I had to go there, I was on a road trip through Colorado August 2021, the service was great, Chris mechanic, Joe owner? and the service advisor were all knowledgeable and made me me feel like all would be ok and that I would get home. My satisfaction with them is off the chart. They take their time but they do get it right. I had a U1000 code and several oil leaks not only did the fix everything but my car ran so well on the trip home it felt like new. I would recommend that if you want your car fixed right please take it to them.
They fixed my transmission supposedly than all of sudden I had a radiator leak and they had my car for 3 weeks and they never seen it.. then I was told by a man named Todd that I could of hit a bump and it had happened, when I picked up my car after 3 weeks I went straight home and had orange fluids coming out and I it never happened before and I havent had my car. And they told me itll be 953 dollars after I just payed them 4000 dollars and showed them pictures and videos
I have just purchased a car and two weeks later the transmission was slipping. AAMCO diagnosed the issue and was stuck for over week awaiting an inspector to come out and approve the issue. Chris and the woman at front desk have been very accommodating, patient and have been communicating with us every step of the way. They have been wonderful even when my husband and I were upset with issues that had both to do with AAMCO. We thank you guys for everything and truly appreciate all your hard work and communication.

I am not one to write a lot of reviews, but for Giselle and the crew at this location it is an absolute pleasure. I was treated so sincerely kind and professional I am still blown away. My linkage had come off the transmission and would not engage. It would have been easy for anyone unscrupulous to sell me a part and the labor involved. As I sat in my room contemplating the cost and time I would be stuck I got a call from Giselle telling me my car coul be picked up and there was no charge for the repairSo would I recommend them a wholeheartedly YES!YES!YES!My sincerest thanks to all of you at this location and may blessing after blessing fall on you and your families.

So at first my husband and I wore not sure how we wore going to find anyone to fix his Ford Explorer!! So I called in and ms Giselle had answered the phone so I had explained to her what was going on with his truck and the truck would not move so she told me the process of how to get his truck up there and so we did and then they had explained to me what was all wrong and then they actually helped us in out time of need and plus the guy who worked on his truck when we had also gotten his heater working again was really nice and sweet guy!!!! Thank you all so very much because you guys just don’t know you helped us when we didn’t know how we wore going to get his truck going again... and tell joe I also said thanks.

Went in for a bad shifting transmission and a leak. I was kept informed, priced comparable to other local shops and upon pick up was satisfied...needed to return for an additional issue I discovered and to my amazing surprise they fixed it immediately.Me and my husband have decided to make this our go to for both our trucks. They tried to over charge me. About their FREE inspection dont believe it. They will try to get you to commit to a paid inspection and tell you that the price of that inspection will go towards the work you need done. But then it wont it will compound with the bill of whatever work you need done. The stuff bad business and scammers are made of.. Do better AAMCO!
Bad customer service. They claim to make calls they never make. Very expensive for the length of time you wait to get your vehicle back. Front desk lady ( Nicole) will promise to have something ready by a certain date. When that date comes and goes she will tell the customer she never said that.
I have had a great experience with this franchise. They completely rebuilt the transmission on my car for a fair price and have taken care of me since then. Friendly, professional, and fair. Its good knowing that there are still good honest auto shops out there

Man I made an appointment a week in advance to get a courtesy check and brought the car in..... was helped by Giselle for a 900 appointment and after 4 hours called in to check at 130 and was told should have an answer by 300 no answer so called back at 330 and was told still waiting because they were busy even though they close at 500 and was told huh LOL MAN DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE THEY SUCK AND WONT HELP YOU GO ELSE WHERE

Lost top engine cover and never replaced it, windshield cracked told they were going to get it repaired, its been two months since the manager or owner Joe related that he was sending out a windshield company to the house, poor, poor, customer service.
I have a Lexus RX300 2000. I needed a new transmission as mine went out and they were the cheapest at 3650$ compared to other places up to 4800$ (Lexus Dealership). I saw that they also did suspension work and asked if they could look into my front struts. He said they would and possible adjust them to make it ride a little better. I got my RX300 a couple days later than told but it looked like they replaced the front right strut and didnt charge me anything for it. They did have a slight military discount so he gave me parts at cost which was nice. This was almost 5 years ago and the transmission is working great. I bring this up now as I am in the middle or replacing all the struts on it and it reminded me of this.

