Arrived there today after receiving a flyer in the mail. My wife and I thought we would check it out. Flyer stated no wait, same day service . We pulled up. No cars where on the bay, a few cars in the parking lot.We got out of our cars and some guy comes running out and was like I can maybe get you Scheduled in a week or so. That they were to busy to give us an oil change, mind you … no one was there.He was rude. We felt as though he profiled us based of the way we look. Won’t take our business there again. A word of advice. Don’t send out mailers/flyers if you can’t handle business or do what the flyer says .
Its been a long time since Ive gotten my car fixed here and this review is well past due but after more than 2months of my car being serviced here, I can honestly say I am happy that I came here. I had alot of things wrong with my car when I brought it in and I wanted everything to be addressed and fixed so I could depend on the only car I had that wasnt running at the time, to get me and my family around. Since coming here, my car has been running really good and I have no complaints what so ever. I am definitely a happy customer and would absolutely come back. They were very professional and did a thorough diagnostic on car and took care of all my major issues that I asked for and I havent had any problems since. My car was done in under 2 days! With all the problems I was having I was so appreciative on how fast they completed it! And the pricing for it all was very reasonable! Thank you service street!
Had my car brought in to get a fuel pump repaired. It went fine and I went to pick up the car. There was a new light (ABS) that was illuminated, so I inquired about it. The light was not on prior to my car failing to start, so I wanted to know why it was on now. I was told there was no way that it was the shop’s fault by the store manager, Chris. While I was not satisfied with the answer, Chris was respectful.I asked to speak to a regional manager and Adrian called me the next day. He continued to say there was no way that it was their fault, which could be true, but then continued to raise his voice, ask me to explain how it could happen, continually interrupt me, tell me to stop whining, and then hang up on me. How does a regional manager speak to a customer that way? I don’t typically post reviews, but I’ve never been treated worse by a company representative. Maybe my ABS issue was just bad timing, but no regional manager should be yelling and hanging up on a customer.
Rarely do I ever post anything about companies or businesses but I feel that after today, and quite honestly, I should have after several visits to this particular Service Street, I must give a professional, positive recommendation for this group. I was provided with accurate and timely info pertaining to my 4Runner. I was treated with respect and welcomed by Chris who took his time explaining what he saw was going on with my car. He stated that there was no need at that time, or urgency, for many of the services recommended and set a plan for future needs if I wanted to get these done. Zero pressure, 100% professionalism. Rare to find these days. Well done Chris. Well done.
Continue to receive honest and efficient work from Chris and Eddie and the crew. Brought a different car to them this time and they diagnosed a wheel bearing issue. It turned out to be warranty issue and the repair mayst be done at the dealer. Service Street chalked this up as a “complimentary evaluation” and did not charge me for the assessment work they did. So awesome! Thank you Service Street, I always trust you guys to treat us right.

Ruined my engine. I went in for an oil change and they told me I needed a fuel system flush. The car was returned to me with the engine malfunction light on, car barely moving, white smoke pouring out of the back and smelling like gas. They begrudgingly replaced the fuel injector. 2 days later the car has the same problem. TLDR went in for simple maintenance left with catastrophic engine failure
The service here is excellent and I highly recommend them. I take my mom’s car my Sisters car and even my 1972 Chevy Truck here for Maintenance and oil changes. I’m very impressed with the Service I received. Thank You
My catalytic converter was stolen from my 98 Tacoma. No one would have treated me better than Service Street in Southlands Aurora. All around professional, best quality work and the price was very nice. I honestly feel like I owe Service Street more. I cant say enough good things.

