I had just bought a 2018 Pathfinder when it was side swiped in a parking lot. I contacted 3-4 other places that couldnt get me in for weeks. My neighbor referred me to Fitzsimons Auto Body and they got me in that day. Ken was the estimator and he was super easy to work with. He called me a few times a week and let me know every process and roughly how long it would take. They did a great job answering all questions and giving updates. It took them a little over a week to get my pathfinder fixed when other auto body shops wouldnt have even gotten me in by that time. My pathfinder looks better than when I bought it. Fitzsimons Auto Body is the best place in Colorado to have your vehicle repaired. Service is quick, technicians are highly skilled and knowledgeable, price is a bargain. When I dropped my car, they got in contact with the insurance company and made arrangements for a rental car which they have delivered at their shop and had it returned there too. He is skilled beyond comprehension and does his job with so much love. He even buffered out some scratches on my rare bumper. Very impressed and happy with the service and finished product we got from Fitzsimons. I have to say that never have we received exceptional customer service like we did from Ken and his whole team! We got rear ended and had almost $10k in damage, Ken immediately got on the phone with insurance adjuster to get the ball rolling to get us back on the road and happy to say that they were able to get our vehicle fixed and ready 1 week after we dropped it off. Ken fought for us to get the best parts and was able to get OEM parts from Nissan and the results were fenomenal, vehicle looks like it just came out of the showroom with exceptional paint work!! The best part were the daily updates we received from Ken regarding this whole process. After leaving shop vehicle had to go back to Nissan for different calibrations/sensors but the guys here made sure to take care of that for us to save us extra trips to dealership. Very knowledgeable team in all areas. Definitely recommend this shop for any repairs needed, best shop in town!!

Very friendly, reasonable rates and they stayed true to their estimate 100%, though it did take them a few extra days to complete the work which meant more rental car/ride share costs. Probably the worst service I have ever experienced by a repair shop. They kept changing my estimated pick up dates. It took an additional 2-3 weeks than the estimated date of completion. The communication was poor and unreliable. I do not recommend anyone taking their car to Fitzsimons Auto Body!

My experience with Fitzsimons Auto Body was outstanding. The staff is very polite and more importantly honest - they gave me an estimate but when I took my car in, they called me later with a cheaper amount because not all quoted services were required. The service was done in a timely manner and the quality was great. I strongly recommend this place.

For some reason good customer service is hard to find, but the guys at Fitzsimons were absolutely top notch in that department. They were open and communicative every step of the way. They worked well with my insurance company, and they even let me drop my rental car off with them (I guess they have some agreement with Enterprise) when I picked up my car about 15 minutes before they closed on a Friday afternoon. I hope I dont need to use their services again any time soon, but if I do, at least I know it will be a painless process! Thanks fellas.

Excellent service, expert workmanship, and a passion for perfection.Very pleased with the work done on my 2014 Audi S7. The entire right side of the car was scratched and dented from a recent broadside collision -- seeing my beloved car after this event was heart breaking. I didnt think it could ever be brought back to its original condition. Fitzsimons Auto Body was able to restore the body and perfectly matched the pearl finish. Wonderful work, and on schedule as promised -- I was able to pickup my car and make it to my doctors appointment at the CU medical center right next door.Thank you Fitzsimons Auto Body for bringing my beloved S7 back to its original beauty.

They did a fantastic job--looks perfect and like it had never been damaged. Their estimate was a few hundred dollars cheaper than others and only took 3 days (instead of 5 days). I would def go back there and would recommend this place to others.

This is one of the nicest body shops I have went to; they are willing to work with you and are very polite/friendly. I needed my door aligned and got other quotes from different places with outrageous prices. The other places also seemed to not want to work with me because I didnt go through an insurance company. Overall, this place has been a life saver for me. :)

I was treated very poorly at this shop and when I got my car back there were many “small” problems that should of been fixed the first time. Tim was exceptionally rude to my mom and I and did not even bother explaining anything or any of the work that was being done. On top of that I was told many different days my car would be finished and it kept getting pushed back for numerous reasons. Next time let your customer know you have a 3 week wait so they can take it somewhere else instead of you guys making your customer feel “lucky” for getting the vehicle in to be worked on . Will never return here.

I got several quotes from different shops around town since this was for our third car and werent in a hurry. I got quotes from $2500-$10000 and the other shops wanted to do all kinds of repairs that didnt make sense. Each shop told us the other shops didnt know what they were talking about and just tried to push us to get the work done ASAP. We finally found Fitzsimons through a referral, and they explained what we needed, why, and it was only $1100 for the repairs. We showed them some of the other quotes and they couldnt find any reason to do any of the work the other shops told us were mandatory. Our car looks great and now we will refer this place too.

This is a great auto repair shop. Professional, on time, quality work, and very friendly staff. I just had a rear quarter panel repainted and it matches perfectly and looks like a factory finish. I got three estimates before I chose Fitzsimons and Im glad I went with them.

Took my truck there for small dents and dings. They did a paintless dent removal job to help me keep the price down and get my truck back quickly. Excellent experience! I was involved in a fender bender were my bumper was basically ruined. That same day, a Thursday, I went to Fitzsimmons, because it was very close to my job, and they gave me a very reasonable quote. Since I was not involving my insurance, I got a discount. They ordered the bumper and the following Tuesday the job was so well done it would be almost impossible to determine I was involved in an accident. In fact, the bumper still looks like new even after several weeks of snow and grime. I highly recommend Fitzsimmons!

We have a fleet of vehicles. Every so often, especially during a snowstorm or the first rain of the season, we have had accidents occur. Bill has always been there for Abbotts fire and flood. When I went to Fitzsimons I felt immediately comfortable with your straightforward approach to looking under my hood. They told me what needed to be done and what it would cost. They told me it would take at least 24 hours, and they got it done in less than four hours. They wash the car thoroughly a few other minor things that I asked him to do and they never charge me for it. In the end I told I saved at least $500 and I would strongly recommend them.
