Looking for a spa during covid was disappointing until I ended up at the Olympic Hot Tub in Auburn. Over three visits Linda, of my research phase, Linda answered every crazy question I had, showed incredible patience, and never encouraged me to stretch my budget. In the end, I got the Vanguard. Linda was able to get the configuration I wanted delivered in under four months. Ive had it since March 2021 and my family and I cant spend enough time in it! So relaxing! Even better, it has become a place for great conversations with my teenage sons. Its been worth every penny!

I purchased my hot tub almost a year ago from Olympic. The staff was super helpful and in the middle of the pandemic it was very clean and professional. Scott helped with the purchase and was very patient with the kids we brought with us (4 & 7) asking questions and running around excited to be part of the process. It took a LONG time to get the hot tub due to the supply chain issues, but the communication was good and I was kept updated whenever possible. All and all, a good experience.

Scott was instrumental in advising us on our new Salt System Spa! He listened to our ideas and needs for our space. He directed us to the perfect tub and we worked well remotely. He was extremely professional and best of all, he was not pushy, but sincerely wanted to help find what was best for us! We couldnt be happier and love our new spa. Scott with Olympic Hot Tubs ~ Auburn location was a lot of help to us. We needed a new Hot Tub to replace our very old one. He kept us up to date with our possible options, prices and delivery dates. Scott was our salesperson and he was amazing! We ordered our tub, working with Scott, after looking at several and evaluating our needs. We had limited space so we scheduled an appointment with Scott to come to our home - it made all the difference, finally we all agreed on where.. Scott had to call and inform us our tub would be later than expected, professional on all levels. Several email and calls, always kept us informed. Helped us with delivery questions, finding the electrician (Jeff) and setting up the VIP service. Scott followed up to make sure everything was OK and we were in our new tub. A valued employee - keep him around!

Scott did a great 5star job of following up and keeping us updated on our order. The factory was back ordered so this was much appreciated. Also we were assisted not just by Scott but by others as well. The whole team was great. Even the Valet tech, Sam did a great job and answered all of our questions, with lots of great tips on taking care of the tub. The only down side of the experience was the lack of an electrical panel for the install. We had to make other arrangements and they will be reimbursing us for using our own electrician. We would definitely buy again from Scott and his team. Thank you!

We worked with Scott from the Auburn location. He was right there to answer the questions about the various models, set-up our soak so that we could truly see the differences between various jet types, and then was right there with easy paperwork to make the purchase! Have already told 6 friends that they should call Scott about their hot tub plans!

Scott was friendly and informative. He spent time going over each aspect of the spas available and was open about the price. He showed both ends of the spectrum and options for each. Linda Wood has been my customer service/sales contact at Olympic Hot Tub since 2006. I love my Hot Springs tub. I tell my friends all the time that the two best things I ever bought for myself was my John Deere Tractor and my Hot Springs Spa. After 15 years of wonderful use I keep referring my friends and clients to them and miss seeing Linda regularly at the Fife store. I was so excited to hear her voice when I called in a couple weeks ago.

We walked in to Olympic hot tub only planning on verifying the hot tub we had picked out at another venders shop was indeed to right one. Then we met Scott, and I cannot thank him enough for steering us towards the Hotspring Grandee! This spa is going to be lovely for years to come! All is well that ends well. We started off with a little miscommunication about delivery time, but the manager, Rob, at Olympic Hot Tub in Auburn went above and beyond all of our expectations. The sales person, Scott Walden, was super informative and knowledgeable about all of their products and as kind of a person as you could imagine. He never pushed anything on us. He made a recommendation on our lid arm that was brilliant! When our tub arrived, it came with everything we needed to make our first spa experience amazing. Never skimp on your hot tub/spa purchase. You will never miss the couple extra bucks you put into it. We highly recommend that you chose Olympic Hot Tub.

I ordered the frog ease in-line cartridges for our hot tub. I had to add chemicals two days after they were installed. It never go better. I had to add minerals and chlorine. I thought that I had mistakenly put the used ones back in. On the next order I recevied, I made sure to put the new ones in. The same thing happened. I called them to complain, and they were so sorry.

AUBURN WA. store has Linda Woods working for them. She sold us our hot tub over 17 years ago and it is still perfect. Our Son David, just bought a new salt water hot springs hot tub. ( This is my sons second hot springs tub.) He moved and had to buy another one because he loved the product. We were staying at his house and had some questions about the care of the new salt water hot tub. She is the most knowledgeable person. She answered all of our questions. Scott Walden is a SUPER his customer support and follow thru was beyond amazing. WE got our spa after a communication problems with Macee. Delivery instructions pictures etc were not delivered to the delivery crew and our delivery date was extended an addition 30 days. Jordan King Valet Tech was absolutely professional and very adept in his abilities to get our spa up and going. The delivery team once the instructions and challenges were handled by Scott, Jonathan and myself did a phenominal job, they are a very professional and kind crew.Thank you Olympic for the tub, we just wish the initial delivery instructions had been handled better to alleviate the delay delivery and communication with the office been handled more efficiently. I was the one to work on communication, something that should always come from the business.

We werent sure who to turn to for help once the Fife store closed. We needed a new cover for our hot tub. Catherine in the Service Department was great to work with and very responsive to our questions and needs. She found a solution for us and our install is scheduled.