Three weeks ago I took my work van in to get fixed and was charged almost $6,000 for a transmission rebuild. I took the van into the dealership for a tune up last week. The dealership said that the transmission’s fluid was overfilled and my gaskets are blown out! Brought the van back into AAMCO yesterday. It took 15-20 minutes to drop off the van because I couldn’t get anyone to come out and help me. I got called today and they have to rebuild my transmission and it won’t be ready until Wednesday at the earliest. They told me that they put in a faulty part and now have metal shavings inside! I would love to give them no stars if that was possible. I now have to rent a van again, so that I can do my job. My boss is really upset with this whole situation and says we will NEVER use AAMCO again and strongly recommend that people find another place that can fix the problem the first time. I just hope I don’t get in trouble with my boss or we lose business because of AAMCO. I will add on to this review once I get my van back. I won’t hold my breath that it will be done before Wednesday even though it would be so nice and helpful if it was!

My friend referred me to this shop because the transmission went out in my 2007 Chevy Avalanche. This is the best place in Aurora for transmission and auto repair. I was able to choose from multiple financing options to get my car fixed without breaking the bank and they also have staff to do anything that needs done on my truck with a nationwide warranty! Steve is very knowledgeable and transparent with the customers and I will be back!

I just had my transmission replaced in my GMC Sierra 1500. They had a new one shipped in in two days and installed in a day. Giselle and John were both wonderful AMD extremely helpful and understanding as its always hard to make decisions when major repairs are needed on a vehicle. So far she runs and sounds great. Ill update my review here in a few weeks with how the new transmission is holding up. Otherwise so for I would highly recommend this location.
I brought my car in for an AC check, it had just quit at the beginning of the summer. It turned out to be a huge nightmare of a job, but Giselle and Jonathon were very helpful. When all was said and done, the shop ended up eating hundreds of $$$ in labor, parts, even a rental, to get the job done, when they didn’t have to, they could have handed me back my keys and said take it somewhere else, but they stuck it out and got it done for me. In my honest opinion, they care about you and your car, which is why I would highly recommend them.

I brought in a 2003 Town and Country with 230k miles and a broken transmission. The cost of repairs exceeded the value of the vehicle, so I traded it for another car on Joes lot - a 2001 Isuzu Rodeo with 130k miles. It needed a new transmission, which AAMCO fixed. Joe sold me the car for a great price. Excellent service!

I hardly know where to start. Fresh out of college, alone in a new city and very far from the magical powers of Dad to fix car problems, I limped my poor car into the shop when it decided that it didnt want to shift up further than first gear.I called ahead, and Ron, despite having a busy schedule and closing at 5:30, made some time for me after I got off work at 5:00. I was hoping for one of the plug-in diagnoses, but his guys opened it up and gave it a very thorough diagnostic before letting me know the transmission needed to be rebuilt. He quoted me a price and was very kind in allowing me to leave the car there while I decided what to do and came up with the money to pay for the work.While the work was going on, Ron exhibited no less patience than a saint when I called, sometimes multiple times a day, to get updates. He held his shop open an extra half-hour while I waited for a ride home. He answered the phone after their posted hours because he recognized my number and wanted to make sure everything was OK. Just a really stand-up guy.This was honestly the nicest, most straightforward transaction Ive ever had with a mechanic - kind of a rarity when it comes to car repair and car repair for women in particular. The price he quoted me was after tax and out-the-door. Nothing sneaky, nothing extra. I did not feel at any point like I was being talked down to, misled or treated with anything but sincere respect. I will absolutely recommend this place to anyone who needs work done and appreciates exemplary customer service.

I do most of my work myself. But I required a pump.that I did not have access too.I called Alot of shops. Trying to explain my unique situation with my transmission fluid level.All the other shops just acted like they already knew and gave me prices for things I knew I did not need that were unreasonable. I called this shop and BRANDON who seems to run the shop was extremely intelligible and listened carefully to what my unique issue was.Because of this I was able to come in the next day, and have my transmission done at a time if my choosing. I was told it would.be a 30 minute job and I was charged for a 30 minute job. He didnt charge for ANYTHING but labour. Ended up being 60$ instead of 160$ at other places that didnt understand my situation.I appreciate Brandon greatly. And hes honestly a super nice guy, he seems to really care about your satisfaction and what you think about him and his shop.They did a great job. My truck is running smoothly. Tacoma 4 life.

