Ive been here maybe 3 times, and this is the only dealership service dept that Ive had good experiences at, and the only service dept that doesnt answer the phone like an axe murderer
Nice staff. Good work. 2 hours for a scheduled oil change though. Wish I had known
Bozarth is hands down 10/10. These people say what they mean. If they say Im there for an hour thats how long Im there. Very professional staff and very accommodating. The wait area for maintenance is very kush. The buying process was easy and so was receiving maintenance. Ive already stated my next truck or car will come from Ashly and Ben over at Ed Bozarth.
I almost always get my vehicles serviced here. Friendly staff, when you can actually get ahold of them - they stay busy for good reason. Its usually just a scheduled service that I take our cars for, but we had an issue I couldnt figure out and was prepared to spend some shop time there getting it fixed. It ended up not being an issue with the car, so they fixed the problem and didnt even charge me the shop fee. Was in and out quickly feeling good about taking it to them. Scheduling can be an issue, talking to techs can be an issue, but theyre straight shooters and treat their patrons fairly and very well.
Got a 830 appointment for service on my 2018 Impala Premier had to leave because once i got there i was informed it would be around 4 hours for diagnostic so they sent me home via lyft. I had told the service person who checked me in the importance if having diagnostic done and repairs done in time to puck up grandson by 3. He assured me i would get a call to keep me updated. Waited by phone all day and finally around 139 i called them i was informed they hadnt even started in my car because they got backed up. The sent a Uber to return me to dealership to pick up my car. Another appointment was made for next week thursday at 730. In talking with my service person he informed me when i dropped off my car at 745 for a 830 appointment there were 16 cars ahead of mine. That is just wrong. Had i been informed i would not have left my car all day for nothing. I asked to speak with a service dept manager to express my disappointment in the way they faired and stood around waiting another 10-15 minutes only to be told the manager(s) is busy. I ended up being late picking up my grandson. When i got in my car to leave i almost fell because my seat had been adjusted for someone who must be 10 feet tall. The seat was in lowest position as far away from petals as possible. Even all my mirrors had been moved. If my car was sitting all day why did all that have to happen. I could be wrong but it seemed like i had a lot more gas in my car when i dropped it off than i did when i picked it upI have purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership in my lifetime and i am very disappointed with their performance or lack there of
This place is top notch their service department is busy so expect a wait but I rather have a job well done than half done and in a hurry after all it is safety first!
Jesus was great excellent customer service. He handled all my needs he was courteous and professional.
The service department cant be beat. Everyone is always so helpful and my car is always in top shape when I leave. I wont go anywhere else for service.
Horrible service. Diagnosing things that arent needed. Multiple trips. If you have to see a dealer, dont come to this one.
If I make an appointment a week in advance, why does it take longer than 6 hours just to get a diagnosis? I came in for a missing transmission accumulator bolt recall on my Cruze and have them look at my front right suspension parts for damage.Edit: got fixed up shortly after posting - still miffed about the service taking so long but these guys are good people to go to for service repairs. Just... make sure you have a good way to kill time
When I arrived at Ed Bozarth, they checked me in right away. The only thing I didnt agree with was my car was ready but the sales person didnt come to get me within the hour and a half. I waited almost two hours for my car. The sales person said that he basically was buisy checking in other people. Even though he aplogized, I wasn t happy because I waited almost two hours for my car and I was late to my next appointment. This is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.I would recommend you get your car serviced at Ed Bozarth but plan on staying a little longer than they tell you.
Thank you very much Jesus for the great service you gave me.
Waited 2.5 hours for a maintenance check with an added recall fix. I did not make an appointment, so I figured I’d have to wait a bit. I received no communication about the status of my car and had to ask the service rep 3x about my car’s status and estimated time of completion. He was polite, but did not demonstrate a sense of urgency to get a copy of my paperwork when I asked for it and took his time. No apologies for the wait. I suggest this dealership beef up their customer service skills... these things matter most when you get super busy.
Good prices and honest people I bought several cars from ed bozarth always had good experiences
Staff is very nice and respectful. Trustworthy mechanics. I never worry about my maintenance being half done. Highly recommend for services or parts. Always available for follow up. Jesus is an excellect service advisor always on top of everything when i come in. Service manager is extremely helpful. Awesome experience every time.
Excellent service, friendly staff, Justin was a very great help to me in the service department.I didnt buy my truck there, but Justin and the mechanic who installed after market items on my truck did outstanding service.I can only state, Ill keep going back for anything I need.Quick service and I was even allowed to use their shuttle service to take me home at no extra charge.Very clean place.Oh, when I did wait, they have a awesome waiting room and when I asked of a good breakfast spot to eat, they provided that too.Im a customer for life here.
Super help full, didnt began work until I spoke to them and gave them the ok. Worked fast and treated me well.
