We have owned a Hot Springs Envoy spa for 6 months and couldn’t be happier. Jeff Meunier is a fabulous representative of the product- clearly an expert on all of the technical components of the tub from installation to maintenance - and did not try to sell us anything simply to sell a product. We visited a few hot tub dealers- all were fine but Jeff was far more focused on identifying a product that worked for our budget and lifestyle. Jeff at New England Spas was extremely helpful from the start of our Spa process. Unfortunately due to COVID and shipping delays it took a long time to get our Spa. We ordered our Sundance Optima in August of 2020 and just took delivery on May 11, 2021. I emailed Jeff probably more than he would have liked but he always responded immediately to my emails with courtesy and professionalism. The delivery team was great as well! They were professional, proficient, clean and thorough! The electrician just finished up and they were also friendly, neat, thorough and professional! An outstanding job by all from the start to finish! What I like most is that Dave was there for us even after the sale and installation. He took the time to answer all my questions and even invited me to attend a 45 minute tutorial on how to set up and maintain the tub. I had a lot of questions and he was very patient with me and made sure I had all the information that I needed. This place is awesome! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff, great selection, and they were very honest on their time lines for delivery. I really appreciated that they made good on their promises.

My family and I had been searching for a hot tub for quite some time. When the Big E did not happen (Covid 2020), we went in search on our own. I bought my first spa from NE Spas 18 years ago. It have been a wonderful addition to our lives, especially in the dead of winter. Over the years, the service has been excellent and we got a good deal on a replacement when our old spa developed a slow leak. The process of buying a new spa and installing it in a tricky spot on our porch went effortlessly, and the actual delivery took less than an hour. NE Spas also coordinated the installation with a carpenter and an electrician. Now happily enjoying the spa again. Were customers for life.

I have been a customer for years. They always have chemicals and filters in stock. Spare parts for my hot tub have taken a while to get because of covid but they have been good with the email on communications. They are not good with the phone. Dont call them just email.

Jeff was the absolute BEST! We were first time hot tub buyers and really unsure about what we wanted and which brand we wanted to go with. However, we quickly realized that dealer was horrendous to deal with and their sales rep couldn’t care less about us, only our money. Just got our Sundance Optima from Jeff Meunier at New England Spas. We ordered in the Spring but got hit with Covid related shutdowns through the summer. Jeff stayed on top of the order and kept us informed right through to the end. NESpas is great to work with. The spa got wheeled right into our backyard by the installers who were very pleasant and efficient and cleaned up all the packing materials.

