Do not take your commercial vehicles here for estimates, they do not have a paint shop that can handle the large sized vans. They will submit a lowball estimate to your insurance company though regardless of not being able to complete the work, this will make the whole process messy and since no one will actually do the work for this price. Super unprofessional as well.

Great experience. Fixed the side of my vehicle after an accident and now the side that was damaged looks better than the other that didnt have a scratch. Great customer service and they fixed everything quicker than anticipated. Highly recommended.

Wanted to take my vehicle to this body shop for repairs on the insurance claim, but got rudely brushed off. Very money hungry, and not customer oriented business. Will complain to my insurance company and request this business to be taken off their authorized facility list.

I had to take my car in for repairs from a car accident. The experience was positive from the moment I spoke to Janet, their receptionist, she was super friendly and kind. The shop kept constant communication with me with details of dates for pickup. The car looks brand new and they even cleaned the inside for me. I have been to many other body shops before and I know I won’t go any where else now after going here.

These people really know their stuff! They are efficient, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Jason and Janet usually run the front office and they immediately welcomes you as you step thru the door. Beautiful comfy waiting area. They work seamlessly with my insurance company and the rental car company so I just relax!

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE AT HIGH RISK FOR COVIDEvery time I walked into the shop there were nearly ten people, in close contact with no masks. No one put on a mask when I walked in, and got way up close to me to start paperwork. When I had to request everyone put on a mask I got a lame excuse of how they didn’t need masks because they have a ‘small glass barrier’. How can a foot of glass do anything when there are 10 people in there for hours at a time spreading droplets everywhere? I was uncomfortable being in here and would not recommend this place to anyone, ESPECIALLY someone who is at increases risk for COVID.

Wonderful place with wonderful people. They kept me updated on their progress of fixing my car. They arranged for me to be picked up for my rental car. I was able to drop off the rental car at Precision when I picked up my car. They washed my car inside and out before I picked it up. After the wash and repairs it looks brand new! Precision Autobody replaced my rear bumper after an accident. They made the process really easy! They were fast and completed the repairs in just one day. Cant say enough nice things about the front desk staff; extremely friendly, courteous, and handled coordinating the handoff of my rental car as well when my car was repaired. Although hopefully not necessary, I wouldnt think twice about going to them again in the future.

Called me to schedule a time to get a quote done and upon arrival was greeted immediately! The quote was fast and staff was exceptionally friendly. Dropped off my car and had no worries of what they were doing. Got my car back a couple days later all fixed and ready to go! They even messaged me and another contact of mine incase I had to work to let us both know when I could pick up my car. Would recommend them to anyone who has to get their car body fixed!

I had work done by them a few years ago and they were excellent, easy to work with and very professional, worked with the insurance company who was paying for repairs- I didn’t have to worry!I needed some more work done recently as someone had rear-ended me and I called precision only to find out that they now only work with State Farm and USAA-so if you don’t have one of the two insurance companies they work with then you’re SOL. I’ve never heard of that before. It’s a shame because I’m sure they’re losing a lot of potential customers with their new policy.

I brought my car here to get the bumper repaired. They were quick, friendly and did a really nice job.

Super quality! I’ve had several cars (new and old) repaired by Precision Auto and have never been disappointed! Always as promised, on time and quoted accurately. The work they complete is perfect as a new car.. but they have even blended my beater car after a finder bender to match the patina of the rest of the car. They work seamlessly with all types of insurances. They will be my first stop if (more likely when) I need future work.

I took my pickup in for a smashed rear cab repair and it came out perfectly.It is a family owned shop and I was able to talk to them about my expectations and they met them and beyond...also other shops I went to werent willing to work on something that old (2000 model year) they were courteous, professional and friendly...Also, their prices were about half of another shop I went to...I highly recommend them !!!

Rarely do I leave un positive reviews but with my less than ideal experience here is one of them. As a “preferred” State Farm location it was my expectation that they would do a good job. My leased vehicle was nearing the end of the term and rather than get the damage fixed I chose to trade it in. The shop refused to upload the quote to State Farm as they were not going to be getting the business. What is the point of being “preferred” if you fail to work with the insurance company? I would think / hope that the work would be on par but for VERY poor customer service they get a 1 star from me.

I took my Lexus in to get some sand/rock damage fixed on most of the surface of the car and Precision did an excellent job. The areas that they worked on make the car look brand new and they also installed a clear bra for a reasonable price. They completed their work in the time estimate they initially gave me and made sure I was happy with their service. I definitely recommend going to Precision for auto body work.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Took car here for a simple repair to rear bumper and when they gave me my car back the windshield was cracked all the way across! And they wouldn’t take responsibility or fix it. Will never do business with these people again 0 stars

I went in for a quote. I was given a copy of the quote after them looking at the car for five minutes. I also asked get an email of the quote. They were the same. I asked them later if the quote included EVERYTHING including the rocker bar (I believe this is the name). When I filled out my paperwork at the beginning I requested a phone call after three days, I am the one that had to call to get any answers. I was then told that the car door sealed fine without the rocker bar being repaired so I said OK I dont want it fixed then. So when I picked up my car I was anticipating it being 1700 not 2100 since 2100 was the initial quote. I came home and looked at my estimate and couldnt find rocker bar on there. I feel as though I was taken advantage of because I am a woman. They were very nice until the end, I called on the day of pickup to see what time I could pick up my car and they were very rude. They seemed upset that I was calling, but I have two kids and limited people to take me there. I needed a time. They seemed very put off that someone would ask this question. I am not impressed with their service and they are NOT truthful. If you are a woman take someone with you or you will not get a fair deal and will not be told the entire truth.