They told me I needed a new engine for 8,300$, beside that, service writer was unpleasant and rude. I didnt wanted to deal with them, so i went to an independent engine repair and gotten work done for much cheaper and didnt needed a new engine. Dont waste your time and money on them if you drive an older Chevy, they will quote you outrageous ammount for repair and going to be rude to you on top of it. Although their parts department is good, I bought replacement parts from them.
Good place to get your routine Chevrolet vehicle services done, price shop when other service is needed. Look at bringing your own parts when you can. The price of labor hours is pretty pricey even compaired to other Chevrolet dealerships, so shop around when you can.
Key would not come out of the ignition. Paid $900 for ignition replacement same problem continued but now were told $800 shifter needs replacing. Take your vehicle somewhere else that will be honest with you, this is not that place. Typical big dealership ripoff artist.
Easy to make an appointment and they got it done quickly and great communication at all times.
So far, I am not happy with my experience. They cant find a leak on a certified vehicle they sold me. They were very friendly when we were buying, now that you need service they wont even acknowledge you.
Considering all the current conditions this place has managed to take care of their customers with respect and considering their well being, thank you Ed Bozarth for being part of our community!
Super slow, and customer service is lackluster
My experience at Ed Bozarth Chevrolet Service center was good overall. The staff is friendly and professional. I brought my vehicle in for service because it was overheating. Although it was a bit more then originally anticipated, the service techs were able to fix the issue. My vehicle is now running better then before.
Words day in my life 2 hrs 30 min for 1 oil change and service person really bad too
Very friendly and well organized.
Good customer service, fix the problem right the first time.Parts and service fees are a little pricey.I always check out the service departments if several dealerships over the years I own a vehicle. The dealership with the best service department wins my bext vehicle purchase, just saying.A bit pricey guys and a lot of turnover in the service department. Salesmen come and go but you need to retain your service team members at all cost.
They like money allot even when you arent supposed to be spending allot of money
The service department is beyond terrible and beyond a scam!!! If I had the ability to rate this 0 stars I would. Instead of arguing or disputing with them in person, Ill just post this on every forum and I sent this exact review to General Motors.Let me start by saying I started all this adventure at my local Goodyear and with my personal mechanic of a decade and wished I could have stayed there. My moms car was inoperable and I tried to help her by taking it to get repaired, where Goodyear diagnosed it with a bad bcm (body control module) at which time they informed me that this was not something they could perform and so I needed to takeit to the dealership. I called 2 other dealers and they were both booked for a week, then I called Ed Bozarth and they said they could get me in the next day (red flag #1). So I kindly booked and brought it in. The rep Jason was kind upon arrival, I told him exactly what Goodyear said and that I knew the brakes were bad (I noticed as I drove her car there) as well. He comes back same day with a few issues and options. There was an oil leak, coolant leak, bad brakes but tells me that its not the bcm but instead is a corroded gear shift (red flag #2) and no mentions of anything else (this comes into play later in my review). Me being the trusting guy I am (and his desk tells me he has been doing this for 17yrs), I trusted him and said OK lets do it and he tells me $2200 will cover it and it will be ready Monday morning at the latest. So during the next 72 hrs they stay in touch (nice and comforting). Fast forward to Monday and he messages me to tell me that they ran into an issue and that the bcm is bad and needs to be replaced (GO FIGURE!!!) but hes going to try and keep it within the original amount. He never owns their mistake and instead just says you probably just needed both done (red flag #3) But if that was the case, then why didnt the original diagnosis say they both needed to be done. So next day I am told the car is ready but now we have two more issues, the window regulator is bad and the service air bag light is on. Oh yeah and we are now at $2,880 out the door. Im frustrated at this point and so I just figure, let me get this car out of here and to my mechanic. So we pay the $2880 without argument. On a side note I tend to have anger issues and have been known to curse people when expressing myself so I try and avoid this by just nodding and agreeing.I then show up to pick up the car. Jason is again very kind and personable (his best quality). As the car comes out, the front passenger window is down. I get in and start to head off only to realize that it wont roll up and he takes the time to tell me dont do after market window regulators, they dont work. I asked him to move the window up for me and which time he tells me the cable is broke. Im car savvy enough to realize that a broken regulator is different than a broken cable. So I explain to him I can NOT take the car back to my mom (who parks on the street) with a window that wont roll up. So I give in and let him do it at which time he tells me it will be $350 more to fix the air bag light and the window. Now this part is not facts but thoughts. A few things; #1 why did a mechanic at Goodyear not specialized in higher end fixes like this diagnose it correctly from the start but a General Motors dealership not listen to me and find the same thing? #2 the window has been fine and the car has been parked on the street for over a year. On the drive to Ed Bozarth I rolled the window down and then upon arrival rolled them up so it worked fine. Also why wasnt this part of the original estimate of all the things wrong? If this was broke when it arrived then they parked it outside over the weekend with a window down and didnt say anything? Or did this happen Monday when they were working on it and they just acted as if it was this way the whole time? #3 the air bag light ended up just being that it had to be reset after the bcm install, why was this not included in the bcm install?
I love to come here to get my job done.
