Absolutely do not purchase from them. MONTHS after I paid off my car, I have still not received the title and getting ahold of them is like a wild goose chase. I have called about 20 times to try and get this matter resolved. Each time I am given misleading information or simply told they will call me back and never do. My temp plates are now expired for the SECOND time. I shouldn’t be this hard.

Went in to buy a vehicle. I already knew what vehicle I wanted. Talked to the sales rep and told him exactly why I needed it and how much I was willing to put down on it and how much to pay a month for it. Sales man worked with me for financing. Vehicle works great and I’m very happy with how everything worked out.

We went here to purchase a very nice bmw we saw and they lied to our face saying that this car was in good condition the check engine light was on the moment we asked about the car fax all of a sudden they decide to tell us that the car an accident. Turns out it had to and wasn’t even supposed to be sold anymore. Waste of time 👎👎

I have bought my last 2 cars here, and today Im leaving with my 3rd. The lobby is a lil under furnished but they see quality cars and I was in and out with 500 dollars down in 2 hours with a 2016 Buick SUV with under 100k miles on the odometer. Will be back for my fourth car when the time comes.

Purchased an Infinity from the dealership at a great price they were able to work with me on. The car was not perfect but they let me know when making my decision. So far, no problems. I do not think they cleaned it or changed the oil but that was okay at the price they listed it at. So far so good with no problems.

Sales was great. I got an older car though and had to put some money into it, but it definitely had issues. The car didnt pass emissions and they did fix that for me and replaced the catalytic converter. Communication is lacking and that was my biggest complaint. I would wait for a call that never came and needed to call them a lot to get am answer and sometimes didnt then either.

At first, I rated this place a 5 star establishment. I was naïve and just excited to receive my new car. I went to the DMV and they told me that they didn’t send me all of the paperwork. After months, and I literally mean months, 10 months to be exact, I still haven’t received the required paperwork to register my vehicle. I’ve mailed replacement paperwork, called several times a week, and I get the same answer, “we have just sent it over to you.” By no means, go to this place. They are liars and scammers of the lowest degree. ESPECIALLY, if you live out of state and try to buy a car from this place. Save yourself the trouble and go literally anywhere else! It’s not worth it.

So I got my car almost a year ago and the staff is very helpful NOW the mechanics are terrible they been had my car a month and every person I talked to says something different my whole thing is if u dont know what you are doing please let the owner of the car know so I can take it elsewhere this is completely unacceptable I still dont have my car still to this day never will I deal with this nonsense again. Do not take your car their to get any work done unless you have a back up one for sure.

I had just bought a 2014 Toyota Corolla from Davidson Motors. Shortly after I had brought my car home I noticed a few issues that caused concern. Tim was a man of his word and fixed everything on the car to save their reputation (including a brand new transmission). That’s what I have been telling everyone I know looking is that this dealership is BY FAR the best I’ve dealt with in all of Colorado. A+ guys I love my new car!

Bought a 2008 RAV4 a year ago. Was told it was a good little car and it has been. Good service, no haggling, fair price. This is my first place to look when I need a car.

I purchased a vehicle in 2015. I am 100% satisfied with the way Tommy treated my husband and I. We didn’t have good credit at the time and we’re in need of a car, they approved us and I am very happy with my purchase. Never has my car broken down or had problems with it, to this day!I highly recommmed Davidson Motors!

Amazing customer Service! They worked with me to get me Financed for a decent 2010 car, even with very bad credit and 2 Repos. The car did have a malfunction shortly after getting it. However, they worked with me and made it a priority to fix it, and get me back into my new baby QUICKLY!. I would recommend this place to anyone in search of a car. I was not pushed into anything and I was even given the ability to have the car looked over before financing without being hurried. They also have the ability to set you up with a warranty so if something does happen your still good to go. This Place Is Much Better then Car Hop!

We bought a 2009 Kia Spectra in February 2013 from Davidsons Auto. This was a car for our new driver/16yr old son to drive. We found the car online (in our price range) and drove up from CS. The sales experience was professional, paperwork accurate, price fair (no funny business or re-pricing) and the car was dependable. In fact, it has passed down to our second son who still drives it today (2017). I recommend Davidsons for an honest car buying experience.

After being told we were approved, test drove the vehicle and had our deposit ready to go we were told we needed a lot more money down than what was told to us prior. In addition after sitting there for over an hour we were told about all the paperwork we now need. Needless to say we needed up leaving empty handed.

I dont understand all the positive reviews unless those people dont mind paying a fortune for junk. I looked a Kia minivan that was priced at $5995. Well after they did the paperwork and calculations i would have ended up paying 13,000 dollars for that car. That was with a 1000 dollar down payment. I obviously walked out.

Just bought a 2006 Nissan Xterra from them and I have had nothing but problems! It needs thousands of dollars worth of work on it and they never told me any of it! I asked them if there was anything wrong or if anything needed work and they said no! I understand you buy a used car as is but they could have at least told me what was wrong. And they claimed it was stuff they DIDNT know about! Like what?! Guess they dont check their cars very well. TERRIBLE place I would not recommend to anybody.

Came in to see a car that had an impressively low 57k on it. During the test drive, noticed the service sticker said to change the oil at 122k. When we asked the salesman, his only explanation was that they forgot to take the sticker off. I do not recommend this sketchy, grimy place with shifty, unprofessional salesmen. This is the kind of place that gives used car dealerships their bad reputation.