If you want to have your time WASTED, this is your go to spot! I scheduled an appointment for 10:30a to get my Jeep looked at. I needed a diagnostic to troubleshoot some of the issues and to get an estimate. It’s my sons first car and my wife and I are getting it ready for hime to drive. I was told it would take about 30-45 minutes. I showed up 10 minutes early and checked in. Because I was told this would take less than an hour I did not make arrangements for transportation or to drop the truck off, mind you my two year old son was with me and waiting for hours is never an option. We left to grab a bite to eat and returned about an hour later. My truck was still sitting where I parked it. They were a little busy so I decided to cut them some slack. My vehicle did not move to the back until almost noon. At this point my son is getting antsy and my wife is calling to see if it’s done yet. I told her the truck is in the back and they’ll likely be done soon.Another hour rolls around and still no communication from the front desk guy or anyone. I’m getting mildly irritated and my son is ready for a nap. At around 2:10 the guy from the front apologizes for the delay. I am furious but still treat him with respect. He lets me know the paper work isn’t ready for an estimate but he’s going to work on it right now. By 2:35 I am completely depleted of empathy and patience I told them I need my keys because I need to get home. I told him to call me with the details and email me a copy of the estimate so I can get the maintenance done. Even after a terrible first impression I was willing to let them do the work after all I just spent all this time waiting for the estimate.After spending nearly 4 hours there, nothing. Three days later and still No estimate. No phone call back. Nothing. Horrible customer service and a complete waste of time. I had very high expectations because there are a lot of raving reviews.Lesson learned I’ll happily pay the dealership premiums knowing that my car will get worked on in a timely manner and I won’t get jerked around.If you want your time wasted please go to Service Street I can say that’s one area I’ll give them 5 stars for being terrible in every aspect of customer experience!! Thanks a lot guys!!!

Eddie is very professional and the shop offers Comfortable Seating, Free WIFI and Free Keurig Coffee for customers. My only concern was that my estimate went from a $30 oil change to $100. Not arguing that I said “yes”, but felt they did a good job building the ticket and master tech recommending $4,100 other repairs. 2002 Lexus with 174K, so it is ripe for the picking. Trustworthy but Verify Estimate!
Very happy with their services! My daughters car blew out a spark plug and the first place we took it said we needed to replace the motor. Service Street gave us a second opinion and repaired the problem without engine replacement. They also set up a tow from the other shop! Great service and a very happy daughter!
This was my first time using them and they seemed like a good team that cared about my car and my service. They even stayed late after closing time to make sure I was able to get my car back. I did ask the to do an A/C check which as a free service. I was hoping to a deeper diagnosis, but I guess that is why it is free.

I had scheduled an appointment for an oil change at 5pm and expected to wait at least an hour or so and was completely fine with that. The guy working the front desk, I wish I caught his name, came and apologized for the wait which was less than an hour and gave me the oil change for free. Very polite and professional staff.

Although I had an appointment it still took me almost two hours for them to do an oil change. A few maintainence service were recommended which we will have done at another visit.

I was unimpressed with the functionality of this shop. Had booked online for an oil change and check engine light read. When i went into my appointment i was told the online booking didnt consider their already created appointments so it will take longer than expected. After asking how long it would take they said it would be a few hours. I asked for a shuttle service as i had recalled on their website that they offer as a courtesy. The employee had instead offered to call a lyft for me which would costs around $20. I left without getting my services done. This was my second time coming to this shop, i remember the first time i went for an oil change it was also a long wait time and they tried to upsell me during the vehicle inspection. Do not recommend in general and feel like my experiences left me to believe their intentions are to take advantage and not genuine place of service.
Why was I going to Firestone for so long off Smokey hill and Arapahoe??? They cost more and have 1/4 of the service. This staff went above and beyond…. I am a customer for life!!! Thank you 😊
I took my car in for an oil change. With each change, they do an assessment. I have a 2012 SUV and there were multiple problems. All of them could be serious as time goes on. I spoke back and forth with the General Manager, Chris Smith. He was so caring and helpful with all my decisions going forward. He wrote off a $40 coolent leak assessment which, for me, might as well of been $400. He helped me make a decision for a change and will be there for me to make sure I am taken care of properly. Every employee there have been wonderful. THANK YOU!
I have used Service Street in Southlands for a couple of years now. I am not normally one to leave reviews, but I felt that I should in this case. I have always dealt with Chris and he is AWESOME!! I have never felt scammed by him, he is extremely knowledgeable, professional, helpful and most at all, he is honest. I have always gotten great service in a very timely matter. I would recommend them to anybody!!
I took in my 2008 Mustang knowing 2 things: I needed an oil change and my transmission was not in good shape. They did an oil change and inspection for me, then advised and educated me on the problems I was having. They gave me an itemized list of the services needed, and didnt try push anything on me. Their service to my car, as well as customer service, was nothing less than excellent. My car has a decent way to go until shes back to a proper condition, but I know where Ill be taking her to get back to her glory days.