I took my 09 traverse in because of the check engine light. I always go to Tim Sweet in the service department and he has always taken care of me and my car. He is so great with customer service!! And makes sure you are taken care of and kept me up to date on how my car was doing. We thought my car would be in for a week but was done on the 3rd day i was ecstatic!! I really recommend asking for Tim Sweet in the service department!
Took my van to dealer like I was told .Did NOT get diagnostic done by machine.mechanic said needs replaced by putting it in D .I was told they need to reprogram dealer can only do .so Im disappointed in the dealer not doing more but saying 4800 to do a new one.
Great service great people skills was totally very happy with everything THANK You Todd
After a minor crash, I took my car into Ed Bozarth. They did a great job up front, but with one minor issue.I called them up, and they had a manager take charge of the situation and make sure I had it fixed and was a happy customer.Attentive and great service!
Always helpful and accurate. Chevy Volt owner.
Pulled in and no one asked us if we been helped . Stood there for 20 mins
I love the service i am provided by Jesus. Hes definitely goes above and beyond.
I just finished my recent visit to this service department and I was blown away. Attentive, professional, and helpful. Will Fyke did a great job keeping in contact and getting my difficult concerns addressed in a timely matter. Ive dealt with a lot of service departments and this is definitely one of the best. I will be using them for all future service needs.
Place laid out very well, with really great area for customers to hang out/wait while car is either getting worked on or replacement parts found/brought up to purchase. Theyre people are friendly, helpful, informative and trustworthy (pretty much the bees knees preverbially)
Dave Curtis is the best Sales Expert/Advisor that we have ever worked with, and certainly worth 10 stars vs.5 stars! He is extremely knowledgeable, accommodating, fair and upfront. If you are looking for a new Chevy (we purchased a Tahoe LTZ from Dave), then go see Dave Curtis at Ed Bozarth Chevrolet!
Loved working with Keith Williams that works here. He really helped my girlfriend find the perfect car for the perfect price and rate! Would recommend him to everyone!
I guess I expected more than just the oil change, i mean I have been to jiffy lube and at least the clean your windows and vacuum your front floor mats. Maybe it was just me but the service was Good
Have had very negative experiences with Jeff in Service. From being asked to only give positive reviews to ignoring my request to look at a specific serious issue that I had to have taken care of elsewhere in less than a week.
Terrible experience. Lied to by service advisor. Enough said.
Good
Quick in and out oil change. Done by gm trained staff. Would not go any where else.
Service guys and concierge were hospitapal and polite and very knowledgeable .
Awesome customer service. No waiting. Very helpful
Fast friendly service, thanks to Brian H and the service team
Was taking bids on the c8 Corvette
Tried to get a part for my broken console. It was ordered three weeks ago. My wife ordered the part on Amazon and we received four days later.
Prompt friendly service
Ive been coming to this place for 3 years for maintenance and repair. In the last year Ive been so disappointed and unsatisfied with the service Ive gotten. I came for an oil change and the guys working on my truck broke my bug guard on my front hood. They did replace the guard after having me wait 6 weeks! Very unprofessional and unconsiderate! I still decided to give them another chance. I came in yesterday for an oil change and tire rotation. I asked if I had also gotten the multipoint inspection thats apart of thw maintenance and asked if anything was wrong with my truck. The guy Jason said I might have a small oil leak on my oil pan and recommended my air filter and cabin filter to be replaced. I got home and noticed my front driver side headlight was out. I popped my hood and noticed my light was tampered with and my battery cover was broke off! I am furious and feel that I have been taken advantage of by this dealership! I will not be taking any of my future business back to this place and will not refer anyone here! Ive had my vehicle long enough to know when something has been tampered with and my truck has never leaked oil.
Great experience for service! Timely too!
Customer Service was great,TJ worked on my car,and was very helpful. The waiting room was state of the art with 4 big flat screen TVs along with free bottled water. A workstation where you can charge your devices, with WiFi and a printer,so that you dont miss out on Business while you are getting your car serviced. It was a pleasant overall experience.
I recently purchased a 2015 Silverado 2500 and it had a couple of problems that were still covered by factory warranty, so I decided to bring it to Bozarths. The first visit I explained by parking assist wasnt working correctly, they kept the vehicle for a day and said it needed the sensors cleaned and was working fine now. I took it home and it still didnt work. I called and set another appt. This time they stated the camera needed to be replaced, but one had to be ordered. Another wasted day. Once the camera came in, I set another appt. and took the vehicle in. Another day without my truck just for them to give it back to me and the park assist STILL DIDNT WORK! I decided to take it to another Chevy dealership, they had the vehicle for a couple hours and determined it was a bad sensor and they replaced and repaired it now it works like it is designed to. I am very disappointed in the service by Bozarth and am now questioning any service I have had with them, and will no longer use them.
One of the worst Chevy service center in Colorado.
Will not do business with this place anymore.
Great service and people
Fair estimates for repair.
Great body work, great service!!
Great customer service.
Theyve always done whats right when Ive taken In my truck.