I finally made the decision to purchase a hot tub and like many, was flooded with recommendations, read reviews of different models, subject to a dizzy array of options and needed to turn to someone that I could feel comfortable and patient with all of my questions. I found that person, one that is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect there is about hot tubs, how they are made, how they operate, the good ones and no so good ones. He listens to you and what you feel you want from a spa and tailors that request mated to the perfect hot tub. He recommended a wet test and tossed me a bathing suit right there! My hot tub is the Hot Springs Flair in Cape Cod gray! Beyond the knowledge, hes an all around super nice guy and best of all, he is reachable through his personal cell phone day and night. Through my first few days following delivery of my new hot tub, I had multiple questions just to be sure I understood what I learned from him earlier and that I was doing everything correctly. We spent a few months reviewing many popular brands of spas including Bullfrog, Jacuzzi, Dimension One, Caldera, Thermo Spas (now owned by Jacuzzi) and Hot Springs. We also wet tested most of them. For us, the Highlife Series for Hot Springs (top models) were of no comparison to the other brands. The fit and finish were over the top, but let me explain why. Hot Springs uses a filtering system on those models that has no-bypass filtration. This means all water must pass through the filters every time before its recirculated back into the pumps. No other brand in the market has this technology.The color scheme (as can be seen in the picture attached) is far beyond what other brands do. You can literally separately change the color all the water pillows, the bar top, the underwater lights, and even change the intensity of the brightness. Its amazing but also has a psychological effect in that it helps to calm your senses.The model we chose in the series was the Envoy. Keep in kind these models are more expensive, but you get what you pay for. We upgraded to the NXT version which is done by Design Works, a division of a BMW company. This gives the exterior molded corners, all metal framing and polycarbonate substructure which gives the hot tub an almost floating look to it. Most of these top models also come with the Bella Fontana waterfall which is very relaxing to look at as well.We liked the Envoy also because of lounge seat and the Moto Massage DX. The Moto massage has two powerful jet streams that go up and and down you whole back simultaneously while you can adjust the pressure level. This is a Hot Springs exclusive and not available in other other brand.Another reason we liked this brand was due to the financing options. This dealer currently has 0% financing for 60 months. That is unheard of in the industry. Obviously this could change and you do need excellent credit, but that is a great deal especially since this type of purchase is considered unsecured debt. In addition, the spas are covered for a 5 year warranty for all major parts and 7 years for the heater. Read the fine print with other brands and you will notice a difference on some.One of the biggest reasons we went with Hot Springs was also due to the fact that our dealer and salesman, Joseph Heymann was incredible. The dealer is located in Auburn, MA and Joe should get an award for his professionalism, dedication, and knowledge of the industry. He is one of the best salesman I have seen without being pushy. He answered probably hundreds of questions and knew all of them. The dealer has a very dedicated service staff that are always there if you need them. When you buy a spa you truly want to have a great dealer who backs their products. If you come down to a decision between two spas of different brands and the service is far better for one of them, go with that one because you will know they will give you the support you need many years down the road. Make sure it is a reputable dealer.Some people critique that Hot Springs still fully insulates the spa with high density foam, the same foam that is used in commercial freezers and that it can be a pain in the neck to find a leak (God forbid that happens) because you have to manually take out the foam to find it. That is true, however, the spa is warrantied and Hot Springs stands by their product. So if that happens to you, they will fix it. In addition, that type of heavy foam insulation also provides great efficiency with electrical bills. There are many other spas out there where you will pay more for electricity to heat the spa. Do your research.If I had to give one critique of the Envoy it would be that Hot Springs needs to improve the intensity of the foot wells. They still feel great, but I would like a little more pressure on the feet. Caldera, which is made by the same manufacturer as Hot Springs, has the best foot wells but the rest of the spa we did not like for the reasons stated above.

My inset deck installation required some tricky problem-solving - and this crew figured everything out quickly, briefed me on their plans, and executed precisely. We are very happy with our spa purchase. Our salesman Joe Heymann is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The spa was delivered on time and installed by Rory, Tom and Nick. Update to this review - 6 weeks post delivery - Our Spa is WONDERFUL!! It may be that our contractors did not understand the particulars of Spa installation and, through no fault of NE Spa, had trouble with the electrical connection. Nonetheless, we are VERY pleased with the serviced we have received and have already recommended NE Spas to others - we cannot think of a better spa retailer!Our HotSpring Spa was delivered today - from a sales perspective the staff were very helpful. However, the specifications given to our electrician were inaccurate, and as a result he needed to spend several hours re-doing his electrical work incurring greater costs for us ;(

One of the guys called Joe helped me from the jump with testing out different spas and choosing the right model that fit my preference and price range, until I found the one that was right for me. My new prodigy hot tub is awesome Joe Heymann was so helpful an knowledgeable he helped me select the perfect model for my new patio. The tub is low cost to run an maintain. This is my second hot springs over the years an I like the quality an design. The delivery was very good. I recommend the cover lift also. Ask for Joe he does a great job.

Outstanding customer service the old fashion way.I initially did not intend to purchase my spa at New England Spas in Auburn but when I saw 75 five star reviews I had to visit this place. Well, all those reviews were spot on as I never gave a second thought to look elsewhere. I was met by Jeff, who was so sincere and friendly with his greeting. Not knowing exactly what I wanted he spent over an hour with me explaining the different spas and features. Jeff was extremely knowledgeable about his products but Never once did I ever feel pressured to purchase. Jeff also came to my home to scope out the best area for the spa based on the model I was contemplating. I visited the store three additional times, once with my son, another with my wife and to finally purchase, and each time was treated with sincere, friendly old fashion customer service. I also met Joe who also has the same approach in dealing with customers. My purchase was flawless, and delivery was excellent. The team of Rory, Brandon and MIke were on time, and explained the features of the spa and cleaned all packaging before leaving. Based on my experience I would highly recommend New England Spa in Auburn Ma.

