, but he said he was on his way out (And patches are not sewn on straight and are mismatched). What has happened? Horrible horrible horrible service.