The office service was great! They were upfront and timely with their communications. The mechanics knew their stuff and made it easy for me to understand. Plus the turnaround time was awesome!
Had them finish a repair job for me. After job was finished. Car seemed fine but I only drove it home and then the next morning it wouldnt crank and they refused to do anything to help the issue. Even though it had just left their shop the evening before. They said I would have to pay for them to see what else was wrong. Do not recommend to anyone considering they will not help fix any issues after you leave even if its right after.
Extremely happy with the overall experience. I spoke to Craig, he got my car in quickly with no advance appointment and the repair staff were honest and completed what needed to be done quickly. Craig even walked me out to my car and opened the door for me outside and when I got to my car. I will recommend them to everyone and continue to bring my car and my family’s cars to them.
I have a 1972 Dodge D100, The head mechanic was more then willing to work on it. This place rocks and Im looking forward to doing more business down the line.
I went in for the BEST oil change and I wasnthaving any problems with My car just needed the oil changed I waited an hour and when my car was bought to the Front I paid $64.00 and went out to get in My car to leave and the car didnt crank I tried again and my car was very rough as I I when back into the Shop to ask what was going on with it and the Guy up front got a Nasty attitude and said I dont know all They did was charged the oil so I told him I wasnt having any trouble or problems cranking me car and then He said I would have to pay $150.00 for them to put my car on test to find out whats wrong with it . I have had My oil changed there before but this time I Dont know what they did to my Car and had the Nerve to have wrote down that I had Refused Hard Crank check on paper which I didif anything elsent even look oat cause they normally tell Me any recommendations, but not this time just wrote down I Refused Hard Crank Problem which was a Boldface LIE I know they did something to My Car BUT I will NEVER GO BACK AGAIN AND WILL TELL EVERYONE NOT TO SERVICE THEIR cars there for no reason Terrible Service Shady going on There!!!!!!!

I sent my son go over to get a headlight changed on his car and Craig was very helpful and even taught my son how to change his own headlight for the next time one goes out. OMG! What incredible service! I had a battery replaced and the manager Chris went above and beyond! He installed a new battery for me... my car was dead in my garage... he clearly understood the hassle I’ve gone through getting a tow truck to my home to either tow or jump my car. I went in to get my oil changed and then guys not only gave me an assessment on my radiator but also gave me and assessment on the overall stability of my car and the priority of what needs fixed. Windshield wiper broke while going through the car wash. Craig and team had the wiper blade delivered within 15 minutes. Determined that whole arm was broken. Installed arm and had me back on the road in less than 20 minutes. Great, fast, effective service. Thanks!

Professional and friendly, although they recommended new struts and mounts on my car that only has 71,000+ miles and quoted over 3,000 for the work. in my opinion my car is nowhere near needing new suspension (admittedly Im not a mechanic) but regardless, the work I authorized was performed satisfactorily and will be going back again.
The service is always awesome a little pricey but you get what you pay for I will continue do business at Service Street.
Supposed to do a tire rotation and oil change, but they clearly forgot to do the tire rotation. You had two things to do and you only decided to do one of them correctly. Well, Im not even sure they put the correct oil in. Since the service, my oil pressure jumped. Guessing thats from the thicker, less expensive oil rather than what is called for for this particular vehicle. Not overly pleased.The staff was nice, though.
New to the area and rolled in with frozen windshield wiper fluid. They took me in right away and helped me out on the spot! So friendly & professional. Ill definitely be coming back here for auto services in the future!