I was having some issues with my 4 runner and the mechanic I was using kept telling me that there was nothing wrong with my vehicle. Im happy I trusted my intuition because I stopped in this shop to ask them for a second opinion and they were able to take a look right away and they had found and showed me that there was some serious wear and tear on some major parts of my vehicle, putting me in possible danger. They were able to get me in right away to take care of the issue. Since then, Ive continued to use their services for multiple different things and I have never been dissatisfied. Brought my jeep in here last week, the lady up front was awesome! (I think her name was Gizelle) She was able to break down all the cost and repairs that I needed. She kept me updated on everything that was going on each step of the way. It feels like my old jeep is shifting better than when I first bought it. And I was very impressed with the quick turn around I still dont understand how they got it done in time.
Went in to get a transmission flush. Guy told me I’m going to need a diagnostic before I can do that. Pretty sure a diognostic is just getting all the codes that pop up from his coder and writing them on a paper. And handing it to me without telling me what’s really wrong. He just goes and says you’ll be lucky to sell your car for 500$. And then tells me oh and that’s going to be 142$ just for the diagnostic. And by the way your transmission is too faulty and we don’t want to touch it. Like thanks really helped me out. Oh and then he also goes on trying to tell me we can go in take your transmission out to look at it but that’s going to be 1100$ just in labor costs. But don’t worry we have payment plans . Like wow really doesn’t seem like he cares when he is trying to do everything at super speed and seems like he is just trying to make you buy products and labor from him. Will never go back!
This place is excellent!! Ron is very helpful, friendly, and honest. Ive been bringing all my vehicles here for 6 or so years and I never have a complaint when getting my car worked on here. They are very fairly priced, do a good job and do it as quickly as they can while being as busy as they are. They are straight forward and respectful. I drive 150 miles to get my car worked on here and wont go anywhere else!
Joe and his team were very supportive of my panic regarding my vehicle. They did a thorough diagnostic testing. I was worried about the cost of repairs. Diagnostic testing, towing, labor and labor was truly affordable and the cheapest in town. I will always go to this Aamco for my vehicle repairs.

I was in need (and do I mean NEED) of getting my front breaks serviced. He was completely honest with me and I was treated with respect. He let me choose the parts I wanted, and explained both thoroughly. For me, and I am sure most of you, that is very important. As an average consumer, I do not want to be hassled with, nor do I want to deal with someone trying to take advantage of me. I brought in my Jeep Wrangler because AAMCO was recommended when the transmission fluid was running hot. When I brought in the Jeep on a Wednesday, it was drivable, it wasn’t leaking and it wasn’t damaging property. I picked it up Friday of memorial weekend (the day they gave me), right before close because when I called early afternoon they hadn’t even began work on it.I drove it home. It spilled transmission fluid all over my driveway. It was no longer drivable, it was leaking, and it damaged rental property.It was ~$340 for the job. It cost me $110 to tow it back to AAMCO, I didn’t have a working Jeep for over 9 days, and I’m still in the process of cleaning up the huge stain on the driveway. Wasting money on cat litter, muriatic acid, chemical gloves, eye protection and TOO many hours trying to clean this mess. The silicone glue they used, failed likely because they did the job right before I picked it up and it wasn’t enough time to set. I also have to deal with my landlord to see if I’m losing out on my security deposit because of the oil stain from a leak I did NOT have before.So a simple transmission fluid change and checking on coolant lines has so far cost me OVER $500...and likely going up as I buy more supplies and lose out on a security deposit. I called in and spoke to Joe about at least getting compensated for the additional cost of money that their poor job cost me, especially the tow back to their location. Never heard back. Terrible quality of service, mechanically and costumer wise.