We were considering a hot tub as a better investment than refurbishing the in-ground pool that came with our house. We intended to visit several dealers, but started with New England Spas because they had a good reputation.Joe Heyman made the shopping experience very easy - we didnt look anywhere else, ended up buying a Hot Spring model from him. He did a great job helping us figure out the brand & model choice that was best for us, which upgrade features were indispensable and which werent worth the money. He answered the same questions 10 times and owns one himself, so we felt confident in our decision. Joe even offered to swing by our house on his way home one evening, to look at the space we intended for the spa and see if it presented any issues.They also have a good working relationship with an electrician who installs spas almost exclusively - no hassle.We love our new hot tub (cant wait for winter!) and would highly recommend New England Spas.UPDATE: I wasnt getting the chemicals quite right, so arranged for a couple of valet service visits. Isiah came by and walked me through weekly and monthly treatment steps (and the reasons for them) so I could get comfortable maintaining on my own. Nice service!

Highly recommend New England Spas in Auburn. No pressure sales team that really is interested in ensuring that you purchase the right spa for you. We worked with Joe at the Auburn location and dealing with him was a really great experience. Very knowledgeable about the products and just really takes the time to get to know his customers and their situation. Always willing to take the time to go through our questions (some of which Im sure we asked more than once). Did a comprehensive walk through on the chemicals and ensured we were comfortable with everything.Very flexible team was able to delay delivery of our hot tub due to our house not being completed on time. Its clear that they value customer service. As they were setting up our hot tub, they saw that one of the speakers wasnt going to be able to be wired correctly and they had a technician out within a couple days to fix it. Just really timely follow-up.And, in case I didnt mention it, the hot tub is awesome! Overall, Id give them 10 stars, but I can only give them 5. Just a really great experience from initial meeting to post-sale follow up. Will keep going back there for our chemicals and other products. Might even get a sauna. If youre even just thinking of getting a hot tub, this is the place to go. You wont regret it.

Fantastic experience! We ended up here, because on a Sunday, it was the closest hot tub place open. We walked in and immediately knew we were in the right place. Joe was a fantastic salesman from start to finish. We were sold the perfect spa for our needs and got a wonderful deal. From Start to Finish - Great Service and Great Spa. Worked with Joe at NE Spas in Auburn and from the time I met him I could tell right away he was passionate for his job and wanted me to know the benefits of each spa and was not pressuring me into any specific one. I ended up going with the top of the line Envoy NXT with all of the goodies and so glad I did - looks beautiful in the yard and works great. Very easy to work with, great guy and a great company to do business with. I run my own large construction company and can always tell when employees enjoy their job and like the company they are at, it shows in their salesmanship and Joe definitely loves what he does, swing by NE Spas in Auburn and see for yourself!! First class service. Installation crew and Electrician were also great to work with and very personable, you may pay a little more to use their electrician but they definitely know what they are doing and showed up exactly when they told me they would. Happy Customer all around.

The staff at NE Spas are fabulous to work with. Specifically, Jeff and Joe at the Auburn location offered advice on placement of our hot tub and a lot of guidance in filling and set-up. They are always willing to offer help, and after trying a few troubleshooting solutions, sent a tech out who was great (mechanical problem covered by warranty). Anyone in the market for a hot tub should make NE Spas their first (and last) stop.

The entire experience has been wonderful! Denise has been, and continues to be, a truly caring and knowledgeable sales person. She has helped with every step from selection, to financing and then with water treatment post delivery. Bruce was great when it came time to schedule the delivery and made sure that everything would go smoothly. His team called when they were nearing my home and gave me a more definitive delivery time. They were very professional and performed like clockwork the necessary tasks. Before leaving, they made sure everything was clean and neat and that every question had been answered.