Stay away from this place, they will scam and take advantage of you if you don’t know better. My father has a 2017 Toyota Tacoma that my sister and I bought him as his retirement present. After the two complimentary oil changes Toyota offered, he took decided to take it here since it was close. He took it in for a couple oil changes and was told that the vehicle needed oil change every 5k miles. They charge the exact same price that AutoNation Toyota charges for a fully synthetic oil change, which is roughly one hundred dollars. This past weekend I took it upon myself to change his oil. I had to remove the skid pad underneath the vehicle in order to have access to the oil drain plug and the oil filter housing. The guy at service street that last performed the oil change used power tools on everything. All the bolts where extremely hard to break loose with a ratchet set. Service Street mechanics never follow torque recommendations from the manufacturers. This is when I got furiously annoyed by their negligence. The oil filter housing cap was screwed onto the vehicle so tight that I couldn’t loosen it using a breaker bar for over an hour. This was when I finally gave up and drove it to Service Street to have them loosen it. I spoke to the manager and asked if his technicians aren’t following torque recommendations then will they be responsible for damages to people’s car? Did not get an answer from him. I also asked why did they recommend oil change every 5k miles instead of Toyota’s 10k recommendation? ( it’s pretty obvious why they do that....................). The manager responded that they recommend more frequent oil changes to prevent engine damage. Keep in mind that my father’s car only uses full synthetic oil so the 10k oil change is pretty much in line with most cars that use full synthetic. Okay the manager is a single guy who’s a mechanic, do you really think I’m going to believe him over ALL of Toyota’s engineers and mechanics? Maybe they charge you for full synthetic but give you conventional oil or semi-synthetic oil which does fall in line with the service intervals they are recommending. Honesty is really the backbone of a small business. Don’t sell your customers unnecessary services just to make a quick buck.
Use these guys all the time and they’re awesome. They do full diagnostics whenever they work on my cars. They always make sure to do a great job.

Best service I have ever received. I almost spent 700$ on new brakes because jiffy lube told me and was told I didn’t even need new brakes and that they are just fine. They ran other test for me because my car was stolen and I just got it back to see if anything was damaged and they cleared a lot of things up for me and ACTUALLY TOLD ME what they were doing!!! I’ve always felt like I’ve been taken advantage of because I don’t know what I’m doing and this was not the case at all!! I will forever choose them over anyone else. Thank you!

Charged me $200 to look at my vehicle, then spent a day and half looking at my vehicle. They actually spent about 45 mins on it because I watched them. Then told me it would take $1500 more and another day and half to repair. Total ripoff. When I returned home, my mechanic had it all done in a half day and for half that. Do yourself and your wallet a favor... Go some where else, any where! These guys just want your money.

I have been going to Service Street for oil changes and other things that I do not need the dealership for or are not covered under warranty for my 2017 F-150 Raptor. They are always courteous and prompt and they do what they say and have it back to me when they say they will. Their “Buy 5” oil change package is working just right. I had my 3rd one today in the series. I called when I was close and they worked me right in same day. This is a good honest company.

I was given the girl treatment today. i came in because it was close to my house and my usual place is further away and of course i was quoted for almost 900 dollars of work. i was also made wait almost 2 hours for an oil change. i took my car for a second opinion to my usual place thats owned by a family friend and was told none of this work needed to be done. i was also overcharged for the oilchange itself which is great. dont come here if you’re a girl.
Shock engine light came on. They checked and noticed the low mileage . Reset the system and suggested if it comes on again to take back to dealership. Should be under warranty.

They were able to service me quickly and identify several problems on my vehicle, which I addressed quickly with a body shop.
They push for a lot of “repairs” that are not needed, they wanted to run a flush through my engine for $40 saying their was build-up on the oil cap... I just checked my oil after driving for 700miles and it’s still clear and clean looking. They also wanted to charge me $200 to change an alternator belt. That is a $35 part. All and all I did get a new battery so it was $270 when all I wanted was a $20 oil change. If I would have said yes to all the request it would have been over $500. Not acceptable, will not be returning except to get the money that they overcharged me after they accidentally charged somebody else’s service that was $340.
Recently purchased a slightly used vehicle and just wanted to have somebody take a look and tell me if there were any issues. They got me in right away, knocked it out in the promised time frame, and gave me great information. I will be coming back, and I’ll let you know if this review changes for any reason!

Well, I went in because of knocking in my transmission. I had the service person take a short ride with me. He stated it was the axle on the passenger side. Well, they did come down on the price at the end when I threaten to go elsewhere. My problem with them is I didn’t ask for th axle to be fixed. I wanted the knocking fixed. They put the wrong part on and I had to wait next day to get my car. When they finished finally.... the same service man states to me..... we not done, I need my tech to look at the transmission and see what the knocking is. Now I am already out of 1500 dollars. This place is not good for my business. They over charge and they are just milking customers in my opinion. I hope I don’t have to use them ever. Never satisfied with them.

Todd and everyone else I spoke with was awesome with great customer service. They didnt charge me an arm and a leg for parts and labor and they didnt keep my car for days. I got it back the same day.