After traveling from Texas to Colorado, we took our van to Brandon’s shop to have the transmission checked since we were headed to California through the mountains. He was very thorough and checked our entire van out to ensure our vehicle was sound to make the trip. After checking all the fluids, brakes, suspension, tires, transmission, etc, he gave us an A-OK for our trip. We appreciated his courtesy, honesty and his attitude as it gave us the confidence we needed to feel all was well for our trip. Thank you Brandon.

I took my car in for a new clutch and because of the manager there at the time it took 1 month + to get my car back. The owner Joe took care of everything once found out what was going on. The Kia people wasnt sending them the right parts. I have been happy with the car so far.I give Joe 5 stars

I could not be more thrilled with my experience with this shop. Ron Howard (the manager) is a class act and could not have been any more helpful. As we all know, times are tight and Ron was honest and straightforward with me throughout the whole process. I was looking at a $5000 repair at the dealership because they wanted to entirely rebuild my transmission, but Ron and his team were able to diagnose the problem and saved me over 75% of that cost. Now I am back on the road with a warranty and peace of mind over the repairs I received.I am so grateful knowing that I now have a shop that I can take my vehicle to and not worry that I am being scammed or pushed into something that I dont really need. It was a refreshing experience to work with someone who was so sympathetic and willing to work with me to get me back on the road. I HIGHLY recommend this location.
Well first off, I would just like to say I’m not one to normally write reviews about good experiences I’ve had. However, Joe the shop manager has really gone above expectations! To create a spectacular experience for me and my wife. I must also note they did a great job at notifying me among every step of the process. Not to mention they offer a year and a half longer on their warrantees than any other shop out there. 100k - 3 year warranty- 2009 Nissan maxima SV. Just ask for Joe when you go in he will take great care of you!
I visited this AAMCO shop on Thursday this week due to my vehicle not shifting out of first gear. The day prior to this visit I had replaced my input and output speed sensors believing this would resolve the issues I was having but it only seemed to correct the speedometer issue of not working. Terrified that I had some other major transmission issues, I was put at ease by the Manager, Ron Howard. Ron was very courteous and understanding of my situation and told me he would make sure that they did a full inspection and let me know what absolutely needed to be done. Received a phone call from Ron on Friday telling me that I had just not connected the Input Sensor properly and that there was nothing else wrong with the car without charging me anything. I was very impressed with the kind and honest service I received from Ron. Thank you!

My first transmission repair was August 2017. Then a again on a warranty in November 2017. The third time March 2018 on warranty again. My vehicle was in the shop for 3 months. Just released to me June 28, 2018. Got charge $240 for electrical diagnostic. My total cost for a so called rebuilt transmission was 3,700! I had my car 5 days it’s leaking transmission fluid. Because they used silicone instead of gaskets. What a waste of money. A total whack job was done on my vehicle!
I usually never write reviews, however, I have to give a big public thank you to Giselle at AAMCO for going way above and beyond in a super stressful situation. I hope I never need to use this place again, but if I ever have future car issues in Colorado, Ill be sure to call Giselle and Joe :)

