We purchased a Mercedes GL450 back in May. Our personal experience was a very good one. We did a LOT of research and made sure this was a vehicle we wanted. Mike and Tom were very professional and patient with us. They weren’t your typical pushy salesman. They gave us Any information we wanted and they gave us space so we could take about our options. I see some of the one star reviews, and you should take them with a grain of salt. Buying a used car is always going to be different between dealers and cars. Do your research on the car you want and see what maintenance is common on the model you want. Tom and Mike were the ones we talked to and I’m very confident they will help you the best they can. We are very blessed our Mercedes was a great find! My sister bought one from a different dealer and we had to do maintenance to get it running right. But it’s all subjective. Research, research, and research!! Thank you all again. We are loving it.

Beware of the car pricing.. The staff honestly wasnt very friendly and didnt make much of an effort to bring positive customer service to the table ether. Didnt feel the need to even try to negotiate pricing on a car that was marked up way to much. After doing more research on multiple cars on the lot they are priced on average 2k over book and market value with nothing special done to the car. There were a couple I saw that were 4-6k over value. 10/10 would NOT recommend going there unless you like over paying for cars.

Before you buy a car at ADI Autosports read this review..Tom and Mike are great people. They were very personable and I enjoyed working with them. I purchased a Full Size Range Rover HSE and was told that there were no issues with the vehicle prior to purchasing it. The car fax report checked out.. but after one week of purchasing the vehicle I noticed many things wrong with it that I now need to pay for on my own.The speaker in the front right is blown outThe car port charger does not charge mobile devices (Tom said its not their problem.. they can’t fix it)The breaks in the vehicle screech when they are being used. (I took the vehicle in to have them check it out and they said that they fixed it, but it seems as if nothing has changed)The vehicle did not come with a front left mirror cover, then they ordered a new one and tried to fit it on, but couldn’t so the vehicle is still without a front left mirror cover.I reached out to Mike on 2 separate occasions and he told me to not text him because it was his day off which is understandable.. but I still would have appreciated a nicer response. When I reached out to him and sent him a video about how the breaks still have a loud screeching noise he said “Give me 5 minutes” but never responded after I said okay.This is the first negative review I have left anyone, and I don’t feel good about doing this, but I spent a lot of money with these guys and felt called to share.Although, I am happy with the vehicle and I plan to fix it and enjoy it for a few years, I would have just appreciated some better customer service and honesty in the process. Before you purchase a car from them, drive it for a day and make sure that everything checks out so you don’t have to go through the same scenario I am in now.

I was very pleased with this place! I was able to take care of financing and everything over text messaging and their online credit app. This was a huge plus for me because I work nights so getting to a car dealership during the day can be tricky. Cash Buyer Beware!I spoke with Mike and expressed real interest in a VW Touareg Listed for 13,999. When Mike found out I was a cash buyer he gave me the run around for 2 days I believe hoping I would just go away. I told him I needed to prepare a cashiers check for the sum total if he could tell me what that was going to be. All of the sudden the price went up to 15,000 dollars which according to him was because of having to fix a door actuator thing(his words not mine), and also a $350 dealer fee(nothing better then a company charging you to do business with them.)My point is this. If you are a cash buyer you might want to look elsewhere. If I was a betting man I would say they have no interest in deals not financed in house because its less likely they can take you for a ride. I cannot speak to the rest of the experience because I had no interest in dealing with a company that does not honor their pricing.

My husband I were recently shopping for our college daughter. We were blown away by the care and concern that was showed to us on her behalf. Our Ford Escape was gone over with a fine tooth comb and everything was taken care of. They made sure we went out the door knowing our daughter would be safe. We also got an incredible deal. I visited when looking at a vehicle that was online. Great photos, but in person the vehicle was in terrible shape. The vehicle was about $3K above blue book and when I asked them why...the salesman said due to the low miles. I didnt even drive it the condition was so bad. While their cars may be in poor shape, the sales man was nice.

Make sure you have your mechanic thoroughly check the car before you buy. They seem like nice guys, but remember you are buying a used car. Any repairs needed, have your mechanic do them.

Michael, the sales guy, went beyond expectations in helping me. They took the car to the BMW dealer to get it checked out for a pre-buy inspection. The car I purchase from them was in great shape. I will be doing future business with this dealership. They have earned my respect and trust.

From the moment we got there to leaving it was a great experience. We came looking for a specific car. They aloud us to check out the car and test drive it, and we were out the door with a reasonable price. Their staff was super nice and really knowledgable.

Nothing about purchasing my vehicle was above average, I believe I received a good car so I went from a 2 star to a 3. Long story short I had a missing part to the vehicle I was given the run around on and with time and gas expense incurred I definitely think they could have handled it better. I was sold the part with the I owe We Owe knowing I would get it fixed but didnt expect to have to make 3 trips to get it. Again, I think I got a good vehicle but only bought this car because my SO wanted it. Had she not I would have looked elsewhere as nothing about the dealership, sales or service was anything to be excited about. As the customer, I just dont like being given the run around.

Great staff! Easy to do business with. No back and forth bickering, I told them what I would give, they told me what they would take and we made the deal. I will diffidently go back for my next purchase.

So I bought my car from there a few months ago. Ive delayed writing this review since I was waiting for my new to me car to break down. Yet, it hasnt. Ive been so happy with the car and the experience purchasing it was very smooth that I just knew something was going to happen. Rob is a great salesman. He never pushed me and answered questions honestly. Very happy with my new car and the buying transaction.
