Just tried to call these guys to get some information on some boxes. Spoke with Kylie...She was less than helpful. She didnt even want to remotely explain the products, wanted to send me an e-mail with pictures and let me decide. Being that the person whos representing the company failed to assist me verbally, Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

We at Aero-Tech Laboratory Equipment Company, LLC have dealt with Commercial Crating for our custom cardboard boxes for many years. They always have the best pricing, quick turnaround and always deliver a quality product.

The owners are not pleasant to work with. She is very rude and demanding on the phone and he is not friendly at all. Saw him yelling at some of his guys when I was waiting for some items.

Very friendly, helpful staff.