Called to ask about a vehicle, i was put on hold and then they hung up. Then took the time to read the reviews, turns out that they are really bad at service to customers which is good ill shop somewhere else 😁

Save your time, effort, and money and go...literally anywhere else. The owner clearly doesnt care about customer service.My husband and I purchased a Ford Escape from Davidsons Motors, Englewood location in October. Up until mid-December, we had the car in the shop almost every weekend and a good portion of every week. The day after we purchased the car, the check engine light came on, and thats when the problems started. The salesperson we worked with added the check engine light an appointment with their service center that we set up upon purchase of the vehicle for a list of other issues. Unfortunately, he had turned the check engine light off, and when we went in for the appointment, were told that there were no issues with the engine and that we needed new tires to fix the alignment/balancing. When we dropped the car off at the Aurora location, we asked them to look into the fluids, as we did not believe they had been checked as was stated on the CarFax report, because we had to fill some of them ourselves. We were told there were no issues. The salesperson sent us to a location near the Englewood location to get new tires shortly thereafter, covering it themselves (~$200 for that brand). We took it for an alignment at our regular maintenance shop the following week, covering that ourselves ($100). When we had it in our shop, the maintenance team found that we needed a new catalytic converter; and quoted us $1,200, and also provided an oil change, telling us that the oil change was overdue (indicating it was not checked at the Aurora location, as we requested, and shouldve been done before we purchased the vehicle). Davidsons covered the catalytic converter, which was appreciated, but took some phone calls, coordination, and effort on our end, as they sent us all over the metro area. Unfortunately, when we picked up the car two days later, the maintenance man told us that our coolant was leaking, which was a problem that had initiated prior to us purchasing the vehicle. One day later, the check engine light came on (again, we had filled the coolant the day after receiving it from the dealership). As they had just taken care of the catalytic converter, I figured we would see what was wrong before contacting them again. We brought the car into the Groove Ford dealership, as we figured they would know the car better than anyone. The next day, the service center called me with an estimate of $2,300 in repairs that are not covered under the $3,000 warranty we purchased from AUL as part of the car sale. There were another $1,500 worth of repairs that are covered under the warranty with AUL. After hearing this information, that there were major safety items that should have been addressed prior to selling the vehicle, I sent an email to our salesperson at Davidsons Motors. I was told that email was sent to his boss, and then onto the owner. After having the car for not even two months (we had not even gotten the car registered with the DMV yet, it had been that recent), we had the car in the shop, traveled all over the metro area getting it repaired, and racked up over $5,000 in repairs (half the cost of the car), and had barely driven it.My frustration lies in the fact that about $5,000 worth of repairs were required for a vehicle that we purchased at market value, that shouldve been addressed prior to purchasing the vehicle. These were obviously not new issues with the car, as we saw evidence of them during the test drive and immediately after purchasing the vehicle; we were ensured that when the car went back to the Aurora location, that their mechanic wouldve addressed those issues. I sent all of this detailed information in the email that I sent and that was forwarded onto the owner. I followed up the email with a phone call to the Aurora office and left a message for the owner, Sam. That was two months ago and I have not received a phone call or any response since that time. I also filed a complaint with the BBB, which was never responded to by the company.

They sold me a LEMON!! and now they are trying to hide from their responsibility. I am seeking an attorney the BOYS that work here are as crooked as they come check your shift especially the car fax make sure it belongs to the car your buying not one they already sold but looks like yours...

I had a great experince here . I live two hours away and dont have the best credit . I found a truck I was intrested in online, I sent a email saying I was interested in the truck . I was contacted by Sharon, she told me more about the truck and I told her my situation . Knowing I was 2 hours away they checked to see if I could get approved before driving 2 hours . I was approved, so I drove up as soon as i could. I test drove the truck and liked it, so I drove it home . After getting home i had my mechanic look the truck over, as it needed several things fixed . I contacted the dealership about the things that needed fixed . They worked with me to get everything in working order without me having to drive 2 hours back . Very satisfyied with my experience at Davidson motors . Thanks again Sharon .

I have gotten two cars from this dealership. The staff is great and the prices are good.

I purchased a 2005 VW Beetle from here, I paid 5000$ for the vehicle and they had made me sign paperwork saying they were taking a loss on the car. The same day I got it I drove it home and before I got there the check engine light came on. I brought the car back and they fixed the problem. But the car kept having problems. As of now if I were to bring the car in to the service depo. it would be the 9th time doing so. They car was never fixed. I was told multiple times the owner would contact me about the situation and I never got a call. The only positive is I didnt have to pay for any of the service they did, but I never was given receipts of car parts or anything they did besides put around 10$ of gas in the car each time. Which makes me believe the problems never were fixed. Theyve lied to me about them sending my car to Volkswagen to be fixed because they didnt know what they were doing. But when I asked about it the main mechanic said they didnt. They also told me that if I were to trade the car back to them its only worth 1500$. So why was I to sign papers saying they took a loss on the car? Very shady place, definitely wouldnt recommend anyone buy car here.

If I could give 0 stars i would. Filled out a credit app online and havent heard anything back from them. I calle and spoke to 4 different people who gave me the run around as to why i havent recieved a call back. Then called a last time and spoke with a lady who said I would get a call back in half am hour which was at 4:30 its 9:13 and of course they are closed. I went to look at cars last week on their lot and no one came outside to greet me..they are not a top notch dealer so as to why no one came outside im still oblivious. Rude people and dont know what they are doing..called Len Lyall chevy at 5:00 today went down got financed and approved and they even greeted me when i pulled up. I definately will be contacting the BBB there are definately better car dealerships down colfax.

I should have listened to my gut feeling but I didnt and now Im stuck with a car that is not going to last me very long. The trasmission is going out.
