They have fixed both my Hyundai Genesis and Porsche Cayenne, both where pearl white. Paint was PERFECT AND IMMACULATE! No s>Igns of previous damage whatsoever! Thank you
Worst place to take your vehicle. My Jeep was pretty much taped and glued together. And a clamp wasn’t installed correctly causing my new Jeep to leak the coolant and over heat and fry my engine. All due to a $5 clamp. And of course denied they touched that one specific clamp. When it was clearly an after market clamp and no repairs had been done prior. Take your car elsewhere!
They did a fantastic repair on my rear bumper that had only minor damage, but it took them close to 4 weeks to complete the job. I understand that due to the Pandemic, there is a shortage of certain things, but having the parts in stock at the dealership would have reduced my aggravation.
Had a less-than stellar experience with my VW and Shortline Collision Center back in February. However, John Negri (the new/current manager of the center) went out of his way to address the incorrectly done repairs, which were no fault of his own. If I have another accident in the future (probable with all the people texting and driving), I would go back to Shortline. 2 stars for the original work, 5 stars for Johns quality service.
Overpriced and tried to rip me off because he thought I didnt know what I was doing. Acted like he didnt want to help and even asked who I talked to that told me I could come in the get a quote. Very rude.

I brushed a concrete pillar and had Yellow paint and what I thought was scuffs on the finish of my car. They cleaned off the paint from the pillar. They told me it was only a few minor barely seeem marks and said you dont have to do anything unless you want to. Good customer service. A+ in my book.

Service took FOREVER!!! They tried to blame me for having an accident over the New Year and therm having several cars. They were LESS THAN ACCOMMODATING when I was one day over on my rental car coverage and needed them to help me with a rental for one day after I had exhausted 30 days of rental car coverage through my insurance. I love Buick just not this location. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Spoke with a young lady on the phone to get some information on getting an inspection done on a vehicle we are purchasing. Dont understand the rudeness and the attitude. Very unprofessional. I dont typically leave negative comments but this person wasnt nice.
