My work has me here weekly and the staff have always been great. The manager, Buddy, along with Melissa, are always so on top of things! Would give 5 stars, but as other reviews have said, they are very understaffed. Not the employees fault, but does make it tricky when they take their lunch breaks and need to close mid-day. Staff and service wise, very professional and helpful!
Needed a large file printed off my phone and the store manager, Buddy, was very friendly, professional and helpful while assisting me. Overall great experience.
Its great 👍. They even close for lunch from 1230 to 120 - or they were closed for some reason today for an hour - maybe Spanish style - siesta time 🛌
Ive been to almost all Fedex Office Print & Ship centers in King county. This particular Fedex office in Auburn is definately one of my top two favorite locations among them (The other one is Bellevue Factoria location). Buddy and all other staffs at this location are really friendly and helpful. I never had any single incident with shipping and/or receiving packages here. Also they seems to work really fast and make the line go quick. So.. most of the time, theres no waiting!! I very appreciate their service & hard work. Thank you!!
Buddy, the store manager was extremely helpful. He definitely went above and beyond to help us figure out how to get the layout just right for some office work we needed to get printed!

I dont know why for such low reviews. I never had any problems at this location. They are always prompt and assisting me with sending/receiving shipments.
If I can give FedEx zero star I would; they constantly rescheduling my expected delivery 5x times without any type of sms/email/call notification. I wasted my work days waiting for these useless company to arrive, god their communications is extremely BAD! The only thing you can do is track it on their site but again it’s useless !!!!

I work for FedEx went there because for the employee discount.... was told you cant use the employee discount on the self serve which I was glad to use. Its 15 cent. To have them do it was 20 cent which is the only way I could get my discount.... which ended up being 1 cent less them doing it myself... and when I asked them about it they hit me with excuses.
Unbelievable Experience. I have shipped thousands of boxes through FedEx over the past several years. I always DECLARE the value at 500. As the contents usually exceeds that amount greatly.Today, I was told by the Employee that Policy Says anything over 290.00 the box has to be opened and Inspected!! So you are telling me, the Millions of boxes shipped daily through FedEx has to be opened because of the over 290.00 declared value?? WRONG. I contacted FedEx and they have never heard of that. I am pretty sure I can box my items up better than anyone working behind the counter! No Claims, No Damage, No Nothing! Poorly trained in her Job Description of working at a FedEx Office shop!!!! Unbelievable! I believe Burger King is hiring!
Rebecca, the Store Manager, went above and beyond to help me with a question my own FEDEX team could not help me with. She was very knowledgeable and also quick to find the answers for me. This is true customer service!
I drop off packages daily and have taken passport photos here. They have been very helpful.
Third time something was delivered from here, we are home and it says delivery exception, no one home. I feel like they are not even stopping to check. Im never going to use FedEx again. Time to see what brown can do for me.
Since my apartment complex is keyed they could not get into the building to drop off the package. After leaving a door tag signing that I authorize the delivery driver to leave the package on the front door on the next delivery attempt and the next attempt after that, they still held onto the package as if to not even bother reading the door tag. If I leave your door tag authorizing you to drop it off without being there you should be able to drop it off without me being there...
Go elsewhere. Dont waste your time here. They dont want to be bothered.
If you are forced to use FedEx to ship something, make sure you AVOID fedex smartpost. It is a massive scam that is not worth what you are saving. It took 3 weeks to get my package from the east coast. Same package from the same location took 3 days with USPS and for the same price. As bad as USPS is sometimes, they are 100 times better than this new SmartPost scam.
This FedEx was able to correct the mistakes of another FedEx office, and was willing to work with my in my issues when another did not help me at all.
The service here makes Burger King feel like royal treatment

The manager didnt know her street address i gave her the address and the was named a word but not with numbers and i had to Google it to show her it on my phone so she can ship my package.
Said I wasnt home (I was) for a package that didnt need a signature. No note on the door. They lie, customer service sucks