They were kind and transparent about what my vehicle needed and they got me on the road with an amazing warranty and I was able to finance my repairs in full! I had a hose blow, this place was the closest to me. For a couple hour job it took over a week and a bunch of double talking. I never got an estimate or the actual price of my part even after it was ordered. I paid extra for 2 day delivery of my part, that was a waste of money. I never got a straight answer when the part actually arrived. I later found the part online for 1/2 of what they charged me. Gouged me for labor. Then when I finally get my car, the service engine light is still on. They could not change a .50 fuse that was blown, it would not let the computer do a diagonistic check!!! So they were not even going to finish the job! Well thank goodness I always have fuses, not getting off that easy after gouging me $500 for a stinking hose. If your a single woman run away fast!!!!!!
I thought the staff was nice. And the noise I came in for did seem to be a bit quieter but never resolved. I was told I would have a through diagnosis and found out they went straight for the motor mounts nothing else.I kept hearing the clattering and within 8 days of use my check engine light came on. I paid my invoice right away and expected I had the service to be completed and backed failry. My brother and I were told we would have these things completed.Because of this work I assumed I could go back with confidence to assess what was making the noise continue. I was asked to pay another $270 for a check engine diagnosis that was not solving the initial issue of the noise. I thought that being charged 4.6 hours of labor for this initial work would be a reasonable thing to ask to go over at this point. Owner was gone and did not go over work with me. The receipt had unitemized labor hours and parts without part numbers identified. I came back to speak to owner, when I got there to consider going over the initial diagnosis details I was told oh no we saw the mounts were bad so we did that and no other issues were addresses but we found x, y, and z that day??I proceeded to ask what is the time spent on the labor then? three mounts and degrease?.... I was told and followed up with my brother they had to take the whole engine apart to find the root cause of the noise........this end result was a lack of trust as a client and feel as though I was targeted without justified pricing and feel I am due the itemized list but did not receive this. $989+ was not cheap and needed a refund for work not completed. (Follow up timeline details: 12/10 analysis? 12/12 work completed by eob. Noise continued. 12/21 noise still happening and check engine light came on. Drove home and parked it for one week and called in Monday 12/27 to see if they can recheck noise waited all several hours to be told to leave it again and they would need to check the light code for another charge. Drove off and got 2 personally known mechanical techs advice and two local shops. All which told me to go back to aamco so they can fix the work. 12/31 went to talk over details of what was done initially and see if this can be made right.The pricing was stated to be based on a price list and not shown to me just vaguely used as a reasoning tool. I DONT have money to be throwing into a car I was attempting to fix the first time before the check engine light came on and the noise still persisted. I am disappointed in this.Today 12/4 I came to Mazda to see what was making the noise. Did not say anything except that. They said two out of three motor mounts were bad and needed to be replaced???? Unbiased 3rd party confirmed my fear!! This is not right!
Brandon is the most helpful person ive met in the car repair industry. Hes honest and knowledgeable with one of the best working by his side, Harry. Coming here is always a pleasure.
The owner is a scammer... charging more than originally quoting... plays games... doesnt call customers back... takes way took long to do the maintenance. He doesnt stand by his word and doesnt care how he affects his customers. There are much more reliable places nearby. Dont trust this one unless they get their act together.
I had an interesting first experience that the owner of the company addressed and I thought that was amazing. I would recommend this location to everyone especially my friends and family. :-)
Joe and Harry are the best in the business. I have been taking my car and the family cars to Joe for a long time,when Joe had taken ownership the quality and integrity changed immenselyI have a few exotic and i will only let Harry and Joe take care of my vehicles and not to mention they take care of the whole family.If you want a honest mechanic and honest pricing and impeccable service I strongly Recommend these gentlemen to do the work on any vehicle the staff is awsome!!they have worked on my 911 turbo,my .M6, cayenne,vet you name it they do it all thanks guys !
The guys here at Aamco are great! I brought my car into them and they had it running like new again in no time. The customer service was excellent and the mechanic did an amazing job. Ill definitely bring my car back for future repairs.