I have used this place twice in the past few years. The most recent time was when my new car was hit by another car. As soon as I knew my car was going here, I was relieved. They do an amazing job and I am very, very picky. They made my car look like new, twice now! I cant recommenced them enough.

Dont use body shop ~ they only take State Farm and USAA insurance customers only! If you ask for any assistance the hired help as she called herself, she is no help at all, she was about as friendly as a rattle snake. Hire new help to answer the phone with a personality. I used this body shop for years when I owned and operated our towing company for 12 years Id say things were a whole different when youre feeding them clients. Family friendly hell no! Use Accurate or Colorado Auto Body not Precision!

My car got backed into mid-January, and after a battle with their insurance and the aftermarket parts they wanted to use, these guys told me that my insurance company does not endorse the use of aftermarket parts. Perfect. I ended up going through my own insurance instead. By this time it was February, and they took just over a week to do the work.Car came out of the shop beautiful as ever, and they were really good with communication all along. At one point during the repair process I thought I left something in the car. They checked for me, but didnt see it. I live nearby, so they took me through the shop to see if I could find it (and to see how the car was coming along). Very impressive operation theyve got! And it turned out what I was looking for wasnt in the car afterall.About 4 months after the repair, just last night, my car started leaking a lot of coolant. Left the car in the parking lot, maybe a mile and a half from the shop. The next morning, today, I stopped by the shop to tell them what was going on. After a few details (name, car) they remembered me, even bringing up a few details that prove they werent pretending. They said theyd have it towed in, and theyd probably get it in an hour. They got it towed, diagnosed, fixed, tested, and even washed. All in 4 HOURS while I was at work. When I picked it up, everything was covered by the warranty. Granted, this was a pretty simple repair, but they still treated my car like it was the only one there.Truly, if every car repair shop was like this, they would have the exact opposite reputation they do now. I dont want to have another car issue again, but if I end up in a similar situation, Im not going to bother looking around anywhere else.Update: Had another issue after the repair, this time a slow coolant leak from the radiator (which was done in the original repair). Youd think that Id be upset having to come in again. Not at all. What I thought would likely be a hose or clamp issue was the radiator itself. It was still fixed same day, under warranty, no problem, with apologies for the inconvenience. Oh, and they also gave me a rental car so I could get back to work.

Took my Silverado there after I was hit by a drunk driver. They did excellent job on the repair. Also customer service was great and they kept me informed of everything. If I need any body work I will go back to them.

Great body shop thats been in business for a long time. Theyve serviced cars of mine since 1991 and I wouldnt go anywhere else. The repairs and paint always match. Topnotch.

My advice is to take your business somewhere else. Especially if you’re Hispanic, African Americans, Brown or have a Muslim name.This mama/pop business everyone is a boss from the lady front disk to any other members. They kept me waiting for a month and told me that my car is gonna be done in five days. When I called the day I supposed to go get it back. I was told by the lady in the front disk that it wasn’t ready yet and took me another 5 days. I requested her to talk to the guy I met when I dropped the car or the supervisor after 15 minutes wested talking to her without any fruit, she just but me in hold for another 15 minutes. So I have to hang up and waited another 5 days till the car done.

They performed excellent work on my car and were able to work around my busy schedule. The text updates were also helpful. I would highly recommend them

I went in for an estimate and had Stewart work with me. The experience wasnt what I anticipated, as the outcome for the estimate was different than expected (seemed very high for the damage), however he did try to guide me in the right direction afterward. Their customer service was not my favorite, as phone etiquette is lacking (responses are abrasive and brash, no friendless heard in the voice) from whomever received the call, and the overall ambiance in person and over the phone wasnt warm nor welcoming for me. Possibly a bad first encounter, as others seem to enjoy the perennial attachment to this local establishment.

Took our truck here to get hail damage fixed. The body work was good BUT they missed several things on our insurance company said to fix. THEN weeks later with all the rain I noticed a puddle on the floor of the drivers side. Come to find out the put the door striping in backwards- minor but costly mistakes. Lastly, the communication they have with their customers lacks in professionalism, absolutely no follow thru! Look your car over very closely before leaving the lot, you will be grateful you did!

Please, please dont use this business, especially If youre. black or Hispanic they will treat you like a subhuman. They charged me extra for parking. The owner threw my keys at me. And they threatened to have my vehicle towed. The staff are rude and horrible, especially that awful woman in the front.

They will rip you off. A bunch of CROOKS. Was quoted 250 for service and bill came out over 500!! The actual work they did was sloppy. My 5year old nephew can do better. It was something that should have taken 3 days and it ended up being over 3 weeks! I am going to call the news and report the fraudulent people. They are a sorry excuse for an establishment and whenever I would call the person over the phone was rude.

Had a great experience with this autobody shop. I had a claim through Statefarm and wanted to use a Statefarm approved vendor so I choose Precision. Their staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I get a rental through Statefarm and they took the time to call Hertz for me so the shuttle could come get me when I dropped my car off. They also finished my bumper in half the time they estimated which was great! I felt like they took great care of my vehicle and I couldnt be happier with the results. They even cleaned my car and filled my tires up before I picked it up. I would defiantly recommend this shop and will use them again.

Claimed it could take up to 6 days to replace and hood only 4 bolts and a headlight and front number, they could easily get those painted and ready to put on my car before arriving so my car dont have to sit in a shop for 6 days, but they dont do that they would rather get money everyday for my car sitting in shop, giant scam if you ask me unless you got the money to pay someone for storage!