First off, STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!! I took my 2004 Audi A4 in to them to have a seal and pump replaced. Joe (the manager) quoted a price and told me if I gave him a good review on Google he would give me a discount. He (Joe) told me it would take 4 days to fix because it was going to take 2 days to get the part in so I left it for them to fix. They (Joe) kept giving me a run around around for 5 more days because they was backed up and he was minus a mechanic. When I went to go get my car (that was still broke) on the 6th day Joe said that it would be ready by the end of the next day which it was (so I thought) I ended up having to pay almost twice as much (2,800) as I pulled out into traffic my car was sluggish and wouldnt shift. I went straight back to have Joe tell me that I needed a sensor and I would have to go buy it from the Audi dealership. I went and got the part, and took it to Joe. He said he would have it done in 2hrs. I returned to pick up my car and Joe said it wouldnt be ready for 5 more days. I took my car back and had to argue to get my recipe from him. As myself and my friend was leaving Joe was cussing at us and trying to fight both of us because I told him Im going elsewhere.Worst experience ever!!! Avoid this place at all cost!!!!!
Went in for an oil change during my lunch hour. Its the kind of thing that can turn into a fiasco if service is bad, but my experience was great. Everyone was helpful, manager was great.Another customer was in there while I was dropping off and was in a bad situation financially. The manager was super helpful to him as well, offered to let him make payments and told him no charge for leaving the vehicle there. I would recommend this place to anyone.
Took my car in for transmission issues got it back with more transmission issues. I was told that it would be done on a certain day and that day changed several times before I ever got it back. The manager, Joe, claims that he is one mechanic down, but looking at some past reviews, someone else said the same thing two months ago. Sounds like a scam to me. Ill be taking it to a different place to get the repair done that this place may have caused.Edit: I took my car to another AAMCO and they were able to resolve all the issues I had. Initially, the transmission was fixed by this AAMCO and continued to be in and out of their shop for weeks at a time for the better part of 5 months. I took it in for the last time at this shop and I was told it was fixed and the very next day the problem was back. Once I took my car to a different AAMCO, I was told that the problem was obvious and it was fixed shortly thereafter.
Brandon the manager answered all of my questions, was completely honest and transparent. Excellent Customer Service. Wish I would have taken my car here first!!!
I have an F-150 very late in an Aamco handwritten warranty period from a shop a1000 miles away. Joe, the mgr of this location, determined the transmission needed to be rebuilt again. He was friendly and professional with me. He contacted the other shop to get agreement and repaired the truck at no cost to me. I am a grateful and very pleased customer. Thx to Joe.
Brandon made sure our concerns were addressed. Going on out of town trip and peace of mind with free yearly recheck is worth it. Thanks for taking extra time to get it right!
I recently received AAMCO service and was daunted with a horrible, unforgettable customer experience from store manager Joe Lewis.My vehicle was being serviced for a gas leak. On the day of pick up, Joe Lewis tells me that my car may now have brake issues but it is still driveable. As my car is being brought out to me from the back, the driver completely crashes into another vehicle in the parking lot, destroying my headlight and bumper. He then exclaims that my car has no breaks at all and is undriveable. I asked Joe what happened to the brakes and he insists that the brakes were damaged to begin with. Which was hard to believe considering that I drove it there, stopped, and parked the car perfectly. He then go on to tell me, oh by the way, there was burglary, someone broke into your car and stole your radio. When I began to express my disbelief and challenged his claims (without hostility), Joe became extremely outraged, screaming, and called me retarded. He did not try to comfort, reassure me, nor peacefully resolve the issue. It has been the most unprofessional and rude experience I have ever encountered. Furthermore I now have a busted headlight, torn bumper, no brakes, and a missing radio.
This is your place! A great, professional place for any transmission work or troubleshooting. Ron is the man! He was awesome as was the whole crew!! After having my truck for a few weeks and having some bumps along the way with parts, these guys went all out to make it happen for me! My truck is back on the road and drives and shifts like it just came off the lot!! Cant say enough great things. Thank you again!
Frauds- They told me my transmission fluid was burnt and therefore they would need to remove the transmission for 900$ to further inspect it. Also they said my transmission fluid was so low that it wasn’t even touching the dipstick. Told them it was checked two weeks ago and it was full. The mechanic did not respond to that. Took my truck to another transmission shop for a second opinion and we could see on the dipstick that the fluid was appropriately full and he stated it isn’t burnt and the transmission does not need to be removed.
These fraudulent scam artists have had my vehicle since the end of April 2019 and still have my vehicle today, 07-24-2019, refusing to release my vehicle to my insurance until i pay them in full first. I provided authorization to start work on my vehicle immediately after they received my vehicle so I could get it back asap. I was informed they would do the mechanical work and an associated body shop would do the rest of the work, altogether no more than 5k or 6k, within a month or less. I started calling them requesting an invoice since the start of May 2019 and have been basically denied the information on several occasions because parts were ALWAYS were on back order. Although, the owner himself Joe took my email twice within the first 3 weeks of having my vehicle to send it to me for my insurance. My insurance got involved 05-21-2019 to try to speed up the process but they did NOT start ordering parts for my vehicle until mid June 2019. The primary person who ordered the parts to my understanding was the manager Steve who took over the process and proceded to say that my vehicle would top priority and they would take care of ALL (mechanical and body work) of the work from start to finish but now Joe is saying they did their half already and I need to find a body shop to finish the rest of the work. After Im supposed to pay them for the full work price with NO INVOICE first. I ended up having to pay a little over $1800 for a rental Steve stated would be fully taken off which supposedly 600 was deducted from the price of the work, which I cant confirm nor deny due to still not having an invoice to show whether or not it really was. Steve, also, stated they hired a front end specialist to start and he would be able to help get my invoice within a couple of days and he would be able to get me my car 2 maybe 3 weeks due to a few parts being on back order. Steve also told me that they put a part on backwards before they test drove the car causing vibrations. Then Steve advised me they had to order the part again, which again was on back order (I was able to confirm it was on back order for this ONE part with my insurances assistance), because it was then broken due to putting it in backwards before test driving the car. I was informed that was the last part needed to get my vehicle back to new ready to drive by end of day. The part was received and placed on my vehicle on 07-23-2019 but they said their work is done at that point and I need to pay them before they release me car to be taken to body shop (per my insurance). On top of it all, I was continously harassed and threatened by Hertz, who I will probably never work with again after this ordeal due to other circumstances but associated to these busters, to have felony criminal charges pressed against me due to having the vehicle to long. ALL BECAUSE THESE SCAM ARTIST. Thats my story in a kind of nutshell. I sure can say God dont like ugly and neither does karma and by recent reviews I see them catching up with these piece of scum.P.S. Google should get a zero star rating so there macan be a more accurate rating. I mean if you fail then you fail, just like in school you have to have the zero to the GPA.
I cannot say enough great things about the staff at AAMCO in Aurora!!I had the unfortunate experience of running over an 18-wheeler tire shred on the highway. Lucky for me, this AAMCO was close by - so I pulled in to ask for their help. The team was quickly able to diagnose the problem - a bent guard to the drive train - and repaired the problem in minutes. They also checked under the rest of the vehicle to ensure there was no other visible damage.The team was thorough, kind, and didnt take advantage of a female with an immediate need for help. I would HIGHLY recommend this AAMCO for your needs!!!
Stan was great. I needed motor mounts and a tuneup this was done in 2 days. I did have a problem with check engine light still going on after the tuneup. I brought my windstar van back and had another part put on egr valve. This only took a half hour while I waited. I did take my van back one more time for another part again only taking less than an hour to put it on. My van is running great took it to Kansas and back and it ran like new. I trust Stan (manager) and Joe (owner) great job. I will use this shop again. Very good service. I do recommend an appointment for bigger jobs. They go out of the way to make a customer happy. Thanks guys.
Brandon and Joe have been more than helpful and understanding every time Ive come into the shop. When I went in the first time with issues with my 99 Volkswagen Passat, I didnt know anything about vehicles and it was quite apparent right off the bat. They found the issue I came in for and gave me some tips on how to keep more issues from happening in the future. They never once tried to pull the old mechanic trick on me, of selling me things that I dont need.Fast forward about a year and because its an older car, it had a few more problems. They let me know about financing options there shop works with, kept me in the loop on everything they were doing and let me know prior to making any changes to my vehicle. Because of these two, whenever I need vehicle help I know where to go to get an honest check of my vehicle. I appreciate everything theyve done and will Definitely recommend them to whomever needs any vehicle help.
Took my truck to get inspected. Brandon was awesome! He told me exactly what i needed to do for my truck! I would highly recommend aamco to everyone!
Wow! When was the last time you got something free of charge??? I took my wives car in because it had a slow tranny leak. Ron was very helpful and very professional!!! He told me to drop off the car early in the morning and they would look at it, they would diagnose free of charge and if it was a quick fix, they would fix it right then and there. if not, they would call me with the issue. I dropped off the car at 7:30am, he called me around 1:30pm and said it was done. I asked what was the issue, he said a washer on the drain plug, no charge! Anyone else would have charged at least $50 as a minimum just to take a look! Needless so to say, I highly recommend this shop and I am certain I will be coming back!!! Thank you Ron and crew at AAMCO!!!
Very disrespectful. I don’t know if joe had a bad day or what but I never in my days as a consistent paying customer have I been accused of using them. For me to be honest about selling my car and not letting them fix it, the negative remarks started. Really didn’t understand y I didn’t wanna put over 2grand in a car worth 500. Stay professional never know who to customer may be
